First bought and serviced an Acura from Rallye in 2000 when Mike Denfeld, whom I know as Dr. House, was my first Service Advisor. I have owned only Acuras since 1988. He sometime later got a promotion and was a tough act to follow (see my review). Chad Tammaro took over as my Service Advisor and I have maintained 100% confidence I am still getting the best possible service. Enza Comito came aboard at some point and took that up a notch or 2. Both my wife's and my Acuras' have consistently been maintained in perfect running condition which is my expectation from Dealer service.

Like a "Bridge" over troubled waters... - Mr. Frank
I was looking for a specific used car for a second vehicle for the past two years. I had a certain criteria for the vehicle including model, type, mileage, color and price. Since it was a second vehicle, I had the leisure of setting unlikely expectations. There were a few maybe's along the way but one factor always killed the deal. It was rough waters out there...Then I came across Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura on a search engine and they had a potential winner listed. I reached out online and Christina Hecht answered a few of my questions and promptly invited me to come in for a test drive. The website even offered a free, full access to the Car Fax report on the vehicle. I thought that was a good sign.
So, I stopped by one morning and was immediately greeted by the handsome Mikhail Boltarets.
He offered me a hot coffee or tea, and we got right down to business. The car was all ready for the test drive. We got in the car and pulled out of the lot as he underscored all the strengths this used vehicle offered during our conversation. He didn't even make fun of my driving. Anyway, after he quickly outlined the purchase process, I told him I was going to think about it for a day or two. (I had to get the ol' lady on board and being married himself, he understood). There was absolutely no sales pressure. I called him with some conditions and he worked with the dealer management to meet all of my requests. Even meeting me half way on a price reduction! And if that wasn't enough, Mike just called me, just now while I am writing this review, to tell me my license plates just came in...He is overnighting them to me to save me the time of coming back to the dealership. Boom!
Let's face it, buying a used car from a dealer can be like riding a barrel over Niagra Falls. But dealing with Bridgewater Acura and it's staff was like a bridge over troubled waters. After two years of searching for the right deal, I finally got one. Thank you Bridgewater Acura!

I was extremely pleased with the salesman, Rocky. He was knowledgable and trustworthy, We discussed all options and he was very patient while i decided on the color. He took me back several times to revisit my options. He was not "pushy" and neither was the finance manager, Jim. I was very relaxed and pleased with the process. Uncooperative Service Dept for long time customer - cathy056
My 2015 RDX would not start. I went online and searched what the problem was and it looked like the battery so I had a relative with a car battery charger give it a charge for a bit and it started. The battery was under warrant so I called Springfield Acura to take it in and get a new battery. It was before noon and I was told they could not help me today, I'd have to come tomorrow which meant I'd have to miss work. I told them I could not do that and I wasn't sure if it would even start again so I needed to get it looked at immediately. I was very rudely told they could not help me. They had looked up my service records and knew this was the 2nd car I've purchased there and serviced there. I called Brunswick Acura who, without even checking to see if I had ever serviced there, told me to get there whenever I could and they'd take a look at it. They took me right away and were shocked to find out that I had been to Springfield Acura twice since a recall and they had never fixed it. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle or service at Springfield again.

At the beginning of any car purchase quest you first need to decide on a vehicle to target. We actually selected two to look at. 1) The Acura TLX (we drove the 2015 version prior) and the 2) Nissan Maxima (wife owned one a few years back). We made an appointment with Sam at the East Brunswick Acura and the voyage began. We arrived to meet Ray. Ray was an Old Bridge guy and knew the area as we did. He gave us details on the car and then we went and test drove it again. Wow what a ride. We went back and started the conversations on the car. They great thing is they just gave us the price and were really aggressive about it. Saves so much time on the game playing (something to appreciate for sure). From there we met Andrew and Jerry who helped to finalize the purchase. Never looked back. Great Experience, Great car, loyal customer now.
Con-Job - Traveler
In September 2015, we were driving our Acura (with approximately 108,000 miles) from MA to VA when the engine faltered. Through a series of events too complicated to discuss here, we had our vehicle towed from a Honda dealership to the Acura of Bedford Hills, NY dealership. We were pretty certain, based on advice from both an independent repair shop and the Honda dealership, the EGR valve failed. The following day, the Acura of Bedford Hills dealership confirmed this “diagnosis.”
The dealership’s repair shop also advised the car, even if the valve was repaired, was unsafe to drive because a front “compliance bushing” was “torn.” I was shown a-less-than 3/4” tear in the bushing and told they would not let one of their regular customers “leave with the car in that condition.” I asked about the severity of this minor tear, the nature of the safety concern, the length of time it would take to repair the car, etc. I made it clear we desired to continue our travel as soon as possible as we were spending considerable money staying in a local hotel, buying meals, renting a car and, more importantly, had to be in VA. If the “bushing” was not an emergency, we really wanted to be on our way and would have the bushing repaired by our “home” dealership. The repair “advisor” was adamant that if not repaired, the bushing it would fail before we reached Virginia.
Based on this advice, I authorized the additional repair to the two front bushings—I was advised, if one failed the other would fail shortly. The repair of the bushings doubled the repair time and thus the time before we could continue our travels. We received the vehicle after 5 PM, too late to continue our travels that day to VA. The cost of repairs was over $1,700, nearly $700 of which was to install the bushings.
Later, I learned there was no emergency. The tear was minor, it would continue to deteriorate over time, but was not an emergency. The Acura of Bedford Hills’ “advice” was a con-job, which cost us not only the repair expense but also the expense of another day in a motel and with a rental car.
This experience with the Acura of Bedford Hills was and is distressing.
Moreover, when we informed America Honda Corp., Acura division, of our experience, we received a form letter response, which did not even address our concerns. Hence, Acura of Bedford Hill's is not held accountable for deceptive practices. As we shop for a new car, this experience, unfortunately, created a significant “negative” as we consider replacing our current Acura with a new one.

I would not recommend this service center to anyone due to their exhorbitant price on services claimed to have performed on vehicle when in fact it was not done. Lacks trust issues.
Garbage - SAitken
Once you buy a car from them and they have your money, they could care less about their customer service. I bought a brand new car, which was never inspected properly. I know this because once I got on the highway the tires felt as if they were going to fly off. They replaced all my tires the next day. With less than 3000 miles on my car, a bubble appeared in my rear tire. Knowning I had not hit anything I asked for it to be replaced, they refused to contact the manufacturer (after the issues with my first set of tires, I am convinced I had gotten another faulty one) and forced me to pay for a new tire. I even put a call into General Manager, Amy, who instead of calling me back herself, made a service rep do her dirty work...so unprofessional. THEN, I made an appointment for an oil change, because I was leaving my car and coming back for it I was told they would need it for 4 hours, to get the "waiting" customers out of the dealership as they were the "priority." They didn't care that I too had an appointment and needed my car back. DO NOT BUY FROM DEVAN ACURA. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
