We'd been looking for a truck all over San Diego County. None of the other dealerships had as wide of a selection of trucks. I called Carl Burger and reached Sam. He told me to come in and he would make sure we'd find the truck we were looking for. Sure...right. BUT, I was blown away. There were so many nice vehicles, it was difficult to choose one. Sam took time with us to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Our experience was wonderful, the team at Carl Burger was very professional and friendly. We didn't feel pressured or hurried. Two thumbs up with a circle and a twist!!

I was super jaded on car buying by the time I got to Bob Baker Jeep. But as soon as I met James it quickly turned around. He was incredibly nice, understanding, laid back, and stuck to my budget without trying to add on extra things. I bought a car that same day because it all felt so right. 10/10 would buy from him again.

I came in askIng about the 2018 Jeep track hawk? How sad they had no clue about the track hawk that is coming out in 2018 which is not pretty far! They never even heard of it which is shocking because that is there job to know. So I would not go to them for that reason which I find pretty weird that I know more then them which does not make sense since their a car dealership.

Horrible service and attention to detail dropped
Off vehicle for a Safety recall and discussed the need for A Shuttle Back to work. Was told no problem as long as within 10 miles checked and was good to go. After pulling in to an over flowing service line @1000 30min prior to my appt. I waited 20 min and was never approached by anyone I then approached a service office full of lazy laughing fools whom looked at me with blank stare. I was then asked i needed service at the service office !!! I stated yes and that I was waiting by the back of the long line of cars . Only then did two guys pull up the several cars sitting in the service line so I could check in. At this point reminded about the shuttle I had previously discussed as I was missing work. I was sat on a bench and told that at 1030 it would take 25-30 to get a shuttle driver to bring me , I stated ok and sat there while I looked at an empty shuttle sitting in front of one of the service lines. 35-40min later I approached the same employee who looked surprised by me and I asked what's up with the shuttle? He then stated oh yes let me call him. WTF. He quickly switched to Spanish and told the shuttle driver that he had someone whom he told 30 min how long till he returned. Upon hanging up he then told me 30-35 min I said another 30 min huh. To which he replied 45-1hr . Sorry sir the driver whom I never saw show , had to drive to Point Loma. After another 30 min with no one approaching me other than. Pushy salesman as I roamed the lot. I obtained a 20 dollar uber ride back to work .nobody called me or asked where I went or tried to get me this shuttle. My initial service call and check in had informed me that it would be complete by the latest at 5-530pm . At 648pm after no call or update I called to find out what was going on with my car. I was put on hold and then told that there was no way that the vehicle was going to be complete today as they close at 8. So after 8 hrs I assume my vehicle was never touched. So I have to find friends to drive me to work as well as get my children to school tomorrow. Dodge service has never been good but . Perry dodge wins the absolute worst of worst in my book. Thank you

My wife and I recently bought 2 new Jeeps, and our experience was great. The process took us a while because my wife wasn't sure what car she wanted, so after the 1st visit and test drives, we went and test drove a few other brand suv's. We were never pressured, and after deciding to purchase the 2 Jeeps, One a Cherokee Trail Hawk and the other a 4 door Rubicon, we were b able to make a great deal and get exactly what we wanted. Thanks to our salesman and their entire team, I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Worst purchase experience - flamedduck
Similar experience as other reviewers. Floor manager was horrible to work with. This dealership is so desperate for sales, that they try all kinds of shenanigans to make more money. I would definitely recommend bringing your own financing unless you want your credit run with 12+ banks...
