I choose this dealership based on the ratings shown online. I was not disappointed. The salesman (Jacob Johanson) was calm and polite. He answered any questions and was confident without being overbearing or trying to up-sell me. I was given a fair value for my trade and the Jeep I was interested in had a very competitive price. Overall a really pleasant experience. Buying a car is a big cost transaction with lots of details. It's nice to do business with people who understand this and make the process friendly and professional. Would not hesitate to point others to give this business a try! Keep up the good work!

I came in the dealership to look at the used vehicle selection and was attended to by a saleswoman shawn sanchez. She was very professional and it was nice to feel comfortable at a dealership. She showed me the cars and test drove. I found the car I fell in love with and it didn't take long to make a great deal for me. Thry got me in and out of there in less then 2 hours !! I even got to ring this gong. It was awesome. Oh and the coffee. Amazing. August was the sales manager and Vonnie was in finance. All awesome people. ! Ask for shawn sanchez if you want a great deal and a good sales woman.

I have just had the worst experience of my life dealing with the dodge dealer in Tacoma. The service at this place is the worst I have ever dealt with, I purchased 4 vehicles from there at present and this is my last! I was smelling a burning plastic smell in my car coming out of the heater on three separate occasions, I took it in to be looked at, and get an oil change.They changed oil and weirdly the smell was not so potent anymore, but it is still there and 45 minutes later the smell was back they told me they found nothing and claimed they checked it twice...putting it on a computer and getting no codes doesn't always mean there is no issue, they don't seam to know how to do more than look at a computer screen, I'm taking it to another dealer as this dealer has lost my business forever due to this issue and more past issues then I want to type about right now, when I picked up my vehicle I found a scratch the front bumper and my sports mode did not work when they gave it back to me!!!!! They told me that they did not do it but the scratch is there and it wasn't before! they're not going to take care of it, they scratched a vehicle I had prior to this also and rolled the tint I had gotten done, driving home and finding no sports mode that is what made my decision, Never buy from the Dodge dealer in Tacoma or Enumclaw Dodge they're owned by the same person. They are the worst dealership to deal with in the northwest in my opinion Aka Universal autogroup and curbside motors from Washington!!!! The GM there is a great guy and retained my business there to this point even though there had been other issues...but I an done with there service director..
Now lets talking about the sales and financing, they are pretty scandalous on how they get you to buy a car or truck from them, on my last deal they made me take an extended service contact that added over 2500 dollars to the term of the loan and to rise my payment which covered the same as the cars factory warranty, which is garbage really.
If I would have known these things about this company sooner, I would have run from this dealership or any other dealership Universal autogroup owns, in my opinion they lie the cheat and don't care about anything once the deal is done!?

Service manager was being a loud total xxxxxxx. Hmmm not good. !!! Horrible in front of customers !! Not very knowledgeable in product either

Just got a Dodge Dart with the Rallye black top package. Don M and Dan S were really helpful with finding a car with the right package that really fit my needs. They also stayed way after hours until fairly late at night to help me finalize the deal so that I could take the car home that day. They also put a full tank of gas in it and were outside in the freezing weather washing it off for me so I got to go home with a clean shiny new car. I wish that I was able to get more for my trade in car so that is my only complaint but overall the people I worked were really helpful in pairing me with a car that I love and they had great customer service as well.

I saw a car online and contacted them, received initial response and then went 4 days with no response to emails and voicemails. While waiting for a response, the price increased $2k. I went in not sure if they would honor the price quoted or stick with the inflated price.... Didn't have high expectations for the salesman Mike based on our interactions and unanswered requests for information.
I agreed to purchase the car for the initial quoted price. After several hours and a few calls to the FL DMV in an effort to pay FL tax and register there, the floor manager gave me an ultimatum to buy and license in WA for the same price or walk... When I countered with an additional discount since I'll have to transfer registration next month when I move.... He told me his offer was to only get me out of his face and that he'd spent enough time on me. Worst experience ever, not to mention wasted from 9:15-2:30 with the dealer only to have to ride the bus for an hour and a half since I sent my wife with our other car when I thought the deal was done.

I brought in my dodge promaster to have the broken window switch replaced. They replaced it with a broken switch and when I told them it wasn't fixed they said I broke the new one. I tried it once and could tell it wasn't fixed. So I went back in and James said " what, did you break that one too." I was shocked. 4 weeks later I'm back here and he has a bad attitude still. I don't have a choice as this is the only dealer that works on promasters.

I didn't start out to buy 2 vehicles, 4 weeks ago I came across Cole Mulnix after contacting many dealerships from Chehalis to Seattle. I was seeking information on Jeeps and Cole was the ONLY internet salesperson who treated with me with respect and hung in there with me through many many questions. After I blocked, and unsubscribed all the other rude, aggressive idiots I dealt ONLY with Cole. I realized he had no idea while working through this medium whether I was serious or not but, he never wavered. Finally, I gave him a date and time and we met face to face. The experience had been fine tuned and narrowed down for me. I fell in love and bought my Jeep and decided to buy my daughter a car also. I am 60 years old, i have bought many cars over the years, Cole is a stand alone STAR!! Larson Chrysler you have a gem there for sure! The service was outstanding and my interaction with Kayla Wood your customer Service person was professional and warm, Outstanding Job! Stop by Larson Chrysler for a GREAT experience, ask for Cole!

Where do I start. Owning a 73' Dodge Challenger and 78' Ford F-250 and living in Shelton, WA since 2002 I have bought many OEM parts from Gillis through the years. I took my 02' Ford Taurus to Gillis for the 100,000 mile tune up. They broke the windshield wiper fluid hose, but being a hotrod mechanic I know how things happen and didn't say anything. At 134,532 miles on the Taurus it needed a heater core. I took the Taurus in to Gillis and took 2 days off of work for the repair to be done. Approximately 7 mos. later when doing a oil change in my shop I noticed fluid dripping from the drain grommet on the firewall, and the antifreeze reservoir was empty. I took the Taurus back to Gillis and told them the new heater core was leaking. I made them supply a rental car, since they have no loaner cars, saying I was not going to take anymore time off work. Upon picking the Taurus up, they charged me for the loaner car and billed me $874.34. They said it was the evaporator core leak seal...? The evaporator core has nothing to do with the missing antifreeze, it deals with the Freon in the AC. I called Bowen Scarff Ford and talked to the Service Manager. He said he had been a mechanic for 30 yrs and had never had to replace a evaporator core leak seal and had to look it up to find out what it was. Asking around Shelton, WA I found everybody went to Olympia, Renton, etc. to purchase their new trucks and cars because of Warranty problems at Gillis Auto Center. I now know why.

Ahmad was extremely disreswpectful to my family and I. He tried to rip us off with the price of the vehical. He wanted to charge 6k dollars tax and lisence. When i told him that was unexceptable he queswtioned my parenting. He was extremely rude. He also said he doesnt want to compete with anyone to sell me a car, but he is a salesman isnt that their job to sell their product. The follow up call by the mananger was very pushy to have me come back and buy the vehical at asking price. There was no compassion for the extreme disrespect to my family and I. We are a repeat coustomer and the dealership was rude and very unpefessional. Extremely poor manangement and sales. Go to anyother dealership but this one, Big waste of time.
