Customer service was great. The shuttle service allowed me to shop while my vehicle got an oil change. My service rep also found a nail in my tire that I didn't even know was there. I was able to get the tire changed and rotated at the same appt so I don't have to come back at a later time. I also love that I get my car washed and vacuumed.

Great Car, Horrible service Department. Acura, if you'd like to save your brand, find a way to separate this beautiful Dealership from their horrible service Department. We've actually developed an ongoing saying concerning this Service Department on OBT, Come in for $5.00 part, Leave with $3.00 Customer Service and $1000.00 bill. Please fix this in any way that you can. You have such a great and talented team, don't let them keep getting their ratings lowered by the lowered standard your service Department is working so hard to Maintain. We love our car, but dread having to bring it their for anything. And though we don't mind paying for service, please find an honest team who can give exactly what they promise, and not what suits their paychecks. Perhaps you should just stand around the corner and listen to your future sales plummeting, due to the many customers calling time and time again, trying not to yell at your service department for promises not kept, or things done incorrectly.. Or perhaps you should have someone call and try themselves to get through to your service Department, as it rings with no answer (all day-any day) after 100 rings just to get hung-up on. Thanks for taking the time to listen. Sorry about having to post the honest truth.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE! I do not recommend this dealership not even to my worst enemy. I purchased my first financed car here. When I got there everyone was friendly and eager to sell me a car, I was excited when I did my paper work everything came back fine, so I was happy I left that night made it home the next day I was having serious problems with my car. The car was shutting off when I slowed down then the carpet was soaked in water. There was a leak in the car I called them they wanted me to bring it back in mind you i live in Tampa. So I brought the car in they kept my car for a week I call them Friday they told me come in pick up your car tomorrow I drive half way there to make sure my car is ready for pick up and Adam the manager tells me no the car isn't ready. I was so upset finally after 2 weeks later I get my car. They offer me a warranty for 6 months Adam said take it in no charge any issues. When it came time for my payment I went in to the place that approved me for the auto loan and it stated I owned double the amount because the interest rate was high I was never talked to about the interest rate or how many places they applied for a car load I checked my credit they went through 9 auto loan places but they never made me aware of this now my credit has 9 hard inquires. To top it off I'm 3 months down the road and my car is messed up once again and Adam won't even call me back. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM AUTO NATION ACURA THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND TERRIBLE PEOPLE. So adding to my review I have called them over a 2 weeks and I have not got a call back these people are very rude and won't call you back. Considering taking legal action.

Total run around. Broke my dashboard trying to figure out what was wrong with radio/gps. Denied it. Manager said they would fix. Then didn't. Worse customer service ever
