Nice to find a straightforward no nonsense approach - Dead Element
I can attest to a very pleasant interaction with Sims Honda purchasing a used Honda Ridgeline. The sales staff was extremely courteous and helpful, answering any questions I had and letting me take my time with the vehicle. I never felt pressured. Sims is a fine representation of the modern dealerships' need for utmost professionalism. I'm grateful to Sims for their help with the sale and would be happy to recommend them to anyone. I'd like to especially recommend Mark Sumner, a salesman unwilling to offer anything other than a low drama no bull#$%t affair. Refreshing. That's how I'd describe my experience at Sims after visiting 6 other dealerships in search of this vehicle.
Very happy with our new Honda - honda_family9
We were looking for a second car and checked out some options. When we decided on a Honda, we went to Hinshaw's. We already had a Pilot that we loved and were deciding between the HRV and CRV (fuel efficiency was important to us).
Zach walked us through the benefits of each and was very knowledgeable about the cars but wasn't overly pushy.
Looking For Another Vechile - HMAN

Excellence in customer satisfaction is an evident goal - Beth D
Mark baker helped to set up an appt quickly listening to all my needs in a new car. When I changed things up on him ditching the brand new 2017 HRV for a used vehicle on the lot he rolled with it nicely. Made sure I was happy with the car I was getting and even researched the used car making sure I felt comfortable with all the bells and whistles before leaving the lot. It was a pleasant experience all around. Even with their finance department Katie. Thank you!
AWESOME!! - charleneiyar
We weren't expecting to walk away with a BRAND NEW CAR, but we did!And it's all thanks to Vivian Aguon! The process did take a while due to complications, but she managed to stay patient and entertain us the best she could! If you are in need of a vehicle, check out this dealership and ask for Vivian, she is amazing!
Competitive & Honest Sales - phank
Quick, precise and honest salesman and manager. Price is accurate and very competitive. This is my second Honda and this is the dealership to go to.
Great experience - 2017 CRV
A great place to buy a car. They stayed late to finish up everything and were extremely friendly. The 2017 CRV is a fantastic car.
Terrible experience with manager - simon130
We went to Honda Renton to inquiry for trade-in options for our vehicle. Basically, we wanted to trade our older car for newer (same type).
It took some time till someone was assigned to help us. The guy tool around 1 hour to appraise our car and give us an estimate for the trade-in deal. The numbers didn't look promising and eventually that sales representative engaged his manager to talk to us. Manager that came in was terrible. He was very aggressive to me, tried to make me look fool with his language and mimics. He tried to explain obvious things to me in a way that I will feel stupid. It was terrible experience and we decided not to do business with such a person - regardless of the deal they could offer us. I feel that such behavior from any representative is totally unacceptable, is disgraceful to the dealership and should be kicked out (along with people who behave like this) with no exceptions. People should respect each other. This is always true but even more when it's customer-dealership relationship.
Mixed experience - Puroom
I came here because I got a great deal from one of the sales persons online. I have really great credit, 750+ but they tried to sell the car at such a high APR it was ridiculous. I was talking with our sales person Rosy and she was great and willing to work with me. Then this other guy, Justin comes and tries to intimidate me. He was borderline yelling and was being so rude that I wanted to just get up and leave. He was the worst car salesman I had ever talked to but I stayed because Rosy was very kind and seemed like she cared and wanted to work it out so that we were both happy.
I ended up coming back the next day after rosy called me for a better deal and I purchased the car. I still believe I got ripped off a bit with the high apr with my really good credit.
I'm not too sure if I would recommend this place but would just say, definitely stay away from Justin Luong. Such a rude person. I would have given a higher rating if it wasn't for him.
Bought used car that the dealer assured it's all good..Not! - Zaste!.
Went to look at a used vehicle end up purchasing well next day I let dealer know what's wrong with it and might as well got the duct tape out.....Honda dealer talked up how better they are instead of Toyota....to my experience all the same hustlers
I LOVE my new car! - Leahcolley5
I bought a 2016 Honda Civic in February of 2016. The salesman was Justin, he was very helpful and informative. I was turning in a leased civic and purchasing a brand new one. I thought it would take all day but he had me in and out in about 2 hours. They completely took care of taking in my leased car and returning it. I never had to deal with the leased car again after the day I turned it over to them. My car came with a lifetime powertrain warranty and I've since had to call them a few times to ask questions making sure I'm following the maintenance guidelines. He's always been very helpful and I've never hung up with out having my answers. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family looking to purchase a car in the area.
Dishonest - Shawn
My engine light was on. Paid$100 for diagnosis. Told I had wiring damage due to rodents. Quoted me $1600 . My husband said no way. Took it home to my local mechanic. He had the wire fixed in half an hour and charged me $30. My car runs perfectly.
Just can't say at this time that I would refer a friend! - CowboyRJ
The General Manager was good enough to at least call me to apologize and talk to me about my experience there once he found out I was not happy with my visit. i still think they have a lot of work to do before they will become a 5 star dealership but it seems to me they are at least working toward that goal.
Service (lack of ) - Dissatisfied UW customer
systemic issues, poor traing and lack of customer service, While honda is a great car
this service center should be avoided at all cost. Went in on Saturday July 18th
Brad Miller, owner needs to evaluate his services center, calls not returned even by Elizabeth who is a supervisor, car dropped off at 7 am , after waiting 2 weeks for a appointment (which is fine but I expect some level of service) called at 12, 1, and 3..disconnected with receptionist once with no one ever returning our call untill 4 pm ( a nice woman who works under Elizabeth and vernon)
Go to pick up at 5:30 and of all the techs had gone home to try to disuss findings
Do not use this service center, I usually give folks in these industries the benefit of the doubt, but they are either lacking in training, resources or both. Mr Miller I have purchased 3 Hondas ( 2 from you) in the last 3 years and 1 Acura, I will never set foot in your dealership again
Do your homework and look for a Honda dealership that treats you like they want your business over and over again
Went here first to look at the Honda Fit. I made it... - rbjalt
Went here first to look at the Honda Fit. I made it clear that I did not want to play the normal sales games. They assured me that they would not, and they didn't, if you want to go by the letter of the law. There was no lying, or hard core 'keep em in the sales area at all costs' tactics. But they did play that sickening sweet "see how I'm treating you well" why laying on all the underhanded guilt tripping, team tagging and doubt casting tricks in the book. AND they would not give me the bottom line unless I 'committed' to buy my car from them nor would they break out costs for me. Lots of shucking and jiving about how the manufacturers 'just don't work that way anymore'. I HATE being treated like an idiot. HATE it! Its extremely transparent, guys. Knock it off!
......hopefully they learn to be honest and straight forward, because this experience sucked!
