The Team of Julio, Mustafa, Debbie and Gabriel got the job done. My situation was a bit complicated but when I decided to go in the team lead by Julio Cartagena made me feel like I was in good hands. I had options and they made sure they went through all the options that I had completely. They advised me on what I should do and what would be more beneficial for me. This is my 4th car with Garden State Honda and after this purchase it will definitely not be my last. Highly recommended to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Honda vehicle. Every time I come for my car's maintenance service I always ask for Paul Giameo.
I was there today for my car's service scheduled (oil change) at 4:00. I arrived 30 minutes early and I was entertained right away. I sat in the waiting area and after few minutes Paul came to me and told me that they will start the service right away. In about 30 minutes, oil change was done and my car was washed too.
When Paul gives me back the key, he always get out of his office and ushered me to my car. I hope all the service advisers are like Paul Giameo.
I want also to commend the Service Technician Bernard Washington for the job well done! Thank you guys! When I drove my car back home I thought I was driving a brand new car!

Bought civic hatchback from Scott and it was such an excellent experience. Have been to other DCH dealers too, but the way Scott dealt was neat, the deal was best offer I could get and pretty straight forward. He was courteous, helpful and informative . His manager was also amicable and helpful.

I wouldn't have even made it to your lot without Honda of Tenafly's 10-day return for a full refund policy on used cars. I hope you realize that such a policy isn't just nice...I fully believe it helps you sell more cars. The policy gave me confidence that Honda of Tenefly has confidence in the cars they're selling. That confidence was further enhanced when Herbie Rosario not only told me it was OK for me to take the 2009 CR-V I was buying to my mechanic in Fort Lee..but that he would drop the car off and pick it up for me! Your policies in this regard give me--as a buyer--peace of mind and get's me to "yes" on a sale infinitely quicker. For those reasons alone, I never want to buy from another dealership if I can help it.
Then, there is the way your people treated me. There was never any moment where I felt I was being spoken to like a child or an uneducated adult. There was no "let me go talk to my manager"...there was no hard sell for me to buy an extended warranty (a document that -statistically-most people who buy never use). Herbie has a very easy going, earnest way about him. I like him and I trust him. His communication with me was excellent. He's very well informed, and very willing to do what was necessary to make sure I left Honda of Tenafly happy with and confident in my purchase. I very much look forward to buying another car from him again..soon (he knows what I'm looking for!). My wife and I were also quite fond of Harry. Good sense of humor! And again, I felt like he was telling me the truth.
In closing, I can tell you that all the positives I listed above are noticeably absent from other dealerships I've dealt with. Some will let you return the car in 5 days, but only for store credit. Others put people with only the sketchiest of understandings about their products (or cars in general) out there as your chief contact. Most wont let you take the car to your mechanic..unless said mechanic is located less than a mile a away. Honda of Tenafly's policies and people are a rare gem. Thanks for being different--and better--than the rest!

2017 CRV Purchase - MikeZ
While our new car purchases were 15 years apart, this was the first dealer we went to for this purchase. We had a price based on some internet searching and a wholesale club buying service and one that a we felt was fair. Babylon Honda met the price and we did not have to drive all over just to save a few bucks. The dealership and service center are very close to our house so that is a plus. And we still own and continue to use our first purchase from Babylon Honda, a 2002 Honda Accord.

I leased a 2014 Honda Accord hybrid from Baron Honda. My salesman at the time was Bobby Brodeur. I loved my car and was planning on keeping but when the 2017 came out and had the larger trunk and remote start (which I missed terribly), I decided to start shopping. I went to another dealer who quoted me a ridiculous price to upgrade. No deal!
A few months later, since I had purchased my first hybrid from Bobby at Baron, (I was very happy the first time), I decided to return to see if he could help me.
Bobby was awesome! He worked a great deal for me and I was sold! He said pick your color and we'll get it for you! Wow! I was so excited! The only dilemma now was the color I choose. It was very hard to find -only one dealer in the Tri State had it! Bobby worked hard to get the car that I wanted from another dealer in CT! I don't think many salespeople would be so accommodating to insure that I would have just the one I wanted!. Bobby made the buying process easy, kept me informed every step of the way and even sent me a picture of my car when it got to the dealership from CT!
If you are looking for an honest, straightforward salesman, go see Bobby! I LOVED my first Honda Accord hybrid ( would happily be a spokesperson for this fabulous luxurious hybrid) and I am positive I will love this one as much if not more!

I have been shopping the death out of finding the perfect crossover for me. I wanted to left no stone unturned. But you can only get a feel for a car in person, but the effort dealing with hi pressure salespeople would normally keep me away. But as I mentioned I really wanted to be sure the car I like was for me , which means you have to compare it to the Hondas.
WAS I WRONG. The Curry Honda Yorktown people were great, The greeted me quickly and even after I told them my intention they paired me with Carlos who took me through the trims and options of the Honda CR-V and even show me the new Ridgeline- An honest pickup truck with the Honda Brand.
I was almost swayed, the Honda is a great car and the price, and even though I did not buy the Honda I would surely recommend Curry and Carlos.I had a very good experience with the people there and if you knew me more you would know that that compliment does not come lightly.

As a UPS driver, there are plenty of dealerships on my daily route. I chose Joyce Honda 6 years ago for my first Pilot because of the established relationship I have with them as their driver. After putting 274,000 miles on it, I decided it was time to trade up. After looking at the inventory online, I made a call to get my paperwork going. When I got to my stop, with very little time, I gave the new Pilot a quick once over and gave the 2 thumbs up to process the paperwork. The next day, we went and picked up our new car. I recently purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot from Hackettstown Honda. It's been 18 years since I last purchased a car and I was very apprehensive of the process.
The folks at Hackettstown Honda (Rob Nylund and Stephen Layton) took great care of me. They were up front and honest through out the entire process which put my mind at ease.
