Before I had arrived at Rallye Acura in Roslyn, I had already visited many different dealerships in order to find a car that could replace my 2014 Mercedes C300. Honda, Mazda, Volkswagen, Nissan, Audi, and Infiniti were all places that I had stopped at. But regardless of how many dealerships and dealers I spoke to, no one and no car really struck a chord with me. I hadn't even really been considering Acura, but since the dealership was right next to where I was going to return my C300, I decided, why not give it a look. I was greeted by Danny Park. He was the representative that came forward and began helping me. He asked me what I was looking for, and in what price range. I gave him a general overview and within minutes, I was test driving the first car. We went through 2 more cars before we sat back down at his desk. He asked me which car really felt right. Of the 3 cars we test drove, Acura ILX, Acura TLX, and Acura TLX V6, the Acura TLX V6 really surprised me. It had a feeling of luxury and elegance that had really been missing from all the other cars that I had test drove in the 2 weeks prior to today. Not to say that the other brands didn't try, but the effortless way that the TLX just exuded comfort and elegance was a far cry from the half baked attempts of the others. The performance of the car was also even better than my C300. The handling was smooth and steady, and the acceleration was quiet, but powerful. All in all, it was a luxury car that combined the power of a sports car. Danny was extremely professional and accommodating, working quickly, got me a quote that was significantly below what I had expected. I signed for the car then and there. The whole experience took less than 30 minutes, which is a testament to Danny's efficiency and quality that Acura provided to me.

I had been a long term customer of Island having purchased 3 TL's and leased a TSX. In addition my family had purchased 2 Acura's. I even received a referral check for one of the sales! Imagine my disappoint with the dealership when back in 2012 I wanted to purchase an MDX. The offering price was off by more than $1500 and call to my sales person ( who no longer works at Island) were never returned. As a result I purchased my MDX elsewhere. Fast forward to 2017, My wife goes shopping was I decide to kill sometime by going to Island. I already had pricing from 4 other dealers. I sat down and met with Rocky Tarik. I told him the same story I just told you. I told him he needed to offer a great deal to earn my trust and business once again. Rocky worked with me to put together a good deal. I came back the next day with my significant other for a test drive. We sat down, agreed on a price. Took the test drive and finalized the deal.

Mr. Thomas Ng you truly are a great human, and an even better representative for Paragon Acura. I been coming into Paragon Acura for years now and coincidentally, Thomas has always been around to greet me and help me with whatever matters i needed handled. My most most recent encounter with Thomas was this past weekend, and it went great. I had to wait a long time but Thomas was with me throughout the whole process. Thomas Ng is very professional and patient. Professionalism is expected at any dealership, and even more with higher class vehicles, Thomas shows this from the start. My favorite attribute of Thomas is his patience. While working with him their might be some moments when you, the buyer, might want some time to think and review documents, and Thomas willingly excuses himself and gives u some time and space, I really like this about him. He is very upfront with you and tells you things how they are. He will do the best to accommodate any pricing concerns, and makes you feel at home. The right vehicle at the right dealership! - JR
I had been researching and shopping for a new vehicle for several months. I had narrowed it down to the Acura RDX awd advance package and Lexus NX and briefly thought about waiting until the new Honda CRV makes it's debut later this month. Well, I decided on the RDX with all the bells and whistles, and I couldn't be happier. It drives beautifully. It is quiet, responsive, and displays impressive handling. Although the tech is probably of 2015 vintage (no apple car play or android auto), with ACC, LKAS, blind spot monitoring, collision mitigation, rear cross traffic alert, lane departure warning, and stability control, I really don't feel that I am sacrificing anything. I have no problem with the double screen setup, and although there is a bit of a learning curve, I enjoy having the big map always being displayed on the upper screen.
The "cherry" on top was the killer lease deal I secured at Acura of Valley Stream, after visiting/communicating with multiple Acura dealers in the NY area. I strongly suggest that you do your due diligence. It was a pleasure dealing with Sonny Pasha. While there were a few minor hiccups which were resolved, Sonny was, by far, the most pleasant and straight forward of the salesmen at the various dealerships with whom I visited. He was patient, there was no game playing, and things were handled pretty efficiently. Tony Longo, in finance, was also a pleasure to deal with. If things continue as they have with this dealership, I expect to continue to do business with them long into the future.

