Having a problem with my ES 300 battery holding a charge in the past week with the cold temps.
After charging my battery for the 3 rd time I finally got it started Sat AM. Drove straight to Lexus with no appointment. Jon Palmer my service adviser said they would check my car latter today ( Sat) but wanted to keep it over the weekend to see if it would start again on Monday after sitting the weekend. Out the door I drove in a loaner. Susprised I got a call about 3:30 that my car was done. Went back to pick up my car. New battery car washed and no charge as my battery was under warranty.

Recently, I had an unfortunate experience when I visited Lexus of Chester Springs to test drive with intentions of purchasing a Lexus 450h. After writing my review detailing my experiencing I was contacted by Andrew Greim, General Sales Manager. Andrew sincerely apologized for the mishap on behalf of the dealership and gave an explanation of what occurred. Andrew offered to correct the situation and make things right to meet my original expectations to my satisfaction. Not only did he meet my expectations, but he exceeded them. He had the car repaired (at the dealerships expense), detailed, and delivered to me at over 140 miles one way. He sent two drivers (one for the return trip in the event I purchased the car), one of which was a technical expert on the operations of the car and its features. Both drivers, Jeremy and Keith, were pleasant and professional and easy to deal with. They took the time to go on an extensive test ride and patiently explained every feature the car has to offer including personally setting up our communications and Bluetooth devices. The spent over two hours with us to complete the transaction and ensure we were completely satisfied even though they were facing a 2 1/2 hour return trip. The 2013 Lexus 450h I purchased looked and drove like it came off the showroom floor. Without Andrew's intervention and professional salesmanship, I would still be searching for the right vehicle. Hats off to Lexus of Chester Springs for getting a second chance and doing the right thing. Thank you.

This dealership should be the role model for ALL dealerships. We were in the market for a used Lexus (a larger one), trading in our much loved 2005 ES330 sedan having 172k miles. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was greeted by sales consultant Yianni Korovesis..and what an appropriate title..."Consultant". He explained what "Proper Pricing" is as well as the advantages of purchasing a Certified Lexus and informed me that he does not work on commission. I had researched their pre-owned inventory, on line, and drove a Lexus CT200h, a Honda Pilot, a Lexus RX350, and an Infinity EX35. He did not pressure me one way or the other, on the make of the vehicle I was considering and was very patient & knowledgeable with each car that I drove. I was given a tour of the facility and was very impressed with how Lexus treats their customers. We purchased the ES330 from a "car outlet". Having been a Lexus owner, I was very partial to purchasing another one, but needed to test drive the other makes to see if any compared to a Lexus....not even close. I was introduced to Victor Deleon (Yianni's Manager) who wanted to know if there was a specific vehicle that I was in the market for and expressed that they were willing to help with any needs/concerns. I had made my mind up to purchase the RX350 (2011). The processing of paperwork was just not there! Yianni drove the car to our home, we signed the paperwork that he brought, he gave me a tutorial on the features of the car, a new battery was put in (there was a problem staring it the day he was delivering), inspection stickers were on the window, he set up our garage door openers, transferred the plates from the ES, the car arrived with a full tank of gas, and he drove away with the ES! Really?! We cannot say enough about this experience with not only the dealership, but with the people. Thank you Yianni & Victor!

My wife and I traveled from Point Pleasant to purchase a used Lexus. Our salesman, Francis Theuer met us and almost immediately we fell in love with him. He is an older man who treated us very well. Though I can be a little difficult to do business with at times, Francis did not skip a beat. Francis took care of all our needs and sold us a nice SUV for our daughter. In about a year we will be in the market to purchase another Lexus and we definitely intend on purchasing it at Hadelman Lexus.

Customer satisfaction should be top priority! I will no longer recommend this dealership. Word of mouth goes a long way! I was given the run around and no options to say the least when I said I was not pleased with my purchase and did not like the way the vehicle performed.

I expressed some interest in a GS350 F-Sport that was later sold prior to my arrival. Megan with internet sales informed right away that the car was sold, however, an alternative had just been traded in and I was more than welcome to check it out if I was still interested. I came in at the end of the night and was greeted by Marissa, the internet sales manger, who introduced me to the best sales girl ever. Tiffany! Everyone knew I was coming and were ready to talk when I arrived. Though the trade-in value on my car was lower than expected, everyone treated me with respect and were understanding to my feelings on its value. I had even found a similar vehicle at a different dealer for less money when, Trip, the sales manager, looked it up and said he could not match that price, but would still like my business. I really appreciated their honesty and not being defensive in the least that I was an informed consumer. Though I have not purchased a car yet, I hope I can work with Tiffany when I do as she is so warm and friendly to speak with...when I do buy a car it WILL be from her!!! Overall a good experience, and I hope it will be the start of many more good experiences with both sales and service!!!
