2013 GMC Sierra SCheduled Maintenance - Martin
Scheduled 52,000 mile maintenance and had work completed in half day. Had to return to dealership to correct transmission fluid maintenance. Vehicle was making noise and poor performance. It was low on fluid, should be verified before return to customer for correct levels. Service advisor James Shriver did a great job to correct.
Only good part was the salesman - 13ghost
The salesman was good. Very friendly. He tried to work with me. The sales manager in the back did not want to even budge a little on the offer. Instead he told me to get a cheaper car. He did not attempt to work with me as if he did not want to sell the car. Then the financial guy in the back smelled like a casino. Pure cigarettes that me and my wife had to smell through the process. I had the Cadillac for probably 2 days and it's been having problems that they have had in the shop for a month. Possibly longer. It was a brand new car supposedly.this is my first Cadillac platinum escalade and to be honest with how it this is going..i might just not own one again. I took it to service the first time. I explained the problem and it's if they didn't take it seriously. I got it back and nothing was done. I called the manager and complained and instead of being sympathetic and apologetic for how long they had my car for which was two weeks and did nothing. He said well prove all you're problems to me. Next day I went and showed my service adviser and they've had the car for another two weeks. Still have it. They couldn't even give me a nice rental to match the 100k car I bought. Instead I'm driving a really crappy Buick. Everyone at this dealership was bad including the services provided. I bought a lexus a couple days later and had excellent customer service. Only positive was the salesman. NOT the managers. The salesman actually wanted to work with me.
Don't trust them ! - Roger
I went to lease a GMC Sierra Denali on 20 February 2017 with salesmen James however I could not stay long enough to get through the paper work or even start negotiations so I came back the next day and met with salemen Anthony which is a nice guy but was new and did not know much about the truck. We found a truck that met my requirements. we looked at it and test drove it. At that time we noticed that there was a dent in the tailgate. They said it would be fixed no problem. After we found the truck I wanted we started negotiations and ended up with a number I was happy with but it was very rushed. The manager Hassan was very off putting and made me nervous, he stepped in on the deal with Raul the finance guy. All the information about the deal was skipped, a lot of blank spaces. I didnt feel comfortable nor did I have all the details I was hoping for. Which is important when you're buying/leasing a vehicle. After leaving the dealership feeling less than satisfied we took the truck in on that Friday like discussed to get the tailgate fixed at that time they sent me home without the truck getting fixed. They said they were going to have to call us with a scheduled time to get it fixed even though they told me to drive there and get it fixed that Friday! This was the salesmen James who told us this (my wife and I). So we waited some time for him to call us which he did not. I called the dealership and James multiple times to get this resolved. It took way too long to get fixed and for anyone to even call me back! When I finally got a phone call from them they gave me another phone number to a gentlemen who ended up going to my wife's work to fix the truck. After that 3 week ordeal we started getting late payment notices on our trade in vehicle! I couldn't believe it, there was no way I thought this experience could get worse but it did and still is not resolved! The finance department lost our trade in paperwork and we had to get it signed again because of their failure. The car to this date is still not payed off. The whole business is very unorganized, there is no management nor communication between anyone there. No one knows what's going on! I been trying to call David Garitta the general sales manager there but no luck even after he called me and asked why I was unhappy with the situation! He had no clue what was going on under his management. He said he would work with me to make sure I was satisfied but still no luck. I just want my trade in payed off and for them to hire new management so this doesn't happen to anyone else because ultimately it's their fault. Please save yourself some time and buy somewhere else!
Service - james melvin
I made an appointment and arrived 30 mins early. I waited two hoursr for an oil change/tire rotation.
I actually had to ask the service writer the status of my car at the 1.5 hour mark. They hadn't even touched it

This place sucks. I bought a used truck from them and 2 months later and $1200 later a new radiator was needed and gaskets. The 3 months later a new tranny, transfer case and Rear diff. so $8000 later and 3 months later, i get the truck back, Hasnt run good ever since. So beware of this place, go to Ron Baker or peoples chevrolet.
