I live in DC and found my Range Rover Sport online. I called and talked with Matt and he could not have been more helpful! I spoke with a lot of dealers while I was researching and none of them came close to providing the level of service Matt did. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, super responsive with all of my questions, and incredibly professional with the negotiation. I also had the pleasure of working with Frank when I came onsite to actually buy the car. Again, he could not have been more pleasant to work with. He really went out of his way to make sure I was completely taken care of. Alyssa was also super helpful and fast getting all of the financing together. Overall, this was the best car buying experience ever and I plan on buying many more vehicles from LR Main Line! Thanks so much guys!!!
Pleasant pre-owned vehicle purchase experience - cdcolleend
We had been in the market for a bit when we had the pleasure of meeting George Weldon. We stopped in to see a vehicle (not a franchise model) that Land Rover of Willow Grove had on their lot that met our search criteria. George was super to work with. He was genuinely interested in understanding what we were looking for and patiently answered our questions. Ultimately, we were satisfied that we found the right vehicle and completed the purchase. Everything was handled courteously and efficiently, right through to the quick delivery of the vehicle registration (~2 weeks after the sale). Throughout the process, everyone we met at the dealership was friendly and helpful. For us, however, it was George's approach that made this our most pleasant preowned vehicle purchase experience (and we've bought many over the years). He even called us a few weeks after the sale to check in and make sure we were enjoying our "new" car. We will certainly call George when we're back in the market and we will, without hesitation, recommend George to family, friends, neighbors and coworkers.

Initiated contact by email and was promptly greeted by Frank Levine. I'm 2 hours away in North Jersey and Frank promised he would pay for a tank of gas if he didn't give me an offer I couldn't refuse. He hooked me up with Robert Brennan, who was a real pleasure to deal with. The F-Pace was really over my budget, but it was my dream car. After going back and forth (no cheap dealership tactics) we were able to come up with an agreement. Having the benefit of Affinity Federal Credit Union helped as well. In summary, I am very satisfied with the treatment and respect I was treated. The finance manager was very professional as well, can't remember her name. Got a good deal on my trade, a decent discount and great finance by my credit union. Will be back in a couple of years... and strongly recommend. Note I can't speak for service as I am too far away to have my vehicle serviced there. A couple of week later I received a gift certificate from Kramer Portraits worth $2,500.

I had my XJS Jaguar at this place for repair. The car never got repaired and was a wrack when I got it back. The roof of the convertible was totally damaged and all the wood inside, the seats and all fabric was completely damaged by water. A $20k damage.

First of all, to avoid confusion, this is the same dealership as the Land Rover store (my husband owns a Land Rover that he bought in Maryland). It's a joint Jaguar Land Rover dealership, and both brands are now owned by an Indian company called Tata, which makes its own cars and trucks in India. I enjoyed a pleasant shopping experience here when I recently bought my new XF. It's a new car, and the sales staff were obviously excited by the car, showing me all the interior features. The test drive was very enjoyable, and the reason I decided to purchase there and then. Here are the good things about this Jag dealer: easy to find and park, nice people working there, and a large clean facility. The only bad thing would be that the financing took a while as there was a bit of confusion with my husband.

I had an oil change on my 911 C4 within the last month! It was a very good experience. During the visit I was able to relax in the lounge and even go out and talk with the tech, look under the car and ask questions. I called to schedule this appoint first thing in the morning and was able to get in and out in about 1 ½ hours which was great.
