I had a great service experience 1 or 2 years ago with a service employee. It started out bad--but the service agent came through for me. That's why I returned to Arrowhead Honda for a different auto. i have always appreciated the Honda-Arrowhead service.

My husband and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Superstition springs Honda and service has always been excellent. However Tommy Durant made my regular service even better. He has always been able to listen to my concerns and provide me excellent supreme and genuine service. I would not want to see anyone esle but him for my service. He cares about his customers and that's what really Matters to me. Time and time again he has gone over and above for me to get me the answers I need or provide me the right service. Additionally, our sales experiences there at Superstition Springs Honda have been exceptional which is why we keep returning back there for purchases of new vehicles. The sales people are kind and courteous. Yes there are incentives to sell a car but the sales guys in all my experiences have been outstanding! They listen and work with you to make every car purchase a win win. And they are friendly. I felt like by the end of our vehicle purchases we became friends with the sales and finance staff. I could not say enough to commend the entire staff there at Superstition Springs Honda, more specifically Tommy Durante.

I can say Samie Bolin made my experience at showcase a very pleasant and easy interaction. She is a very sincere sale rep who truly understands the needs of her customers. She took in every thing I gave her to work with and matched what I was looking for. I can't say I have ever worked with anyone like her so I don't leave reviews to often. If you are shopping around for a new or used Honda please stop and see her.

Working with all of the service reps over the past 10 years, I truly am impressed by their level of "care" for their customers no matter how professional it's based. They listen, hear concerns and are upfront, honest and provide solutions that benefit the customer, not themselves. I appreciate this! With the increase in basic oil changes, while I'm disappointed in an all-at-once high percentage change, we will probably still go because of the relationships we've developed with the Service Department.
Great Car buying experience - Very satisfied customer
I usually hate buying cars because it generally takes hours and often involves high pressure tactics to purchase add ons and extended warranties. My experience at Chandler Auto Nation Honda was refreshingly different. Beginning with Gregg, the Internet salesman, where the deal began. He was very personable and helpful. No high pressure sales tactics were used. Gregg simply did his best to fulfill my need for a specific model of car and price. We made the deal by phone and he smoothed the way for a quick and easy paperwork process at the dealership so I could return my rental car on time. I wasn't looking forward to dealing with the finance/sales manager after an unpleasant experience at another dealership. Again, I was pleasantly surprised. He was personable and conducted business in a very low key, no pressure manner. I was only at the dealership for a couple of hours from beginning to end, which included Greig connecting my phone to the blue tooth on the car, loading my contact list for me, and then teaching me how to use the phone system. And, he showed me how the radio system worked. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have bought many cars.

The person working there who was working for the advisor Jason told me in the beginning that the service is going to cost 89$.
Today, when I went to get my car, he showed me a piece of paper and said the number I showed you was 389$. So here we go, as easy as that, they charged me 300$ more than I expected. And then when I asked for a discount on the 389$, they refused to offer any. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A SERVICE. Go to a local mechanic.

Did my homework and went to buy a car. Met sales person outside and she took us in, asking what we were interested in. Told her what we thought we wanted and asked what was available. She showed us several cars that met our criteria. Didn't really want black interior, but really like the red exterior. Drove it several miles, all the while Sandy told us about all the features that this car had. We were more interested in a lease, which turned out to be the best deal for us. Three hours after arrival, all papers signed, and we drove off with our new Red Honda HR-V LX. We would certainly go back, since it is the closest Honda dealer to where we live, since there is no dealer in our town.
