From the time that we were sincerely and genuinely greeted as we arrived, to the time that we drove off of the lot, everything was top notch. Jason was very patient and thorough throughout the process. Pressure of any kind was ever felt. I knew the deal that I wanted and they agreed to it the first time. There was no back and forth haggling and negotiating. We have about 5 Dodge dealers closer to us than Savage 61, but will definitely return here in the future. Thanks to the entire team.

Eduardo was great to work with he was accommodating and very friendly. I was able to do 90% of this deal over the phone thanks to Eduardo. I have a 3 and 1 year old, as I told Eduardo I did not want to spend all day in a dealership with my babies it would not have been easy on me or anyone in the dealership. Eduardo made this easy by emailing in a very timely manor credit apps and other necessary papers. We agreed upon a price and when I stopped back in to sign papers all the papers were ready when I got there. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Gracias Eduardo!! 2 thumbs up. My wife and I were looking for another vehicle and we did some checking on the internet. We saw the car we wanted and contacted Kelly Automotive. After two or three telephone interactions, a verbal agreement was reached. A few days later we drove to the dealership and looked at the car. With a bank check in hand, the deal was completed in a couple hours and we were on our way back to central PA.

When I came in I wasn't sure if I would be buying or if I could afford it. Tom gave me great service and peace of mind. Not only did he help me but he had great advice on how to take care of my new jeep. He took the time to help me get my jeep on new insurance and gave me hands on demonstration on how to take the top down on my jeep. He helped me basically set up everything I needed to so when I pulled out of the lot I didnt have trouble with anything. He even helped me install my daughter's car seat BC I was having trouble. He is a great guy and I would recommend him to anyone.

At first I was told the car was sold but two days later she reached out to me by phone, email and text until she reached me to inform me that the car was available and then we set up an appointment for me to come in and see the car. Bruce Hayes helped me out and showed me the car. He was very friendly and the process was smooth and quick. Jay finalized my contract and I was done in all in just over an hour. The staff were all friendly and efficienct.

I found myself in an unexpected situation of needing to find a vehicle quickly. I wasn't prepared to make a decision like this and did not have the time to look around the way I would have wanted. I felt at ease the moment I sat down and start discussing my situation with Kevin starting what I needed in the vehicle to how the much car payment would be. All of my options were laid out and clearly explained to me. I had a Jeep Liberty and wanted to stay with something similiar. The Renegade was the model closest to the Liberty however it didn't allow for the space I wanted in the back. Kevin took the time to show me the other models and answered questions never once making me feel rushed.

I will never come and purchase or service my car here again. Awful customer service skills. Service manager Steve Schneider was super disrespectful. Owner(president) Frank Garesner was not very helpful. Customer is always right. I have video to prove. I am very dissatisfied and will not rest until everyone knows how horrible their service is. Lets be clear my husband came here very calmly to check out our vehicle he becsme irrate after sitting there for over 2 hours and nothing was done. Customer Service negative 0!!!!!!!!

I decided to Caitlin Dodge because I had my 2005 Dodge Ram serviced there due to a manufacturers recall. I was so impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff that when I decided that it was time to part ways with my reliable 2005 dodge, Caitlin was my first choice. I did visit other Dodge dealerships as well as Toyota and Nissan locations, but in my opinion, there is nothing like a Dodge Ram truck. It was not an easy decision to part ways with my 2005 since it has been a great truck from the start. So tough, that at this time, I actually still own it. However, after shopping around at the other aforementioned dealerships, I went to Caitlin to purchase my new truck. Upon arriving, I was greeted by JD Allen. After some discussion as to what I was looking for in a truck, JD was more than happy to show me around to view vehicles. His patience with me was incredible. We must have went into the showroom and back out to the lot at least a half a dozen or more times. JD was most professional. He allowed me to make up my mind and gave me all the time I needed. At no time did I feel any "salesman" pressure to purchase anything. After spending more than 2 hours with JD, I came to realize that if you purchased a vehicle from JD, you had a salesman for life. His professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and respect was obvious from the start. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Dodge Ram Longhorn and could not be happier with the deal I received as well as the truck itself. The more I drive this vehicle, the more I love it. It is an awesome truck. If I were to purchase any other Dodge, Jeep Ram vehicles, it would be from Caitlin and from no one else except for JD Allen. I would recommend anyone I knew that if they where looking to purchase a new Dodge vehicle, to shop at Caitlin and definitely look for JD Allen. One last thing. One would think that once a vehicle is purchased that your contact with your salesman is done. Not so with JD. He has contacted me several time to make sure all was okay and that I was satisfied with everything. Like I said, professionalism.

My father received a mailing from your dealership at his home which included a Scratch-off ticket to win a 60 Inch TV, which upon scratching off showed that he had won. Obviously being wary of things that you receive in the mail he proceeded to call your dealership about the mailing to verify and they told him that HE DID WIN THE TV. He then set up an appointment to go visit this morning to claim his prize and also look at your vehicles.
Once he got there the They explained that he did not win the TV and he did not read the fine print which included a double Asterisk in very fine print, basically lying to him. There were other upset people there who had experienced the same thing. They salesperson the proceeded to show him a 2015 vehicle with 30,000 miles on it when his own vehicle is in pristine condition and nearly paid off.
I find it really ridiculous that you have to lure seventy year-old man to the dealership through these tactics, along with probably many other people. Especially when he called and you could've told him on the phone the real deal. Maybe you should purchase a book on business ethics, get new management, look at your current business practices and margins, and see if there's a reason why you can't attract customers for the quality of your product or advertise in an ethical manner. You should be ashamed.
