I originally went to a different dealer looking for a Ford Fiesta. They didn't have the model I wanted and wouldn't give me straight answers on prices. They kept trying to pressure me into buying a different, more expensive car on their lot, and basically refused to go get the Fiesta I wanted from another dealer. The dealer told me they would talk to their manager about getting me a nicer, more expensive car on the lot for the same price as the Fiesta. After leaving my girlfriend and myself alone for 20 minutes, he came back with a quote that was the sticker price on the more expensive car. Needless to say, I left and will not be returning.
The following day I went to Kindle. My girlfriend and I were greeted by Sierra who was very kind and helpful from the start. There was no funny business with leaving us alone for extended periods of time, trying to upsell us, or being unclear with the prices. She was kind enough to give us side-by-side comparisons of the Fiesta models & years we were interested in and had no hesitation in offering to get the exact model/year car we wanted from another dealer once we made our intention to buy clear. As this was my first car purchase, she helped me step by step through the process. Not once did I feel uncomfortable, pressured, or have any sort of frustration, confusion, or unanswered questions.
The car was retrieved from another dealer for me and once it arrived they cleaned it, did a checkup, and filled it with gas. Karyn helped me with the actual purchase agreement and paperwork and was also very nice to work with. She was funny and extremely knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me in detail and again it was fast, friendly, easy, and low-pressure.
I am not usually one to go online and write reviews, but my experience at Kindle was exceptionally good. I will be recommending this dealership to my family and friends and will return here in the future for new vehicles if I am still in the area. Well worth the drive for the high quality experience.

I have purchased two trucks from a different dealership when I went to purchase my next truck the dealership I was working with was very cold and distance so I decided to move on and I choose Miller Ford. My experience was positive and dealing with Bob Hall was a delight. He us honest and forth coming with information to any of my questions. I will return to Miller Ford when the time comes for a new truck.

Robert Flick was a very helpful, kind and very professional sales associate. He was very helpful showing my wife how to utilize the new SYNC system as well as go over with her new features she was not aware of. He had a vast knowledge of the car we purchased from him and i would recommend him to anyone looking for a real straight shooter and not a pushy salesman. Mr.Flick did not push or pressure us in to buying anything which usually turns me away from a deal when salesman get antsy. I tell everyone i know who's looking to purchase to go see bobby..... The index card with the info and mileage of the vehicle I purchased said it had 41,000 miles but it actually had 45,000 according to the paperwork I signed. Also, the inside of the car was dusty and the windows inside had a dirty film on them which made it hard to see when driving. It would have been nice to have the windows clean inside. Other than that I was very please with the purchase. The salesman, Tom Tompkins, was nice and very knowledgeable when going over the car functions. Scott Waters was also very professional and explained all the financing to me. Overall a good experience!

Talked to some one about a 2005Ford Escape that was listed in the auto locator I was told that the car vehicle was not on the floor yet and it was in the shop being checked over. They said I will receive a call when I can look at it.l called a couple of days later and she said it wasn't ready and it should be ready in a couple of days and when it is ready I will have the 1st opportunity to buy it. Next day a sales person called and we set up a day to look at it. Next day I received a text saying they sold it. The one thing that I don't get they knew I was looking for a vehicle,but didn't make any other offers

My Ford Explorer is now 2 years old and was due for inspection. My salesman took the time to setup my appointment with the service department. I think it was great he took time to talk, was professional and helpful even though he knew I had no intention of buying a new vehicle that day. That is the reason that when I am ready for a new vehicle he will be my first call. The free inspection was an added bonus- only had to pay for emissions test.

Found the car I wanted for an amazingly fair price (no haggling necessary!) and it was new with all of the features I wanted and our sales person was responsive and helpful with every question. The staff members we spoke with were all very pleasant and easy to work with. Our sales person was Kurt and he was absolutely amazing! Kurt emailed details back and forth and even had the paperwork and car together amd ready to go before I glt there. Looking for a car was very stressful and this dealership made it right by making my first car buying experience significantly less stressful and way easy.

I searched the Lincoln website for a pre-owned 2013 Lincoln MKS. I found one advertised with low mileage and titled for only 26 months.
This was advertised on Fred Beans web-site also. I purchased the car and learned over the next few months it had numerous I computer issues. After having the car serviced at two different dealerships I found out the car was actually 4 years old and titled in January 2012.
Lincoln refused to get involved. The dealer offered only to extend the warranty.

The attitude of the service personnel was beyond irreprehensible. The sales agent Chuck even argued with me against a service that my vehicle needed. mis quoting the service prices over the phone and laughing at me when he got his way. very childish and dis respectful.

Went to the Hertrich Mazda dealership almost certain I'd be buying a car before leaving, but left never wanting to come back to this dealership ever again. Service was incredibly poor, and when I asked basic questions about the specifics of a model I was looking at, both the salesperson AND manager had no answer for me; they were completely uneducated about their product. I will gladly be taking my money elsewhere, to a dealership who actually cares about their customers.
