Stellar customer service - LittleRedJeep
The title of my review says it all! Professional, friendly, communicative, responsive my only complaint is that they took out the popcorn machine. Other than that, I won't take my baby anywhere else.

My Best Car Buying Experience Ever! - capella
Wow! I just bought a new Jeep from Car Pros and found the experience to be the only time in my life that a car buying experience was simple, easy, and not stressful! After buying many cars, I really dreaded going through all of the trauma of trading my car just because I wanted to try the color red. I kept thinking that it just wasn't a valid reason to justify putting myself through the torture that I have experienced at ALL other dealers in the past. I went to Car Pros in a state of fear and trembling because I had spent the day on the phone talking to personnel at five different Jeep dealers: two located on the east side of the lake and three located in smaller towns north of Seattle. I didn't even try the Jeep dealer closest to my home because of a really bad experience there before. After getting the usual run-around all day, when I called Car Pros at around 5 p.m., I was thinking, "Well, here goes nothing!" I was ready to "take a vacation" from the car hunt. But I was pleasantly surprised by the polite, can-do attitude of Chuck, who said that he would find that red car for me. Shortly, he called back and said that he indeed had found the car I sought in Yakima and that he would have it delivered to his dealership so that I could buy it on Monday or Tuesday. Impressed with his concerned, forthright attitude, I decided to go to Car Pros to look at another type of car with that color to see if I liked it because I had seen only photos and never the real thing.
When I arrived I was greeted with uncommon friendliness and respect, but I was waiting for the typical high pressure, nonsensical assertions typical of my previous car purchase experiences: the usual insane bargaining and the statements like "Well, I'll give you this price at the moment, but in an hour or tomorrow it will be a totally different or higher price, so buy NOW!" But a friendly salesman, Paul Chow, simply took me to another type of car that had the color I wanted, and we also looked at contrasting reds. There was none of the pressure I've encountered universally: the standard question about what I would offer for the car with a consequent statement of the need to present that figure to the "sales manager." That process has sometimes gone on for as long as five hours at other dealers if I really wanted the car. Instead, I was treated by Paul and other staff members with respect and as if they thought I had a brain which made the usual game playing and run-around or downright dishonesty unnecessary.
When I told them that I had decided I wanted to buy the car they could bring from Yakima, I was told that they would have the car in Renton today to make it easier for me since I work on Monday and Tuesday. I then worked with the financial staff member and signed the usual number of papers, but I would not have done that if one of those papers had not contained a disclaimer which allowed me to change my mind about the purchase after seeing and driving the car today. Also, I received no derision or disapproval because I wanted to pay the entire price of the car with cash and no financing. Other dealers have strongly disapproved of that, made me feel like some kind of weird anomaly, and actually charged a $500 fee for paying cash (they took away a $500 rebate offered for financing the car). Also, I was not required to pay a cent last night . The financial manager gave me the exact amount for the total price of the car to be written on the check which I presented today after driving the car. This unusually simple, logical, and respectful approach eliminated the usual anxiety and trauma I have experienced in the past with every car purchase. The experience was simply an ordinary business deal with none of the bizarre, stupid, and ridiculous behavior to which I have been subjected in the past and none of the disrespect which inspired the usual extreme dread with which I approached the buying of this car. By the time I went to Car Pros for the first time last night, I was exhausted and worn down from a day of talking to five different dealers. I was close to giving up on this car that I really didn't need. But after signing the papers to buy the car last night and being told that the car would be available today, I walked out of Car Pros feeling refreshed, energized, and relieved that I had found the car I wanted and that I now had no reason to tolerate further typical abuse of the type I had been receiving for the past two weeks from other dealers since I had first thought of the possibility of buying a new car.
I was told today as I was leaving with my new car that Chrysler would be sending me a questionnaire regarding my satisfaction with my car buying experience. Of course, I will give the highest ratings on this questionnaire, but I think that Chrysler and other car makers should require this questionnaire to be given to patrons of all dealers because it might motivate an improvement in the totally unacceptable customer treatment I have experienced at other dealers. Buying a car should be exciting and fun! At Car Pros is just that. I highly recommend Car Pros.

This is a great group of people to work with. This was my daughters first car and they took the time to help her find what she wanted, put the deal through in record time and she loved the experience and car. Thank you to Damon Gleason and Jeff Timmons!

Low pressure, good attitude, friendly people - Tony L.
This place was good to buy a car from. The entire team was good to deal with and treated us with courtesy and respect. Jim the finance manager and Jimmy from Sales both left us feeling like we were important and that they valued our business and our time. The sales process was low pressure and all of our questions were answered.
Worst dealership ever - John Doe
This is the worst dealership..I take my car in for a full diagnostic because it's acting up and they tell me that they can't find anything. A couple weeks later my car is acting up again so I call them and see if I can bring it in for them to look at it for free sense they couldn't find anything last time and the lady said yes it would be free. The day before my appointment I call to double check that it will be free and they said once again that it would be free. But when I show up they charge me... and the guy who helped me was sooo rude..

