I went to five dealerships--no one else made me feel as welcomed as Infiniti. They were very patient with my many questions --I didn't know which car I wanted! I came late in the day, but they treated me like I had all the time in the world to get my answers. "My" salesman followed up with me by phone, and so did the General Manager. I was able to set up a second appointment to drive more than one model to help me make a decision. No pressure was put on me to make a decision quickly, and my options were made clear. With such a giant purchase, it's important to be comfortable with all the people you deal with !! After the purchase, the dealership sent someone to my house to answer any questions that I had, and explain the computer system line by line. I keep my cars a long time, and the warranty person was very attentive to explain my warranty options, since I would probably end up using them because of my length of ownership.

I recently purchased a used car from Infiniti of Peoria located on Bell Rd. I was met by Abraham Diaz, one of the salesman there. He was very professional and helpful, answering each of my questions and when he didn't know the answer, he knew just where to get it.I brought my car in for inspection as a trade -in, and in my own experience they were more than fair to me. I was able to get the car that I wanted on the spot without a single issue. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new or used high end vehicle , give these people a call. Everything went fine till my wife stayed to bring the car home. We were told we could pay by check or credit card, when she went to financial she was told she could only put $ 5 ,000.00 on it. They made her drive 38 miles home in traffic and back again. They could have followed her home,let us mail a check,or pick up a check the next day. We both thought this was very strange and a big waste of our time. If I would have been there I would of had second thought of buying. We were treated very unfairly, like second class citizens. I called them and asked if they would upgrade our tire package for the inconvenience but haven't herd a word back.

I have been at coulter infiniti a few times and always had the best feeling that I have been helped. I will return when required as I am a snowbird and spend 4 to 5 months in Arizona.
