It is not possible for me to fully convey how amazing our experience was at Superstition Springs Honda. I went in to look at a 2017 Honda Civic after very responsive service from the Internet sales department. When I arrived at the dealership, I met a gentleman, Adrian Gonzales, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He spent a good amount of time with me answering my questions and worked diligently to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. He was so honest and there was absolutely no pressure over the couple of hours we were working together. I made the decision to purchase the vehicle and when I got to finance, I prepared myself for the typical 'battle' that often happens in the back room with hidden costs, upsells, etc. Jon Leckwart was BY FAR that absolute best person I've ever worked with, having purchased around a dozen cars in my life. I could not believe how amazing this experience was. There was even diligent follow up after the deal was done. This dealership provided the best experience of any transaction, vehicle or otherwise, that I have ever been involved with. They went above and beyond in every respect and left no stone unturned. It was such a great experience that I decided to trade in our 2013 Toyota RAV and purchase a 2017 CR-V a week later. Had the exact same experience. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. I will be purchasing all future vehicles from Superstition Springs Honda as long as they are able to maintain this incredibly high level of service.

GREAT EXPERIENCE BUYING OUR NEW HONDA! - happycarshopper
We have bought a lot of cars over the decades and know the "drill" so we went in saying "just show us the car we want to see" - a Honda Pilot Elite. Paul our salesman has a really fun personality and knows cars and when he didn't know every last detail of the questions that we were asking, he called over Jon to help and between those two we were fully educated on the 2017 Pilot. We thought about it overnight and the next morning called Paul on his cell to tell him he had the sale. He was not working but set us up with Jon who then had Dakota help us with the deal. Again, we said we did not want to haggle and be there all day - "just give us your best offer on our trade-in and the new car" - and so one of the 2 Treys came over with the offer and it was A GREAT OFFER! No haggling, no going back and forth. So, that was it - we signed it and now we have an awesome new Pilot! The sales people here actually listened to us - most painless car buying experience ever. My husband actually "hoped" to pay about $1000 less BUT because everyone was so helpful and up-front, he said it was worth it to work with such good people. We still got a really good deal and NO GIMICS!

She got me and the very next morning called to let me know the issue was a dead battery. Within in hour my car was ready and later in the morning I picked it up and was on my way. Did my homework and went to buy a car. Met sales person outside and she took us in, asking what we were interested in. Told her what we thought we wanted and asked what was available. She showed us several cars that met our criteria. Didn't really want black interior, but really like the red exterior. Drove it several miles, all the while Sandy told us about all the features that this car had. We were more interested in a lease, which turned out to be the best deal for us. Three hours after arrival, all papers signed, and we drove off with our new Red Honda HR-V LX. We would certainly go back, since it is the closest Honda dealer to where we live, since there is no dealer in our town.
