UNHAPPY WITH OVERALL OUTCOME AFTER SALE - DJ-ED-LO
I WAS UNHAPPY AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS OF OWNING THE VEHICLE BECAUSE I HAD TO GO TO THE SERVICE CENTER TWICE WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK OF THE PURCHASE DUE TO A CD/DVD STUCK IN THE PLAYER, NAVIGATION NOT WORKING, AND THE REMOTE KEY THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME LOOKED HORRENDOUS. FOR ME PURCHASING A $65,000+ VEHICLE, AND PUTTING DOWN $30,000, I EXPECTED TO BE MUCH HAPPIER WITH THE EXPERIENCE, NOT TO HAVE HAD TO VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER UNTIL THE NEXT OIL CHANGE WAS DUE, AND NOT HAVE A KEY THAT LOOKS LIKE I PURCHASED A VERY VERY OLD VEHICLE. ON A BETTER NOTE, PURCHASING OF THE VEHICLE WAS GOOD, SALESMAN DAN KEYS WAS GREAT AND THE FINANCIAL DEPT. MADE SURE EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH AND I WAS ABLE TO REMAIN IN THE MONTHLY BUDGET THAT I HAD PROJECTED.

The dealership provided us with a fair price on the Traverse, and Scott had no problem locating the right car with the correct options we needed. Delivery process was smooth and Scott walked us through every feature of the vehicle, which was a nice touch. Vehicle was delivered clean, inside and out, and had the all-season floor mats installed as per our lease contract. Will work with Scott and this dealership again.

We were in the market for a small SUV and the Buick Encore looked interesting. We visited Callaremi Cadillac/Buick in Budd Lake NJ. We dealt with Art Adams and from the moment we met he impressed us.
He was professional, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. His easy going demeanor put us at ease during the entire process which took a couple days. We told him we were also looking at other makes of cars and he respected that.
He took his time and explained the differences on all the Encore models so that we had a good understanding of each vehicle.
Although we chose a different manufacturer he was still professional and courteous when we told him.

I wouldn't recommend this dealer. I have been waiting for 2 days for the owner of Miller to reach out to me on the poor service we received on Saturday. We were made to look like fools. The salesperson took very little time with us to busy on his other sales. We signed paperwork on a purchase that somehow someone messed up. Made it look like my husband and I. Very upset with the way we were treated. I guess the owner won't have the respect to call us back then I guess my respect for the establishment will be clearly noted.

We have purchased or leased many cars in the past and never before have we been treated with more courtesy and respect. We never felt pressure from T&T Coast and they took the time to explain "everything" there was to know about the car we were interested in. The knowledge of the salesperson during the entire lease/sale was extremely impressive.
In the past, mostly after we signed on the dotted line, we were sent on our merry way to figure out all the bells and whistles of our new car. But in this case, they took so much time to explain everything to us. We actually left without any questions.
We plan on recommending T&T Coast to anyone we know who may be looking for a car, without hesitation.

My son Jason, asked me to accompany him to Van Buren GMC to purchase a new 4X4 pickup. He stated the Chevy dealerships were rude and nasty, Toyota very rude and cocky and other GMC dealerships didn't take him serious and didn't have the product he finally decided on, 2016 GMC Canyon. Salesperson, Andy Thompson greeted us with open arms , and courtesy. Van Buren GMC didn't have my son first choice of color and had only one 2016 Canyon (RED) left in stock. After a little negoitioating, we settle on a deal and it was a great experience. The Chevy and Toyota dealerships should take lessons from Van Buren GMC on how to treat customers. We are very happy with VAN Buren so far. The true test is going to be our experience with the service department. I will rate and write a review when that happens. Thanks Van Buren and keep up the good work.
