I am highly satisfied with my overall experience at Acura of Westchester, - and particularly extend my regards to Rob Ellard, who has proven to be an outstanding and trustworthy salesman. He made my lease renewal process simple and exciting and has a true talent in sales. He exceeded my expectations, yet again, in presenting my options and took the time to intricately facilitate my decision to lease the 2017 Acura ILX (in lunar silver metallic), which I absolutely adore! Rob thoroughly communicated my vehicle and pricing information with me, and did so in a quick and efficient manner, which I grately value.
I would also like to acknowledge the phenomenal level of reassurance which was provided by sales manager, Frankie Ferraro, who, once again, made it his goal to confirm that I was getting an excellent deal, before the finalization took place.
The finance process was also made very simple, by Audrey Aracil. Her expert level of knowledge made it literally a fast, 'sign-and-drive' experience.
Because of the excellent quality that is consistently delivered by Rob and Frank in the sales department, Audrey in the finance department, as well as the VIP treatment, that is always provided by George Brunner in the service department, I intend to be a lifetime customer at Acura of Westchester, and am truly convinced -no place else does it better!

Our family was growing and we needed a bigger car asap. We had just left a different dealership which gave me a bad feeling from the moment we walked in. We couldn't get out of there faster, that's when we decided to go to Island Acura and it was he best decision we made that day. The place was being renovated so we weren't sure if it was open but luckily it was ! Our sales rep was Rocky, he was awesome. We had our 2 girls with us (3yr old and 3 month old) so it was a little crazy but the staff was very patient and helped everything go so smoothly. We left with a brand new car feeling extremely grateful. Although they were fixing the place up, they didn't let that lower their standard of customer service. It was outstanding. Can't wait to pay off our other car and come back here for a second Acura. Will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends.

Thanks to Brian Kennedy and Eddie McGeehan, I was able to take home my 2012 Honda Civic yesterday. From the minute I walked through the door and met Brian, I knew I was in good hands. I had to get rid of my previous car and was in need of a new one ASAP. When I got there, the car was ready for me to test drive upon my arrival. He was very thorough and showed me everything I needed to know about the car. He even helped me at the end, doing an overall check to make sure I was comfortable before leaving the lot. On the financial end of things, Eddie made me feel completely at ease with the financing I was offered. I was nervous about being able to tack on another bill, but Eddie worked with me step by step to make sure I had a payment I was comfortable with. I've never felt more relaxed at a car dealership before! Together, Brian and Eddie were awesome to work with and I highly recommend them (and the rest of Bridgewater Acura) if you're in the market for a new car.

My daughter and I bought pre owned ILXs and it took us a very long time to decide which we wanted, Tom was extremely patient. I also thought that the vehicles were competitively priced compared to other Acura dealers.

Terrific dealership…..not only great prices, but professional, low pressure sales team and a great service department. Two years ago we bought a TLX, which had a major issue from the outset. The prompt and satisfactory manner in which the problem was responsibly addressed by Service manager Anthony Matassa and Acura made us feel that we had made the right choice on both the manufacturer and the Bay Shore dealership.
This spring while servicing our 2015 TLX at the dealership, I ran into Service Manager Anthony Matassa and mentioned that we would soon be looking to replace our six year old Honda Pilot that would be going to a family member. Anthony suggested the 2017 MDX as a great replacement and referred me to the sales team.
After a road test, reading some reviews and doing pricing research, I came back to Salesman Tony Natale. He and Business Manager Joe Liotta worked out an excellent lease deal for me on a new MDX.
The way Bay Shore Acura’s service department handled a problem two years ago, and their personal and competent service since, made us feel good about returning for a second vehicle. The service area waiting room may be modest by today’s standards, but make no mistake, Manager Anthony Matassa runs a first class Service and Parts operation where his team tries very hard to “keep the customer satisfied.” Our new MDX was prepped and accessorized beautifully. And, by the way, the service department detailed our old Pilot too (before we passed it on)…..and what a great job….better and actually less costly than a detail our local carwash.

