The experience was excellent. I started with an e-mail and explained my situation and my expectations. Next I was contacted by Mary L. who reviewed what I was looking for and I would not accept any HARD SELL. The next step was I gave them a price of a vehicle that I was very seriously considering...a model from the same brand as we have been driving. Gave them my trade-in value. I told Mary, "don't waste my time...if you can do better, call me. They did MUCH better taking us from a nice brand to the upscale INFINITI QX30 model...more vehicle and a better price.
The deal was done. They did not push "add ons" etc. We are thrilled with our new INFINITI even though our dealer is 60 miles away...it was and is well worth the travel!!!

The salesperson walked out on us when we asked to to help with price deduction. Initially, we had to wait about 1.5 hours for a test drive. Once Aron was available, he was helpful to show us every vehicle we wanted and it was going nice until we we decided on the vehicle we wanted, he got us the quote. I asked him if he could reduce a little more $930 so that we could purchase. He just put the papers inside his drawer and said he cant do it and walked out. We thought he was showing the expression of a salesperson. After having talked to him for two says, he walked out on us without even having the courtesy to tell that he could not do the price. There is a nicer way of telling it. about 10 minutes later, his manager comes in acting he doesnt know what is going on. He asked us if we needed any more help, indirectly asking us leave. We mentioned that we were waiting for Aron for another vehicle quote. The manager mentioned that he has given the price he could and tried to explain the math. I told him that I understand the math,and I am asking him to help me with $930. He would not move, which we understand if they cant do it, but the way he was saying it was not cheerful at all. He kept on boasting how he has worked 20+ years, but to us he has not learned to take his clients. He is a complete failure as he lost $40000 client yesterday. We went to Lupient Infinity and got the customer service we deserved. Bought the same infinity with better powertrain warranty and $200 cheaper with a smile. I am never going there back again. If Luther cannot respect its customer, his customer will happily look for other options. After all its the relation we seek, money of course is something, but lasting relationship is what will take Luther longer. Just hate to admit that we were treated horribly at the end and the deal was off.
