Met with Chris, and he was very helpful, respectful and considerate of our taking our time to make the best decision. Final negotiations were relatively quick and easy. Got a great deal. Michael Jourdan was great too, lightning fast, while being extremely thorough and well-spoken, walking us through everything to make sure we understood our terms, etc.

Service great but price is too high. Sorry not going to pay $50 for an oil change and tire rotation. Offer better coupons like GMC did before Legacy took over.

During my process of purchasing my Buick Encore, the sales department was excellent. I cannot say the same for the finance department. I have been waiting for a refund on my GAP insurance from my previous vehicle. Unknown and not explained to me, Barker Buick GMC used that refund as part of my down payment on my new vehicle.
The only reason I now know this was done, is because I called the GAP insurance company to check on my refund. I truly wonder how many people this has been done to and they are never aware of this.
Buying a used car - Msnasty
Had the worst experience in buying a car. Had to sit there for 7 hrs just to buy a used car. The sales manager Frank doesn't know what's he is doing and Tracy the finance mgr is useless and likes spreading her legs to show everyone her underwear. Very unprofessional. Lied to me about the skylink. It's just to keep track of where the car is, so if you miss a car note, they will shut down the car. Pitiful people.

My Chevy pick-up broke down in January 2013. We are from Michigan. We were treated politely & professionally. They went out of their way to help us. Richard (the man from Illinois) even gave us his cell phone number and told us to call "anytime" if we had any more trouble with the truck. He and his crew are an asset to their profession. We would like to say "Thanks" again for the outstanding service we recieved.

Contacted a Internet salesman and set up an appointment. Upon arrival of the appointment I drove the truck and then sat and talked numbers briefly with him not really doing crap. Same old let me talk to my Mgr BS with nothing achieved. I guess what do you expect from a kid as a salesman. He was a rude little snot nose and then very pushy to try and run my credit. I would not go back due to poor service nor would I send anyone I know. Went to Pemier Honda with my expectations far exceeded.
