After a long day at work, there's nothing worse than a vehicle that won't start! Short of getting a jump and driving straight to Carmen Ford, I was greeted by Chris Southard, service advisor. Who was clam and friendly. The look on my face was a "help me and help me NOW" expression. He kindly asked, " how can I help you today?" I explained that this issue could be the battery, not sure how much life is left on it...he said he would get it in and take a look. Chris was very attentive and explained everything over the course of figuring out the issue. Chris and Randy were very professional and attentive to detail. I appreciate, as a woman that both of you "listened" and valued my opinion. Thank you!

PURCHASE: Buying experience was very quick. I walked in, told Dina what I wanted, she took me out to the lot, and the first car I saw I bought. It was exactly what I wanted and I didn't need to look further. The finance process was quick as well. I was out before lunch time on a Saturday! The only thing I wish I had done, was to do more research on bluebook values, and additional costs. When I went to buy the car my payments are now about 30.00 more a month than I can afford. I made it clear when I told them what I was looking for that I had to keep my payments to a certain amount. I can understand if it's about 10.00 more, but 30.00 is a bit much, especially since I am retiring next year and will be on a fixed income. There were so many fees and upcharges for things I never even thought about. That problem is my own fault for not researching more about car buying.
SERVICE: I had my 2014 Escape for two weeks when the check engine light came on and there was a wind tunnel coming from somewhere on the front passenger side. I was really upset, thinking I had bought a lemon. Service was great though (Kevin Rankin). Got me right in, got me a rental and sent me on my way within half an hour. Granted they kept my car a little longer than I anticipated, but I didn't really care because I had a rental. I wanted them to fix it properly and not rush because I was being a pain. I picked the car up yesterday and everything seems to be fine. I thought when I picked the car up I would have to wait at least an hour to process and return the rental; NOPE, I just walked in, gave Kevin the key and he gave me my receipt and told me where my car was. I was shocked.
My review is entitled "So far, so good" because I know things can change in a heart beat. But for now, I am thrilled with my car and with the whole buying and service experience.

We were told the salesman to talk to was Bill Williams. Our friend was right! Bill is a man of integrity and didn't push (not your average car salesman) or try to force me into a deal. I had my last car for 17 years, and I was prepared for the old-fashioned salesman. Bill got us a great deal and found that my perfect car had just arrived on the lot. We were there a long time, but when we left I was driving my new Ford Escape. I will send everyone I know to this dealership. And by the way...stay away from Pacifico Ford. Hard-sell types. Yuck!

This dealership is unlike any I've ever been to. Let me start off by saying that my husband an I entered Haldeman Ford Allentown dealership maybe about an hour and a half before they were scheduled to close. We were warmly greeted by the receptionist and in less than 5 minutes our sales person came out onto the floor and welcomed us. My husband made it very clear that he wanted a Mustang and our wonderful sales person Frank DeChristopher was able to quickly pick out the perfect car for us. We went to the lower level and the car was brought in so we could get a better look at it and to my amazement it was without a doubt absolutely PERFECT! The car was in immaculate condition, the leather was properly maintained, the whole car was presented to us in near new condition, it even had unbelievable mileage of about 13,000 miles! I was handed the keys for the first test drive and even to my dismay at the initial thought of a Mustang I FELL IN LOVE! It wasn't just the car it was the Haldeman Ford Dealership EXPERIENCE. My husband and I earlier that day had visited about 5 different dealerships in Allentown and not 1 of them impressed me. The sales people were either too pushy, or the cars were just lemons with shiny paint! The minute we walked into this dealership I knew it was going to be the one. The next day we were able to process the paperwork and drive away with a new car, simple and easy. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a new or used car to check out this dealership you wont be disappointed. I would like to write about my positive experience at Tom Masano Ford. The dealership worked as a great team to help me get the car I wanted, and address any issues before, and even AFTER the sale. That is unique in the car business and I have bought over 50 cars. From the very beginning, Andrea Miller was a great sales person. We exchanged over 80 emails and she was willing to provide all the info and help I needed in a very timely manner. Andrea even got back to me on her days off. She went out of her way to help me get the car, and deal I wanted. Her manager Phil Franco was also great. He even approved some brake work after the sale because my brakes were making noise. I really appreciate that. Thank you again Phil. In addition, I had a great experience with the service department. Terry Shenk is a great mechanic. I highly recommend him. He is a great guy! Mr. Karr, the manager, made sure my car was taken care of ASAP. He is a super nice guy as well. Even Rodney, the service advisor is such a pleasure to deal with. So yes, It was a great experience and they have a nice team over at Masano Ford. Very good people. I will be a returning customer for certain!

I was out looking for another car and stopped in at Holman Ford in Turnersville, usually I buy Mercurys but since Ford no longer makes them I decided to go with a similar car that is very comparable to my other car and I have to say that I love it. My Ford Explorer is now 2 years old and was due for inspection. My salesman took the time to setup my appointment with the service department. I think it was great he took time to talk, was professional and helpful even though he knew I had no intention of buying a new vehicle that day. That is the reason that when I am ready for a new vehicle he will be my first call. The free inspection was an added bonus- only had to pay for emissions test.

I searched the Lincoln website for a pre-owned 2013 Lincoln MKS. I found one advertised with low mileage and titled for only 26 months.
This was advertised on Fred Beans web-site also. I purchased the car and learned over the next few months it had numerous I computer issues. After having the car serviced at two different dealerships I found out the car was actually 4 years old and titled in January 2012.
Lincoln refused to get involved. The dealer offered only to extend the warranty.

Took my car in for a check engine light. Authorized repairs. Two days later, check engine light back on for the same exact thing. Took car back and got charged another 300 bucks for the same issue.

Went to the Hertrich Mazda dealership almost certain I'd be buying a car before leaving, but left never wanting to come back to this dealership ever again. Service was incredibly poor, and when I asked basic questions about the specifics of a model I was looking at, both the salesperson AND manager had no answer for me; they were completely uneducated about their product. I will gladly be taking my money elsewhere, to a dealership who actually cares about their customers.
