I can't begin to express my satisfaction with Showcase Honda based on my most recent visit. Jonathan Chiazza was my sales rep and he found every possible solution to each of my requests. He was able to get me into a vehicle I loved, offer it for a price that helped me out a great deal financially, provide an above and beyond solution to a cargo space issue I was concerned about, and ultimately "wow'd" me at every corner. After 9 years of handling my leases with Showcase Honda, I was interested in looking at other options in the valley along with Showcase Honda. I went to multiple dealerships to purchase my '17 Accord Touring V6 and while I won't mention names, let's just say I didn't have a pleasant experience at a *different* dealership - I had some bad "superstitions" about it ;)
Anyways, we stepped on the Gilbert AutoNation lot and were greeted by Sean S. He was super cheerful and a pleasure to be around, a much needed change from the last few places. He was quick at getting the Accords I wanted to compare and didn't waste our time trying to "sell" me the car - he answered any questions I had (and knowledgeably) but left the decision making up to me. Again, a huge step-up from the previous dealerships on the same day.
The customer service at this dealership was ON POINT. I swear, I will only go to this dealership when searching for a new ride. The other's just don't compare in service OR price!

Installation finished at the time it was supposed to. Did not have any concerns. Price was $8.00 more than was it was online. That was the only issue .

Did my homework and went to buy a car. Met sales person outside and she took us in, asking what we were interested in. Told her what we thought we wanted and asked what was available. She showed us several cars that met our criteria. Didn't really want black interior, but really like the red exterior. Drove it several miles, all the while Sandy told us about all the features that this car had. We were more interested in a lease, which turned out to be the best deal for us. Three hours after arrival, all papers signed, and we drove off with our new Red Honda HR-V LX. We would certainly go back, since it is the closest Honda dealer to where we live, since there is no dealer in our town.
