I came in the dealership to look at the used vehicle selection and was attended to by a saleswoman shawn sanchez. She was very professional and it was nice to feel comfortable at a dealership. She showed me the cars and test drove. I found the car I fell in love with and it didn't take long to make a great deal for me. Thry got me in and out of there in less then 2 hours !! I even got to ring this gong. It was awesome. Oh and the coffee. Amazing. August was the sales manager and Vonnie was in finance. All awesome people. ! Ask for shawn sanchez if you want a great deal and a good sales woman.

I have scheduled my oil change online for 9am appointment, however, because when I scheduled it it was after midnight I decided to call as soon as they open and make sure that it's still ok to come. So I called at 8am appointment coordinator named I believe Melinda picked up and reassured me that it's ok to come. So when my husband drove there which is 30 min away he was surprised that nothing is available but they void fit him in in between appointments but he would have to wait about 2 hours. Which he couldn't do cause we don't have the convenience of time. I'm very disappointed and frustrated we kill one you're of time plus gas. The reason I'll be back for this oil change because it's complimentary with a purchase of a new car, but I will never be back unless something goes wrong with a care and they have to fix it on warranty. Oh and for some reason employees there believe if they say sorry everything becomes fine and issue becomes resolved

Very very low on trade ins !!! Overall not a good place to do business. Customer in parking lot why I was there flipping out about service. Which he payed for extended warranty. Service manager was being a loud total xxxxxxx. Hmmm not good. !!! Horrible in front of customers !! Not very knowledgeable in product either

Purchased a new Ram 5500 chassis truck early November. The buying experience was great in and out.
Rairdons dealership in Bellingham referred me to a local truck body business that did a great job of what I was looking for. The Timeline of completion was 3 months of waiting.
Which was wearing on patience. Communication with dealership and truck body business was terrible. Big blame game scenario.
What really was upsetting was day of delivery. That a Manager assured me the scheduled time too pick up truck a week in advance. Took day off all excited too finally get my dream truck that I patiently waited over 3 months for.
Walked in and no one had a clue. Truck was still at truck body business.
Left Rairdons mad ,went and got truck took it back to Rairdons tried to get cab steps that they were supposed too install. No one could find them. Left mad again.
Usually when you spend the kind of money a 2017 Ram 5500 costs. You at least get a full tank of diesel and all the stickers and plastic wrapping off your vehicle and washed vacuumed and shinned up. It's too bad it ended this way. I know how to treat my customers and if I did this I wouldn't last long.

Went in on Thursday after salesman John listed a car they just got in the morning before for $4000 we offered $4400 cash out the door and he said "Yeah. I can make that work*. He told us with the sales manager that it has an air bag light in and needs new brakes. So it was posted before it was even ready to sell. The sales manager was a really sketchy guy and it just was obvious something was off. However, we made an appointment to see the car to first thing Sunday morning. After attempts to confirm seeing the car they have just been completely avoiding us and so we looked at their used car inventory on the website and found it was listed for more money. They just dodge us instead of seeing if we will pay the new price. Shady bunch of xxxxxxxx

I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dealership. I finalized the deal signed the paperwork.And after 2 weeks I was informed that they can't repair the Cara's mentioned in'We owe' doc. No one seems to apologize. Don't care about people's time. After 3 weeks got a letter from Capitol One that they requested a auto loan in my husband's name when he was not mentioned in any of the document. No one is available to answer. So unprofessional not in estimating the repair but even on finance side. please don't go to this dealership it's just a time waste.

My wife and I bought a brand new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Wednesday 2/8/17. We drove the vehicle home that night and then flew out of town the following morning. Upon returning on Sunday evening (late at night) we noticed the windows looked funny. We opened the doors up and every window was frozen on the inside as well as the outside (my guess was a window seal was broken or missing). The following morning my wife went to work and had a hard time defrosting the car and the inside of the windows were melting into the car (water spots on the dash board). Before she got off work I text the lady who sold me the car and she told me that we should bring it down that day. My wife gets home and we head down to the dealership just to be told that we have to come back on Wednesday because they have an interior/water specialist that is only there on Wednesday's. We asked right then and there if a loaner vehicle would be available as we have kids in school and we cant have my wife car-less. We were told "yes" there would be multiple to choose from and if they didn't have any they could contact Enterprise (which come to find out is not true, they don't have loaners available and they wont pay enterprise for one). So Wednesday rolls around and my wife goes into the dealership and was receiving attitude from one of the counter guys asking "why are you here" "what's wrong with it" after already explaining to them the issues on Monday. My wife tried to explain the issue and even offered to show him a video of the issues we were having as we recorded them the morning before, he didn't want to see it. He then explained to her that not much could be done because the weather was fine at that moment in time. So my wife spends almost 3 hours at the dealership just to have them tell her that the vehicle is checking out "okay" and to bring it back when this happens again. We are currently in the midst of waiting to hear back but as you can tell they are a joke and not organized.
Here is my advice/warning for future customers:
1.) Once you buy the car... you are NOTHING to them!
2.) If you can, avoid them!
3.) If you can't, work with Carmen in sales.... she is wonderful and very accommodating.

Where do I start. Owning a 73' Dodge Challenger and 78' Ford F-250 and living in Shelton, WA since 2002 I have bought many OEM parts from Gillis through the years. I took my 02' Ford Taurus to Gillis for the 100,000 mile tune up. They broke the windshield wiper fluid hose, but being a hotrod mechanic I know how things happen and didn't say anything. At 134,532 miles on the Taurus it needed a heater core. I took the Taurus in to Gillis and took 2 days off of work for the repair to be done. Approximately 7 mos. later when doing a oil change in my shop I noticed fluid dripping from the drain grommet on the firewall, and the antifreeze reservoir was empty. I took the Taurus back to Gillis and told them the new heater core was leaking. I made them supply a rental car, since they have no loaner cars, saying I was not going to take anymore time off work. Upon picking the Taurus up, they charged me for the loaner car and billed me $874.34. They said it was the evaporator core leak seal...? The evaporator core has nothing to do with the missing antifreeze, it deals with the Freon in the AC. I called Bowen Scarff Ford and talked to the Service Manager. He said he had been a mechanic for 30 yrs and had never had to replace a evaporator core leak seal and had to look it up to find out what it was. Asking around Shelton, WA I found everybody went to Olympia, Renton, etc. to purchase their new trucks and cars because of Warranty problems at Gillis Auto Center. I now know why.

Ahmad was extremely disreswpectful to my family and I. He tried to rip us off with the price of the vehical. He wanted to charge 6k dollars tax and lisence. When i told him that was unexceptable he queswtioned my parenting. He was extremely rude. He also said he doesnt want to compete with anyone to sell me a car, but he is a salesman isnt that their job to sell their product. The follow up call by the mananger was very pushy to have me come back and buy the vehical at asking price. There was no compassion for the extreme disrespect to my family and I. We are a repeat coustomer and the dealership was rude and very unpefessional. Extremely poor manangement and sales. Go to anyother dealership but this one, Big waste of time.
