I can only say that the reason this dealership deserves such a great rating is because of the team that works there. Professional, always with a smile and never pushed to make a deal at the moment. When I arrived to the dealership Curtis and I have already arranged to meet up over email to see the cars and the availability to my liking. He was very nice and helpful throughout the entire process, he showed me the warehouse and all the cars that I was interested in. I was shopping for a TLX Aspec and this dealership had many colors to choose from, which in a way that is great to have but also not always the best option as it made me ponder more on what I really wanted since I thought I knew what I was set on getting here at the dealership I was surprised on the red interior that had me go back and forth in my head what is better. I must say even though Curtis and I have been discussing pricing on the new car and my trade, I was still unsure on the color I was going to get till the last min. Curtis was extremely pleasant to interact with and new what he was doing, he new that the trade for my car would not get us to make a deal, but he went out of his way in which this is the first dealership I ever seen do as he posted my car to manufacture/warehouse (not sure) maybe another dealer to buy, in which turned out to be the better deal and here I am filling out a survey after I have purchased a new car from this great dealership.

This is my second RDX. I loved my 2015 model but I looked at many other manufacturers when my lease was up. Nothing compared to Acura in the luxury compact SUV category. But I wanted the safety features that were not available in 2015. I also wanted to keep the monthly cost the same. Acura of Denville worked with me and I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. And, I can't say enough about their Service Dept. They are always extremely helpful and friendly. They put this dealership over the top for customer service.

I found a slightly used car online that I was interested in. I drove over 2 hours from N.Y. knowing the whole situation would depend on something as little as which sales guy they stuck me with. It couldn't have went better! They called me twice on the way to confirm the appointment. They had the car washed and right up front so it was the first car you see when you pull in. Anthony (I called him tony,) was very direct but respectful and addressed all my concerns. One of the SM Adam was very nice and kept checking in on me which was great. Tony was a pleasure to work with! I thought the hard part was the finance office but that was the best! Eddie was so laid back and so honest, it was a pleasure. He took time to explain everything to me, sometimes twice and made sure I didn't leave unless I felt great about everything. They offered me as many refreshments and snacks as a JetBlue flight, very clean dealership. I would hope others have the same experience. A++

I have purchased many vehicles during my life, but I must state that my experience with Acura of Ramsey and Stuart Fogler was my best car buying experience ever. I purchased a new MDX from Ramsey Acura on August 8. I worked with Stuart Fogler, and he was excellent to work with. He did a great job as he explained the vehicle, gave me cost saving recommendations, and beat every other dealer or internet price on his first offer. The experience from purchase through delivery was excellent. David Schnapper, the business manager was also a pleasure to work with, and my brief dealing with Tom Sabiel in Service was excellent.
I have to again praise Stu, who also helped me multiple times with setting up my infotainment system at delivery and after delivery. He treats you as if he is a long time friend. Great guy. If you are looking to purchase an Acura, you owe it to yourself to talk to Stuart Fogler at Acura or Ramsey.

Terrific dealership…..not only great prices, but professional, low pressure sales team and a great service department. Two years ago we bought a TLX, which had a major issue from the outset. The prompt and satisfactory manner in which the problem was responsibly addressed by Service manager Anthony Matassa and Acura made us feel that we had made the right choice on both the manufacturer and the Bay Shore dealership.
This spring while servicing our 2015 TLX at the dealership, I ran into Service Manager Anthony Matassa and mentioned that we would soon be looking to replace our six year old Honda Pilot that would be going to a family member. Anthony suggested the 2017 MDX as a great replacement and referred me to the sales team.
After a road test, reading some reviews and doing pricing research, I came back to Salesman Tony Natale. He and Business Manager Joe Liotta worked out an excellent lease deal for me on a new MDX.
The way Bay Shore Acura’s service department handled a problem two years ago, and their personal and competent service since, made us feel good about returning for a second vehicle. The service area waiting room may be modest by today’s standards, but make no mistake, Manager Anthony Matassa runs a first class Service and Parts operation where his team tries very hard to “keep the customer satisfied.” Our new MDX was prepped and accessorized beautifully. And, by the way, the service department detailed our old Pilot too (before we passed it on)…..and what a great job….better and actually less costly than a detail our local carwash.

I went in to Acura of Lynbrook to inquire about their lease deals.
Sunny Pasha attended to me and asked what i wanted. There was no aggresive push to be interested in the models that they were trying to get off the lot or the models that would benefit Sunny or the dealership the most.
It was my first time purchasing/leasing a car so it was comforting to find a sales rep that actually cared about what you wanted and didn't try to convince you that you wanted a car that you never asked about.
I'd recommend Sunny and Acura Lynbrook to anyone interested in purchasing a car. If you aren't interested in an Acura then you will at least experience the professionalism of Acura Lynbrook and Sunny Pasha.

My car needed service two weeks ago, from that service additional service requirements were identified, I scheduled an appointment that met my schedule. A loaner auto made available since my service was to take time. The service was completed as scheduled and I was notified when it was ready. When I picked up my vehicle, I had used coupons that I had acquired from "Friendly Acura of Middletown" web site that saved me considerable money. I have always used this dealership service department for the last 10 years since this is my second MDX, and will continue to use them in the future as long as I own Acura's.

CROOKS in suits BE AWARE ! ! ! ! TOTAL FRUAD ..... I was sold a 90,000 car from this dealer. After using the car for 30,000 miles the car breaks down. The WARRANTY the DEALER SOLD ME refuse to fix it. they sold me a car as a V8 gave me a title and the price for a V8 even car fax that said V8; the salesmen later took back. I then find out that I own a V6 .... In the mist of fixing this car I come to find out that the curve weight of the car was tampered with. I'm taking legal actions and pressing charges!!! I hope to see this dealer out of business soon !!

I am an internet shopper. As an internet purchaser I am primarily interested in obtaining the lowest price and working with a dealership that does not play sales games. I priced out the MDX I wanted with just about every Acura dealership on Long Island. Smithtown Acura's internet process was top notch. I received clear and responsive communications from Internet Consultant, Marissa DePalma. She worked with Manager, Greg Vigna, to match the lowest prices I found among the various Long Island dealerships. There were no games. No bait and switch occurred. Ultimately, the deal came down to the purchase price I would receive on my trade in, a Cadillac Escalade. When we arrived at the dealership, we were made right at home by salesman, Brian Gore. He showed us the features of the MDX while Greg Vigna took the Cadillac to be assessed for trade in value. Greg came back with a very fair price very quickly. Again, there were no games, just a fair price from the very beginning. I concluded that this is a dealership that gets what an internet buyer wants and they met my needs. I agreed to the deal and we are enjoying our MDX very much. Great job by the Smithtown Acura team.

Once you buy a car from them and they have your money, they could care less about their customer service. I bought a brand new car, which was never inspected properly. I know this because once I got on the highway the tires felt as if they were going to fly off. They replaced all my tires the next day. With less than 3000 miles on my car, a bubble appeared in my rear tire. Knowning I had not hit anything I asked for it to be replaced, they refused to contact the manufacturer (after the issues with my first set of tires, I am convinced I had gotten another faulty one) and forced me to pay for a new tire. I even put a call into General Manager, Amy, who instead of calling me back herself, made a service rep do her dirty work...so unprofessional. THEN, I made an appointment for an oil change, because I was leaving my car and coming back for it I was told they would need it for 4 hours, to get the "waiting" customers out of the dealership as they were the "priority." They didn't care that I too had an appointment and needed my car back. DO NOT BUY FROM DEVAN ACURA. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