Searched online pre certified inventory, was contact by Springfield Acura. I was assigned to Adam Links whom was very knowledgeable, attentive, professional and most importantly listened to me. The staff at Open Road Acura of Wayne were the best! They encouraged me to drive the car I was interested in before taking any other steps to sell me! How refreshing that was. I did lease a new RDX from them, great car. The finance guy John is amazing and my sales person was very knowledgeable and made the process fun and quick! Highly recommend this dealership and I can't believe some of the negative reviews I read on here about them, not sure if those people are just angry or impossible to please...LOL
Be careful turning in a lease - magny4
I will start by writing about previous experiences which were positive. Over the last 10 years, I have leased 4 cars from Open Road Acura. The main reason for my continued business was the ethics of the dealership and the ease they provided to re-lease a car. That all changed this year. To make a very long story short, we turned in our MDX lease and paid ~ 5,600 out of pocket to lease a new RDX. We turned the car in like the previous 3 times and thought all was ok. We received a statement in the mail stating that we owe over $1,700 due to a few issues with the car, a dinged windshield, a tire that although was fine, didnt match the make of the other 3, and a claimed scraping of the bumper. I think the scraping happened there after we turned in the car, but we will never know. If the dealer would have let me know beforehand, I could have had all repaired for ~$80.00 since I had insurance to cover the windshield etc. I would have never leased the car at this time had i known the issues, and only leased another car with this dealer due to previous experience. Never again. Now andrew, the manager up there did help out, but still left us with over $700.00 additional out of pocket. Ive never really haggled with these guys but was now >$6,000 oop on a RDX. They were so intent on making the sale, they ignored all aspects of customer service, and really nailed me on this one. Do not trust this dealership. Get everything in writing, and most important shop around. 10 years, 4 cars and I now say NEVER AGAIN.
Con-Job - Traveler
In September 2015, we were driving our Acura (with approximately 108,000 miles) from MA to VA when the engine faltered. Through a series of events too complicated to discuss here, we had our vehicle towed from a Honda dealership to the Acura of Bedford Hills, NY dealership. We were pretty certain, based on advice from both an independent repair shop and the Honda dealership, the EGR valve failed. The following day, the Acura of Bedford Hills dealership confirmed this “diagnosis.”
The dealership’s repair shop also advised the car, even if the valve was repaired, was unsafe to drive because a front “compliance bushing” was “torn.” I was shown a-less-than 3/4” tear in the bushing and told they would not let one of their regular customers “leave with the car in that condition.” I asked about the severity of this minor tear, the nature of the safety concern, the length of time it would take to repair the car, etc. I made it clear we desired to continue our travel as soon as possible as we were spending considerable money staying in a local hotel, buying meals, renting a car and, more importantly, had to be in VA. If the “bushing” was not an emergency, we really wanted to be on our way and would have the bushing repaired by our “home” dealership. The repair “advisor” was adamant that if not repaired, the bushing it would fail before we reached Virginia.
Based on this advice, I authorized the additional repair to the two front bushings—I was advised, if one failed the other would fail shortly. The repair of the bushings doubled the repair time and thus the time before we could continue our travels. We received the vehicle after 5 PM, too late to continue our travels that day to VA. The cost of repairs was over $1,700, nearly $700 of which was to install the bushings.
Later, I learned there was no emergency. The tear was minor, it would continue to deteriorate over time, but was not an emergency. The Acura of Bedford Hills’ “advice” was a con-job, which cost us not only the repair expense but also the expense of another day in a motel and with a rental car.
This experience with the Acura of Bedford Hills was and is distressing.
Moreover, when we informed America Honda Corp., Acura division, of our experience, we received a form letter response, which did not even address our concerns. Hence, Acura of Bedford Hill's is not held accountable for deceptive practices. As we shop for a new car, this experience, unfortunately, created a significant “negative” as we consider replacing our current Acura with a new one.

Once you buy a car from them and they have your money, they could care less about their customer service. I bought a brand new car, which was never inspected properly. I know this because once I got on the highway the tires felt as if they were going to fly off. They replaced all my tires the next day. With less than 3000 miles on my car, a bubble appeared in my rear tire. Knowning I had not hit anything I asked for it to be replaced, they refused to contact the manufacturer (after the issues with my first set of tires, I am convinced I had gotten another faulty one) and forced me to pay for a new tire. I even put a call into General Manager, Amy, who instead of calling me back herself, made a service rep do her dirty work...so unprofessional. THEN, I made an appointment for an oil change, because I was leaving my car and coming back for it I was told they would need it for 4 hours, to get the "waiting" customers out of the dealership as they were the "priority." They didn't care that I too had an appointment and needed my car back. DO NOT BUY FROM DEVAN ACURA. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
