The first thing that I appreciated about the sales representative was that unlike many, he was not pushy & did not provide non-stop pressure to buy. I make choices for myself and would have walked away if that was the case. In addition, after giving me an initial quote, they were willing to listen to my financial needs and offer something that better satisfied those needs.

I have been with Lexus of Chester Springs for several years because the people are genuine and they have always accommodated my busy schedule. Recently, I noticed a funny noise, but being 460 miles away from Chester Springs, PA. I opted to let the local Lexus dealership near my home town in Ohio diagnose Lexi (my car's name) to make sure it was nothing serious.
LONG story short and not naming names, let's just say, it was a horrendous and time wasting experience. I initially took Lexi in and got her back 4 weeks and $3,400 later, with the problem not solved. After taking the car right back with the un-resolved issue, it took the dealership another week to re-evaluate my car and came back to me with a $12,000 quote telling me that I needed a new transmission and radiator! This came as a total shock since I have always kept up the maintenance at Chester Springs and Lexi happens to be an LS, the paragon model that Lexus produces . People that drive this car take pride in the performance and its sustainability. Since I thought it was premature to be talking transmissions, I reached out to Lexus customer satisfaction and spoke with Stephanie. She listened to my concerns, was punctual with her follow ups, and upon completing an investigation, she ended up shipping Lexi almost 500 miles so the experts at Lexus CS's could have a look.
In less than 24 hours upon her arrival, I got a call from Steve Anderson, in service, informing me that it had been a misdiagnosis, and the $12,000 estimate that the first dealership had given me was not on point and that he would be in touch shortly after they perform a thorough scope.
Within a few days Steve's team had found the issue with my car, and fixed it at the tune of $1,200, and had her ready & running perfectly!
In a follow up call from Steph, I thanked her for refunding the dealerships initial error, for shipping Lexi to PA and back to Ohio after it was fixed, and expressed my appreciation for handling this matter so professionally. Everyone that know me, knows how much I ? my Lexi Lady, but when the time comes to buy my next car, Chester Springs will continue to get my business and my trust. Overwhelming Experience! - Tom & Lisa Parkman
This dealership should be the role model for ALL dealerships. We were in the market for a used Lexus (a larger one), trading in our much loved 2005 ES330 sedan having 172k miles. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was greeted by sales consultant Yianni Korovesis..and what an appropriate title..."Consultant". He explained what "Proper Pricing" is as well as the advantages of purchasing a Certified Lexus and informed me that he does not work on commission. I had researched their pre-owned inventory, on line, and drove a Lexus CT200h, a Honda Pilot, a Lexus RX350, and an Infinity EX35. He did not pressure me one way or the other, on the make of the vehicle I was considering and was very patient & knowledgeable with each car that I drove. I was given a tour of the facility and was very impressed with how Lexus treats their customers. We purchased the ES330 from a "car outlet". Having been a Lexus owner, I was very partial to purchasing another one, but needed to test drive the other makes to see if any compared to a Lexus....not even close. I was introduced to Victor Deleon (Yianni's Manager) who wanted to know if there was a specific vehicle that I was in the market for and expressed that they were willing to help with any needs/concerns. I had made my mind up to purchase the RX350 (2011). The processing of paperwork was just not there! Yianni drove the car to our home, we signed the paperwork that he brought, he gave me a tutorial on the features of the car, a new battery was put in (there was a problem staring it the day he was delivering), inspection stickers were on the window, he set up our garage door openers, transferred the plates from the ES, the car arrived with a full tank of gas, and he drove away with the ES! Really?! We cannot say enough about this experience with not only the dealership, but with the people. Thank you Yianni & Victor!

Disgusted - disappointed
This was my 3rd Lexus through this company the past 2 under their previous name. I got the run around which surprised the heck out of me. They increased the price when I was actually turning in the car so I was stuck and they said they were paying off my balance of my lease which they did not. I ended up owing Lexus money because they said their salesman screwed it up and Lexus Financial got involved but said it was up to the dealership. I called the managers several times as well as my salesman which my family has used for 15 years (8 cars total) and he wouldn't help either. I will never go back to this dealership again and my family already went to another dealership. They are dishonest and disgusting. Even speaking with Lexus Financial several times, they said what they did was not right but they have no control. Since when don't they get involved with a dishonest dealership. My next car and my daughters will be BMW. Horrible experience!

Customer satisfaction should be top priority! I will no longer recommend this dealership. Word of mouth goes a long way! I was given the run around and no options to say the least when I said I was not pleased with my purchase and did not like the way the vehicle performed.
