This will be my 3rd new vehicle I have purchased from Downs. I live in North Jersey but have found Downs to be my dealer of choice. Everyone is courteous and professional, from the time I walked in the door to the time I drove out of the lot. Nicole was referred to me from Jonathan who worked with me through the sales process. She showed knowledge and professionalism and was very helpful. Nick, the business manager, finalized all the paperwork and congratulated me on my purchase.
I will continue to do business with Downs as my service center. This is another reason why I choose Downs. Their service center has always shown concern and dedication to their work.

so this was the first of many for me. i am beyond pleased with my ford escape. i have leased nissan vehicles for the last several years and my intention was to just shop around at different dealers but there wasnt a need to go further after walking into all american ford in paramus. not only was jj petrillo so helpful, he heard all of what my requirements which wasnt easy esp with what i wanted to pay monthly but he made it happen. i can honestly say for a base model the 2017 ford escape has so many festures as well as such a beautiful ride. i highly recommend the car and most of all the man behind the sale, jj petrillo.

I was looking to trade in my current lease and my fiance told me I should look into Magarino Ford for she was using their services and was fairly happy. After spending a while trying to find that car that fit my lifestyle, I settled on the new Ford Fusion Energi. My dealer (Frankie) had mentioned something about a deal that Ford was running and they had most likely sent a packet to my house that was good for $750 in cash back. He told me, bring it back whenever I got it in the mail and he would cut me a check ON THE SPOT! I thought it was too good to be true. Couple days went by and I finally received the coupon and promptly brought it to Frankie and was taken back when he did not cut a check for me right then and there.
After a couple of days I followed up with Frankie and he informed me that I did not qualify for the cash back and left it at that. I informed him of my displeasure with this because of the fact that he made it seem like this was a done deal and guaranteed me the money. He then proceeded to respond to me with an incredibly disrespectful email that was unbelievably rude. I mentioned to him that I would bring this to his bosses attention to see what can be done about it.
Orlando actually reached out to me before I could get to him which I was impressed with. He took the time to explain to me why it was I was denied for the rebate and informed me of what he was going to do to try and remedy this issue.
I followed up with him a week later to which he replied to me that he was almost certain that he was going to get the rebate for me and he asked for a little more time. I obliged.
Had my fiance follow up with Orlando a week and a half after that and he informed her that it was a done deal and the check would be coming in the next couple of weeks.
I have now been waiting for over 3 months for this rebate to come and have given up hope at this point.
To be constantly strung along like we were was absurd. If they were unable to get the rebate for me, tell me up front about it. Don't make me believe that I will be getting a check in the mail that was never sent.
I am counting down the days until my fiance's lease is up and mine so we never have to deal with this company again.

I was interested in a car that I saw online. I filled out the online form, was immediately contacted by Shaun. He was easy to communicate with, provided straight answers to every question that I had, and did not pressure in any way in person.
Park City Ford was great with pricing, very patient with me as a picky buyer, and accommodating with my schedule. They even drove the car I was interested in to my nearby mechanic for it to be inspected.

Smith Cairns returned my car from their service department damaged and denied responsibility. Their service representative lied to protect her staff who are incompetent of honesty. The owner of Smith Cairns although listened to my complaint of their Service Department did nothing to rectify the situation and had no problem with losing an account. This place used to be bustling with business and now is starving for the next unsuspecting innocent customer. They are terrible; there are plenty of complaints against everyone there. Therefore if you have to go to Smith Cairns Yonkers Service make sure you record your conversations, take pictures of your car before service and after service while on their premises; get a copy of the service order before leaving and then compare to the final service order. They make serious mistakes and take no responsibility for it.

It is amazing to me that this dealership even exists and that Ford allows it to still run. My problem with the Ford vehicle is bad. But my experience with Jersey Ford dealership is most definitely worse. I've accepted the fact that my vehicle is not the best in quality. But I cannot accept the lack of competence in the service staff at this dealership.
I brought my car to this dealership twice for two different problems. Each time has been a nightmare! They always tell me that they will call me back. They never call back! Their phone system fails all the time. Sometimes it says the phone number is no longer a working phone number. The service center did not have separate number before. And every time they transferred me, I got disconnected. It seems like they only have one service advisor for each vehicle they service. And no other employee has any information on the vehicle. So if the service advisor is not there or unavailable, you will never know what is going on with your car. I called one day to check the status on my vehicle. But since the service advisor was off that day, I had to wait until the next day. And not only did I have to wait until the next day, the service advisor failed to call me. I had to call him.
Currently, my car is there right now. I dropped it off last Thursday night. It is now Saturday evening. I called this morning at 9:30am for a status update. The receptionist said that my service advisor is Maurice, he is currently busy, and will call me back in an hour. Several hours pass and I get no call. I call back at 2:30pm to check if Maurice is available. The receptionist says she sees him at his desk and transfers me over. He does not pick up and I go to his voice mailbox. I call again and demand to speak to him or someone who can give me an answer to a simple question on the status of my vehicle. Maurice seems to be the only person I can talk to about this. And he is impossible to get a hold of. I am given the director's direct extension. I leave a message with him. At 6:30pm I still do not receive a phone call. I call several times, again. This time no one is answering.
The level of incompetence at this dealership never ceases to amaze me. I would not expect this from any company that is affiliated with such an established name. I normally don't complain. In fact, I think this is the only time I have formally complained about a company. But I don't think anyone should get their vehicle serviced at this dealership. It should be shut down.

Went to M & M Autogroup looking for a vehicle and after having been to several other, I must say, the sales and management staff at M & M are very professional, honest, most of all reliable. Keith Mattocks was the consultant I dealt with and Gary Samboy was the Manager. These two individuals were very knowledgable and considerate of what I was looking for in a vehicle. I would strongly recommend this Dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle and definitely a great automotive purchasing experience.

I bought a used car from them and within 6 months the front bumper cover started to fall off! I came to find out that the car had been in a rear end collision, both sides of the cars had body & paint work as well as the front and that is why the bumper was falling off. None of this was told to me at the time of the purchase. I have heard form other people who bought used cars there that they had body paint & body repair issues that were not divulged at the time of the purchase. They are a dishonest dealer! From what I'm told, the owner buys cars at auction cheap especially those that have been repaired so he can sell them at a lower price than his competition. If you do look at a car at McLean Ford ask to see the Auction Condition Report as well as a CarFax report. But see them IN WRITING!
I also had my car serviced there once. They got grease all over my carpets and would not clean or replace the carpet. Never again!