Crooks - Nickx
Quoted us a price. Got the signatures from our end. When asked for a copy of the agreeement, sales manager kicks our sales rep out and takes over. He says there was a mistake and he cannot sell the car to us at the quoted price. He gave us a price of 5000 more and says we can take it or leave it. Very rude and shady. Would not recommend them.
Worst part is my family did not speak English fluently and i have a feeling the dealership was trying to con my family.
Bad experience - coopegm0
I bought a truck here about a month ago, and have had unanswered problems every week since. My experience started, and should have ended, with the finance department informing me that if I bought the vehicle outright with a cashiers check from my bank, the deal that I was promised the day before would be voided, and I would be unable to purchase the vehicle. I conceded to receive my loan through them, only to be pressured into buying a bogus warranty for an extra $3000. Upon returning home with the vehicle, I promptly canceled the warranty with the third part company (still no confirmation of the cancelation with the dealership, and the total is still on my principle loan amount with the dealership, so now I am paying for a warranty that I no longer have). A week after purchase, I noticed a loud knock coming from the undercarriage (frame) of the truck. I was informed by my local Toyota dealership that the vehicle had been in an accident, and the suspension needed $1000 worth of work to make the vehicle drivable. On top of all of this, it is now a month later, and I still have no word of receiving the vehicle's title that was supposed to be mailed to my local dmv. My temporary registration, that I paid for myself, expires tomorrow, and I have been calling for the past week, only to be passed off to over a dozen different people on their phone tree. As of now, I've had the pickup in the shop for three days, am paying on a warranty that I no longer have, and still am not the legal owner of the vehicle (no title). To top it all off, the dealership seems very evasive, and I am never able to reach anyone who knows anything when I call. The deal seemed shady from the get go, and I should have walked away. Hopefully this helps potential buyers.

Great customer service with everyone - Norton12
Tom and Paul helped us get the 2017 Jeep Wrangler we always wanted with our trade in. Everyone was understanding and great with customer service. Very recommended.
Finance Department is Risky - Jimmy17
The salesman was great. They were very charming when doing the finance. However, the car was worse then a used car upon delivery. Filthy. Took in in for Northwest treatment ($700). They gouged the paint. Took it in for gouge repair by independent provider and fixed. As for sale/finance, problemis: Once they have the contract: Beware!! They set you up for failure! I never received a statement. I called about payment...nothing. A week later I called again: Nothing. Finally I heard from someone after I called on week three: Was told to call the number on a webpage by salesperson. Called the number: Payment was 6 days late!!!!!!! Chrysler took care of it: Rainier Dodge did not give a xxxx. My credit score is around 800 and they almost xxxxxx it up. Done with them. No more.
Test Drive - AA-Ron
I went to Bellevue Dodge intent on driving a new Challenger. After selecting the car I wanted to drive salesperson Ivan asked to make a photocopy of my drivers license. I told him that was not necessary and provided him a copy that I had made. My photocopy had my home address and date of birth redacted. Soon after Ivan came back out with his manager, Shawn, and told me THEY needed to make a photocopy for security reasons and that it was an Autonatiom policy. I told them there is no reason that they would need a persons birthdate and home address. I showed them my actual drivers license to prove the copy was a match and this still did not satisfy Shawn. I bid them both a good day and walked away. If you are interested in buying a Dodge/Ram go elsewhere as the staff here is more interested in playing games than selling cars!
Harassing calls - Scotthutch77
I have received 5 phone calls from this dealership from Brandon asking me to buy a car at various times during the day. I have asked him to stop calling three times now. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said none were available. Do NOT give them your contact information!!!
what a ripoff - bionicbert
Where do I start. Owning a 73' Dodge Challenger and 78' Ford F-250 and living in Shelton, WA since 2002 I have bought many OEM parts from Gillis through the years. I took my 02' Ford Taurus to Gillis for the 100,000 mile tune up. They broke the windshield wiper fluid hose, but being a hotrod mechanic I know how things happen and didn't say anything. At 134,532 miles on the Taurus it needed a heater core. I took the Taurus in to Gillis and took 2 days off of work for the repair to be done. Approximately 7 mos. later when doing a oil change in my shop I noticed fluid dripping from the drain grommet on the firewall, and the antifreeze reservoir was empty. I took the Taurus back to Gillis and told them the new heater core was leaking. I made them supply a rental car, since they have no loaner cars, saying I was not going to take anymore time off work. Upon picking the Taurus up, they charged me for the loaner car and billed me $874.34. They said it was the evaporator core leak seal...? The evaporator core has nothing to do with the missing antifreeze, it deals with the Freon in the AC. I called Bowen Scarff Ford and talked to the Service Manager. He said he had been a mechanic for 30 yrs and had never had to replace a evaporator core leak seal and had to look it up to find out what it was. Asking around Shelton, WA I found everybody went to Olympia, Renton, etc. to purchase their new trucks and cars because of Warranty problems at Gillis Auto Center. I now know why.
Ahmad was extremely disreswpectful to my family and I. ... - de40zb
Ahmad was extremely disreswpectful to my family and I. He tried to rip us off with the price of the vehical. He wanted to charge 6k dollars tax and lisence. When i told him that was unexceptable he queswtioned my parenting. He was extremely rude. He also said he doesnt want to compete with anyone to sell me a car, but he is a salesman isnt that their job to sell their product. The follow up call by the mananger was very pushy to have me come back and buy the vehical at asking price. There was no compassion for the extreme disrespect to my family and I. We are a repeat coustomer and the dealership was rude and very unpefessional. Extremely poor manangement and sales. Go to anyother dealership but this one, Big waste of time.