I went in to Acura of Lynbrook to inquire about their lease deals.
Sunny Pasha attended to me and asked what i wanted. There was no aggresive push to be interested in the models that they were trying to get off the lot or the models that would benefit Sunny or the dealership the most.
It was my first time purchasing/leasing a car so it was comforting to find a sales rep that actually cared about what you wanted and didn't try to convince you that you wanted a car that you never asked about.
I'd recommend Sunny and Acura Lynbrook to anyone interested in purchasing a car. If you aren't interested in an Acura then you will at least experience the professionalism of Acura Lynbrook and Sunny Pasha.

I had a test drive scheduled for a used vehicle last week. When I arrived I was warmly welcomed, introduced to the staff, and went for the drive. I knew I wanted to purchase that vehicle but did not want to drive back there as it's over an hour away from home. I am an internet shopper. As an internet purchaser I am primarily interested in obtaining the lowest price and working with a dealership that does not play sales games. I priced out the MDX I wanted with just about every Acura dealership on Long Island. Smithtown Acura's internet process was top notch. I received clear and responsive communications from Internet Consultant, Marissa DePalma. She worked with Manager, Greg Vigna, to match the lowest prices I found among the various Long Island dealerships. There were no games. No bait and switch occurred. Ultimately, the deal came down to the purchase price I would receive on my trade in, a Cadillac Escalade. When we arrived at the dealership, we were made right at home by salesman, Brian Gore. He showed us the features of the MDX while Greg Vigna took the Cadillac to be assessed for trade in value. Greg came back with a very fair price very quickly. Again, there were no games, just a fair price from the very beginning. I concluded that this is a dealership that gets what an internet buyer wants and they met my needs. I agreed to the deal and we are enjoying our MDX very much. Great job by the Smithtown Acura team.

We have dealt exclusively with Antonella for years! We've owned a couple of MDXs, a TSX wagon and a TSX. We took a chance on a VW Toureag in 2014 and as soon as the lease was up I emailed Antonella. It honestly feels like coming home, in fact I was greeted with hugs from Antonella and Fortunato, who works in the service department (it has been almost 3 years since I had been in and he remembered me!) My 10 year old son requested that our next car be "at the dealer that serves the good coffee!" I have never felt the need to shop around after talking with Antonella. I usually do not write reviews and leave this to my wife, however I am making an exception in this instance as the group at Open Road of Acura was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Our sales person was Elka G. and she exhibited all of the best qualities you could ever want in a car salesperson. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and gave the right amount of space in order for my wife and I to make a decision for our new car. Freddy, the used sales manager also had a very warm and friendly affect that made you feel like it did not matter if we bought the car or not, he was a genuinely good person. Freddy and Elka ensured that the car we chose was in superb condition as if it were just driven off the lot for the first time. Scott the finance manager continued the trend and ensured all paperwork was ready and we were in and out of his office in what felt like a matter of minutes. From top to bottom and throughout the entire process Elka, Freddy and then Scott epitomized professionalism and exceptional service. Once you buy a car from them and they have your money, they could care less about their customer service. I bought a brand new car, which was never inspected properly. I know this because once I got on the highway the tires felt as if they were going to fly off. They replaced all my tires the next day. With less than 3000 miles on my car, a bubble appeared in my rear tire. Knowning I had not hit anything I asked for it to be replaced, they refused to contact the manufacturer (after the issues with my first set of tires, I am convinced I had gotten another faulty one) and forced me to pay for a new tire. I even put a call into General Manager, Amy, who instead of calling me back herself, made a service rep do her dirty work...so unprofessional. THEN, I made an appointment for an oil change, because I was leaving my car and coming back for it I was told they would need it for 4 hours, to get the "waiting" customers out of the dealership as they were the "priority." They didn't care that I too had an appointment and needed my car back. DO NOT BUY FROM DEVAN ACURA. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
