A Pleasant Experience From Beginning to End - WMD
We visited Holman Infiniti to look at some of the late model, low mileage, precertified Q50s they had advertised online. Upon arriving, we were impressed by the beautiful building and the friendly staff. We were fortunate enough to have Anderson Douglas show us the car we were primarily interested in and answer all of our questions, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable about not only the Q50 but the other, non-Infinity models we were considering as well. When it came time to discuss price they were very fair, the internet price was honored (plus tax, tags, and registration fees, as expected), there were no additional, made up fees thrown in to artificially inflate the price of the car above the asking price. I have found myself sitting in many different car dealerships over the years and I can honestly say this was one of the most pleasant experiences I can remember.
We picked up the car on the Friday evening of a holiday weekend. Upon arriving home we noticed that there was no owners manual in the glove compartment. I called Anderson and brought this to his attention and he told me it would be in the mail first thing Monday morning. I was hoping to get it by the end of the week. Tuesday morning the owners manual was delivered to my house followed by a call from Anderson on Wednesday just to make sure I received it. Anderson is a man of his word and a terrific guy to do business with.

My husband and I just purchased the QX30 from Faulkner Infiniti of Willow Grove. We love the car. It is confortable, luxurious and efficient. The brand specialist who worked with us was Joseph Evangelista. He payed attention to the features we value in a car, found the perfect car for us, and gave us privacy to make a final decision. The purchase process was easy and enjoyable.
Poor Customer Service - At the big game
The service staff very unprofessional and need training on how to treat all customers equal. They refused to Allow me access to a vehicle that was taking another customer to work. They made smart, rude and false comments concerning my interaction with them. When speaking to the service manager he became very confrontational and had no regard for how I was treated. In my opinion, If you want to be treated with disrespect and lied on to start a conflict then go to this dealership with no class

Never paid off vehicle that I traded in and now currently arguing to get vehicle paid off. They didn't have a problem thou taking my down payment and cashing next day. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE THE WORSE

I am not a young man, and have been a car freak all my adult life. My M56 was purchased here in 2011, and it is the only dealership that has ever worked on it. Rebecca Bones has been there since I first met the team, along with Leigh and John Froilo? Everytime I stop in, they know me by name, and offer to trade my car. it still runs, drives, and looks like new.
100,000 miles and I will drive it, as long as long as feasible, and replace it with a new one, from Infiniti of West Chester.
I have never returned the same dealership, to buy another car, this time I cant fathom going anywhere else.
