Excellent Experience - Big Bertha is an Acura
I'd been looking for the right Q50 for months. Came across Bennett in Allentown. Spoke to Tracey Waters but she was unavailable, but I appreciated the followup phone call and she made sure when I came in that the vehicles I wanted to look at were ready.
I was ultimately assisted by Emilio Cruz. Emilio was laid back and knowledgeable.
Took me two weeks to get back to PA to finalize the deal. Emilio kept in touch but was never overbearing or pushy.
We communicated through email and text, which I found to be awesome!
Once I was ready to pick up my new ride he had all the paperwork ready to sign and I was in and out.
It was as if Bennett Infiniti was his own company.
I will be referring everyone to him and Bennett!
A Pleasant Experience From Beginning to End - WMD
We visited Holman Infiniti to look at some of the late model, low mileage, precertified Q50s they had advertised online. Upon arriving, we were impressed by the beautiful building and the friendly staff. We were fortunate enough to have Anderson Douglas show us the car we were primarily interested in and answer all of our questions, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable about not only the Q50 but the other, non-Infinity models we were considering as well. When it came time to discuss price they were very fair, the internet price was honored (plus tax, tags, and registration fees, as expected), there were no additional, made up fees thrown in to artificially inflate the price of the car above the asking price. I have found myself sitting in many different car dealerships over the years and I can honestly say this was one of the most pleasant experiences I can remember.
We picked up the car on the Friday evening of a holiday weekend. Upon arriving home we noticed that there was no owners manual in the glove compartment. I called Anderson and brought this to his attention and he told me it would be in the mail first thing Monday morning. I was hoping to get it by the end of the week. Tuesday morning the owners manual was delivered to my house followed by a call from Anderson on Wednesday just to make sure I received it. Anderson is a man of his word and a terrific guy to do business with.
A oil change - Pomeranian
This was my first visit to this dealership. Upon arrival they were fast and courteous the staff were very friendly I was made very comfortable during my wait.
Bad Post Sale Customer Service - Ash
They are great until you have paid and taken the delivery, but after that you are history. Apparently, they don't believe in repeat customers.
I bought a certified QX60 a couple of months ago.. At the time of delivery I did not realize that the wheel lock key way was missing. When I contacted them recently, they refused to do anything about it. When asked if they can at least arrange to remove the wheel locks and replace them with regular nuts, I was told that they will get back to me but nobody did, neither did they bother returning my calls.
Any dealer worth their salt would have taken care of the issue, but no such luck with this dealer

Don't bring your car to the service center, the worst - simone123
As I am writing right now, I am still so upset, but to make a long story short, we had some issues with our 2010 qx56 which have less that 55k miles which we brought into the dealership for them to find the problem and fix it, which they never did, they keep telling us they cant seems to find the problem and keep telling us this maybe this maybe that without doing anything, the last recommendation they did was to disconnect our icc/the cruise control to see if that was the problem, which was never the problem (the cruise control have not been working since they so call reconnect it and now refusing to fix it, and after that they told us that they cant do anything we need to take the vehicle elsewhere. We were able to find a reputable service center that specialize in vehicles like Infiniti, Mercedes Benz etc, who took a look at the vehicle was able to find the problem and fix it. I was very upset at Infiniti because we took the vehicle to the maker, not an off service center, the maker refuse to take the time out to find out the problem, and someone else did and fix the vehicle. They did no due diligence to us and make matters worst, which cost us more money in the long run, I WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM INFINITI AGAIN BECAUSE I WILL NOT HAVE A REPUTABLE SERVICE CENTER TO TAKE VEHICLE TO THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING
UNBELIEVABLE!!! Sooooo shady and.... unprofessional!!! - TSAV
About 3 weeks ago; I called West Chester Infiniti to inquire about an FX35 . Spoke with Mark Cantino. i then requested a written contract, which was promptly sent. Mark emailed me later to say that someone was there to test drive the vehicle. He later emailed me to say that the person had placed a deposit and would be returning the next day to finalize the purchase. I continued to notice the vehicle was still listed on the website. So I called again yesterday. This time I spoke with Darrin Hill, who stated that the vehicle was still available. He later contacted me to request a $500.00 credit card deposit to hold the vehicle. Which, I gladly gave. This morning I received an email (not a courtesy phone call) from Darrin to say that the vehicle was sold last evening to someone else, and that my deposit would be refunded to my credit card.
This would have been my second time purchasing a vehicle from West Chester Infiniti. I should have learned from my first purchase when they tacked on an almost $1000.00 in bogus "accessories fees"
