John Goldbeck GM Service Consultant was great to deal with . Easy to setup appointment and then confirmed that my recall part was in for recall and my 2 key fobs were in stock. When I could not make the appointment John understood what was going on and told me to let me know whenI could get there and he get me in at 745am and get me done asap which did happen and between the recall and programing of the 2 new key fobs time was great. Cannot express my big thank you to John and the GM team there that they are number 1 to me. Thats why I buy my cars from them and have them do all my repairs on them. Never ever would think of going anywhere else and hope John stays a long time there. Please pass this review onto John for me and cannot express my big thank you. PS he always checks if there is anymore recalls this way I can stay up to date with my car and my safety when driving. These guys amazed me! I first spoke to their general manager, Luis, about what I was looking for. I mentioned to him that I had just spoken to a fellow general manager or sales manager of a fellow Buick dealership. I mentioned to Luis that I was told to wait 3-4 months (I still had 5 months on my current lease) before I should approach this other dealership to lease a new Buick to get to the terms I wanted, which was exactly what I was paying with my current lease. I wanted the same deal, but to tweak the miles a bit. I am a customer at this other dealership in the sense that that is where I get all my maintenance done on my Buick. I took his advice as gold. He knew the numbers and my situation and he was the boss, so I had no reason not to believe him. I called Luis and Buick GMC of Englewood just on a hunch and because I noticed on their website that they had deals unique to the four "local" Buick dealerships. He told me to give him a chance. He was enthusiastic and wanted to help me out and seemed genuinely interested/concerned. I liked his "fight". I walked in, he assigned Scott M to me, and we sat down to discuss what I was looking for. Within what seemed to be minutes, the Scott returned from the finance guy and congratulated me on my new vehicle. They met everything I was looking for without question or concern. I have no ill will toward the other dealership, but I trusted their expertise stating what I wanted could not be done and I had to wait 3-4 months. But Luis and Scott made it happen within the length of a few songs. Again, they amazed me! I had some parenting chores to do that day, so I was under a tight schedule for the day. Scott have everything ready for me on my timeline. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Their finance department was high speed! Great technology! I "dug" their fully digital/paperless process. Great people! I will be going back when this lease is up!! Trust Luis--he will take care of you!

We were in the market for a small SUV and the Buick Encore looked interesting. We visited Callaremi Cadillac/Buick in Budd Lake NJ. We dealt with Art Adams and from the moment we met he impressed us.
He was professional, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. His easy going demeanor put us at ease during the entire process which took a couple days. We told him we were also looking at other makes of cars and he respected that.
He took his time and explained the differences on all the Encore models so that we had a good understanding of each vehicle.
Although we chose a different manufacturer he was still professional and courteous when we told him.
I highly recommend Art Adams and the Callaremi dealership.

Extremely Poor Service - Mary
I wouldn't recommend this dealer. I have been waiting for 2 days for the owner of Miller to reach out to me on the poor service we received on Saturday. We were made to look like fools. The salesperson took very little time with us to busy on his other sales. We signed paperwork on a purchase that somehow someone messed up. Made it look like my husband and I. Very upset with the way we were treated. I guess the owner won't have the respect to call us back then I guess my respect for the establishment will be clearly noted.

Pretty bad experience. Had a fuse blow on me "mysteriously" and had a whole song and dance with these guys trying to get it paid. Some how the transmission computer stopped talking to the transmission and disconnected me while I was driving. I had them look and they found a fuse that blew. They refused to find out what blew the fuse unless I paid for the labor which is BS. Something electrical needed to cause a surge for that to happen and sending me off with just a fuse change keeps the problem going. But here was the hassle I went through on the warranty end of it just regarding the fuse. I ended up paying it but I think this gives you a good idea of what your in for a Lasorsa/ Mitsubishi.
Initially I was told it wasn't covered on a 12000/1 year warranty by the dealer. Even gave me a sheet that said so even though such a thing wasn't listed in my warranty manual (see attached pics). Asked them to point out where it said 12,000/ 1 year warranty IN THE MANUAL and they couldn't do it. So I called the corporate office, had a claims specialist review my case and had them tell me the same thing, still without pointing out where it said 12,000 miles/ 1 year in the manual. I'll get back to the claims specialist in a minute.
Next they tried to blame me by saying a used an after market charger that was prone to blowing fuses. I don't need to use an after market charger because the mirage has a usb port that uses a standard cable that fits into your phone to charge. Its located in the glove box. It comes standard with the car and if that blew the fuse than the problem is a design flaw. Not to mention that in the 20000 miles I put on it never once did it short out when I had something plugged in.
Finally I get a call back from the claims specialist again who pointed me to the wear and tear section of the manual that said the item isn't covered. And she was right fuses weren't covered. I don't believe the problem was wear and tear but if I wanted to find out what it is than I have to pay. And the reason I didn't pay to find out was this:
They gave me three separate excuses as to why they didn't cover my part.
First it was the 12,000/1 year mile warranty. Even showed me a fake warranty run down (see pic) of everything my warranty covered and at the very end was a little line that they punched in saying fuses are not covered after 1 year/12000. Asked them to prove this in the warranty manual and they couldn't.
Next they tried to blame it on me by saying I used an after market charge. I didn't. I don't need to.
Finally they found it not covered under wear and tear issues. Even if I don't agree with it, I don't have a case.
What all this shows me is that they are trying to wiggle out of paying on their end. They wont go any farther and find the real problem because if they do than they got to shell out for it. They're comfortable letting a car that mysteriously blew the fuse that connected the transmission to the computer go out on the street and not give me an answer as to what blew it. The car drives but its pretty much a time bomb that could go at any moment and I don't have the comfort of knowing the warranty will help me.
So why this whole 12,000/1 year business? Where did that come from? still haven't been told where it says that in the warranty. The only thing with that time is the adjustment period warranty and this isn't it.
Their business practices are kind of shady and whether its Lasorsa or Mitsubishi I suggest buying something else elsewhere. I attached some emails, the fake recipt and the warranty run down as proof. Go to my google review to see

My son Jason, asked me to accompany him to Van Buren GMC to purchase a new 4X4 pickup. He stated the Chevy dealerships were rude and nasty, Toyota very rude and cocky and other GMC dealerships didn't take him serious and didn't have the product he finally decided on, 2016 GMC Canyon. Salesperson, Andy Thompson greeted us with open arms , and courtesy. Van Buren GMC didn't have my son first choice of color and had only one 2016 Canyon (RED) left in stock. After a little negoitioating, we settle on a deal and it was a great experience. The Chevy and Toyota dealerships should take lessons from Van Buren GMC on how to treat customers. We are very happy with VAN Buren so far. The true test is going to be our experience with the service department. I will rate and write a review when that happens. Thanks Van Buren and keep up the good work.
