Well for the first time in 10 years I went to buy a new car and I was dreading it, but I sat down with the salesman (Dave Baldwin) and he made me feel welcomed and I didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything that I didn't feel comfortable with and he answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything to me. It made for a great experience buying my new car. In the past I always felt like the sales person just wanted me to buy a car and get out, but not Dave Baldwin. A month ago Amanda Wise was very helpful to answer any and all questions, friendly, and did not pressure or intimidate to try to get a sale. Used car brand I wanted was not one of theirs, but she researched questions and gave me correct answers. She got me two free oil changes.
Manager Ken George and Chris gave me a good trade in price, were informative, courteous and did not drag out or slow the process. I got a very good deal for a very clean 2014 SUV.

Rothrock really cares about their customers. I bought a Hyundai from them 2004 with 83000 miles that was 3400 dollars, and they gave me repairs of the vehicle for free after I purchased the car. When I went there, there was not a long wait for the salesman to talk to us and filling out the paperwork needed for my purchase was done quickly and efficiently. When I went into the building the salesman opened the door for me. A salesman offered to buy something for me from the vending machine, and I didn't ask them to do that. Buying from this dealership was very satisfying and would recommend it to anyone.

My overall experience at Cherry Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep was great. I was only going to test drive and scope out what type of Jeep I wanted but ended by buying my first big purchase, a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Jerry Cronk was my sales associate that patiently and attentively handled my every wish that I wanted in my new car. Not only did he spend over 4 hours with my indecisive self, his smile never left his face and I got everything I wanted and more. Like most people, we despise having to sit in a dealership for hours. We started with Melissa, who was awesome to work with, and finished with Gerard. They offered us triple for our trade then what another Jeep dealer would give us, and we were able to upgrade to a better model for the same price as what the other dealer offered. They worked on the financing during the day so we didn't have to sit there, walked in at 6pm to sign the paperwork and was out by 7pm. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

Recently bought a Ford F-150 at Fred Beans Doylestown, and was unhappy with the process of buying a vehicle from them. Came to Chapman Ford with my father to assist him in purchasing a new F150. Found a truck online and met with salesman Fred Bell. Fred was very professional and took whatever time needed to go over the vehicle. We gave them a monthly payment we did not want to exceed and with very little negotiation they came to that number. Very please with the salesman Fred Bell and Chapman Ford.
In addition I needed an oil change in my new truck. Without an appointment the service department (Joe Kerwick) was able to get my vehicle in for service while we purchased another new truck! Thank you!

My husband I and recently purchased our 6th and 7th vehicles from Savage L&B on 12/10/2016. We have been loyal customers of this dealership since 2001 due to not only how we are treated during the sale process, but in addition to how we are treated by the service team as well.
Our salesperson, Josh Gruver is amazing at getting us good deals and even brought us lunch with our latest purchase while we waited for the vehicles to be cleaned up for us.
The employee seem to be happy there and stay so it's nice when we call for service and talk to Roy and as soon as either my husband or I say our names, he immediately asks how the other person is doing.
I really can't say enough good things about this dealership and it's employees.

I decided to Caitlin Dodge because I had my 2005 Dodge Ram serviced there due to a manufacturers recall. I was so impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff that when I decided that it was time to part ways with my reliable 2005 dodge, Caitlin was my first choice. I did visit other Dodge dealerships as well as Toyota and Nissan locations, but in my opinion, there is nothing like a Dodge Ram truck. It was not an easy decision to part ways with my 2005 since it has been a great truck from the start. So tough, that at this time, I actually still own it. However, after shopping around at the other aforementioned dealerships, I went to Caitlin to purchase my new truck. Upon arriving, I was greeted by JD Allen. After some discussion as to what I was looking for in a truck, JD was more than happy to show me around to view vehicles. His patience with me was incredible. We must have went into the showroom and back out to the lot at least a half a dozen or more times. JD was most professional. He allowed me to make up my mind and gave me all the time I needed. At no time did I feel any "salesman" pressure to purchase anything. After spending more than 2 hours with JD, I came to realize that if you purchased a vehicle from JD, you had a salesman for life. His professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and respect was obvious from the start. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Dodge Ram Longhorn and could not be happier with the deal I received as well as the truck itself. The more I drive this vehicle, the more I love it. It is an awesome truck. If I were to purchase any other Dodge, Jeep Ram vehicles, it would be from Caitlin and from no one else except for JD Allen. I would recommend anyone I knew that if they where looking to purchase a new Dodge vehicle, to shop at Caitlin and definitely look for JD Allen. One last thing. One would think that once a vehicle is purchased that your contact with your salesman is done. Not so with JD. He has contacted me several time to make sure all was okay and that I was satisfied with everything. Like I said, professionalism.
Terrible sales experience - downhillracer
Found a Jeep on a web search so I went to their web page but could not find it. Got on a chat window with sales and found the car was available. I asked for the best cash price and sent the info on my trade for an evaluation. I told her I would come over the same day and buy it if the price was right. I waited for a call or email back but got none that day. Next day I sent web requests in again saying I was ready to buy today and would be right over. No response. This was a Saturday so I waited until Monday. I called in, got the same internet person and she said the salesman had been trying to contact me. Well, this was total crap. I looked on my phone, no messages or missed calls from them, no emails, nothing. She said she would have him call me. Next day, he called, no better price than what was on the web page, no info on my trade. Claimed he never got anything even though I sent it over several times as well as gave it to the internet rep. He said he would check on price and get back to me. To date, never heard back from them. I bought a jeep from another dealer.this dealership is a joke.
