Great dealership and friendly staff - Chaz
We purchased our 2013 4Runner from Northwest Honda, Bethany provided a great experience and led us through the sale up to drive away with a smile. We had a great experience and would recommend NH to those looking for a new vehicle.

Outstanding Customer Service! - GWood
Alfred helped me with the purchase of a new 2016 CRV-EXL and was awesome! Alfred was professional, courteous and extremely friendly! Plus the price I paid was lowest in Western Washington. I can't say enough good things about Alfred, and Klein Honda.
Five Star Experience! - MaryJane1978
I had a great experience buying my used Honda here. Dann Frias was very knowledgeable, patient, honest, and courteous. I would recommend this dealership to everyone! They're not pushy or aggressive.
Excellent service no question to big or small. - CRV
Made sure we know all the features the car had to offer and how to use them. Very friendly and professional. I love the car and the dealership!!
Nice to find a straightforward no nonsense approach - Dead Element
I can attest to a very pleasant interaction with Sims Honda purchasing a used Honda Ridgeline. The sales staff was extremely courteous and helpful, answering any questions I had and letting me take my time with the vehicle. I never felt pressured. Sims is a fine representation of the modern dealerships' need for utmost professionalism. I'm grateful to Sims for their help with the sale and would be happy to recommend them to anyone. I'd like to especially recommend Mark Sumner, a salesman unwilling to offer anything other than a low drama no bull#$%t affair. Refreshing. That's how I'd describe my experience at Sims after visiting 6 other dealerships in search of this vehicle.
HIGHEST PRAISES FOR PATRICK MALONEY AT HINSHAW'S HONDA! - Wes and Mary
My husband and I decided to trade in our 2015 Honda CR-V for a 2017 CR-V at Hinshaw's Honda in Auburn, Washington. As we walked toward the door, we noticed a man opening the door for us. He welcomed us to the dealership and asked if he could help us. Turns out the gentleman who opened the door was our salesman, Pat Maloney. He was very knowledgeable about the Honda we were wanting to buy, and offered brochures and information that was very helpful. Not once did we feel pressured to buy, which is a plus in my book. He is a professional, who is a very good listener. He went out of his way to get us the best deal possible. After getting a "bottom line" price for the CR-V EX-L, we decided to upgrade to the CR-V Touring vehicle. No problem....Pat got to work refiguring out "out-the-door" cost, and the deal was sealed. We fully intend to have our Honda serviced at Hinshaw's Honda, and hope to drop by and say "Hello" to Pat. He is an asset to this dealership!!
Real Extra miles - RealExtraMile
It was real tough day as we were shopping around in other showrooms so we got idea what are the numbers we need to speak.
Slowly steadily we reached that number as salesman needs to do to and fro with his manager and finally he made us happy.
Things started now as we forgot insurance copy so deal is signed but delivery is on hold but sales person, manager and finance officer really made it possible by staying back late night for us.
Thanks to Kirkland Honda and his real helpful staff, appreciate it.
Excellence in customer satisfaction is an evident goal - Beth D
Mark baker helped to set up an appt quickly listening to all my needs in a new car. When I changed things up on him ditching the brand new 2017 HRV for a used vehicle on the lot he rolled with it nicely. Made sure I was happy with the car I was getting and even researched the used car making sure I felt comfortable with all the bells and whistles before leaving the lot. It was a pleasant experience all around. Even with their finance department Katie. Thank you!
AWESOME!! - charleneiyar
We weren't expecting to walk away with a BRAND NEW CAR, but we did!And it's all thanks to Vivian Aguon! The process did take a while due to complications, but she managed to stay patient and entertain us the best she could! If you are in need of a vehicle, check out this dealership and ask for Vivian, she is amazing!

Buying Car Made Easy - 17greypilot
My father was interested in purchasing a new car, either the Pilot or the Highlander. Alex Miller at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue made that decision easy for us. He was friendly, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. He went out of his way to accommodate us including the trade-in, APR and the final price negotiated for the car. He stayed in touch with us until the car arrived to the dealership and had everything ready for us on the day of the delivery. It really was a painless process. Alex even gave me a $100 check for referring my father to the dealership. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Honda and ask for ALEX MILLER, you won't be disappointed.
Great experience - 2017 CRV
A great place to buy a car. They stayed late to finish up everything and were extremely friendly. The 2017 CRV is a fantastic car.
Over priced, rip off and additional hassle fee. - Simple man
I went in to buy the 2017 CR-V EX-L and there is a "ADM" (additional dealer markup) for $5000, what a greedy dealer!!. Who want to do business with a greedy person? When negotiation, the senior salesman throw in all the tactics to make the deal looks good but what we all actually want is just a reasonable car price!! (Normally 1k-2k discount) You can come here and pay extra, just couple thousands more than other dealers for all the things they already added for you. The saleperson does not care even you do not want it, but "hey!! you gotta pay all these" because they already put it to the car. They're ready to rip you off with their greed. So, highly "NOT" recommended unless you are Ok paying more than other dealer.
Bought used car that the dealer assured it's all good..Not! - Zaste!.
Went to look at a used vehicle end up purchasing well next day I let dealer know what's wrong with it and might as well got the duct tape out.....Honda dealer talked up how better they are instead of Toyota....to my experience all the same hustlers
I LOVE my new car! - Leahcolley5
I bought a 2016 Honda Civic in February of 2016. The salesman was Justin, he was very helpful and informative. I was turning in a leased civic and purchasing a brand new one. I thought it would take all day but he had me in and out in about 2 hours. They completely took care of taking in my leased car and returning it. I never had to deal with the leased car again after the day I turned it over to them. My car came with a lifetime powertrain warranty and I've since had to call them a few times to ask questions making sure I'm following the maintenance guidelines. He's always been very helpful and I've never hung up with out having my answers. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family looking to purchase a car in the area.
Dishonest, Unprofessional Service Employees - Lindsey Dawson
Dishonest employees, terrible customer service.
I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and routine service. I scheduled an appointment to save time and cut down on wait time. I was told it would take two hours. I came back after two hours and was told that the car was almost done and that we were waiting only for the paperwork to be completed. I heard this excuse twice during an hour. I overheard another employee admit that two service techs had called in sick, and that was why there were delays. The employee helping me though never admitted that. Instead he lied about the reason for the delay and the amount of time it would take. If he had been honest, I would have rescheduled or done something else instead of waiting FOUR HOURS for something that should have been two hours. Dishonesty and inefficiency, and incredibly poor professionalism. I will never do business with Capitol City Honda again and you shouldn't spend your hard-earned money here either.
Just can't say at this time that I would refer a friend! - CowboyRJ
The General Manager was good enough to at least call me to apologize and talk to me about my experience there once he found out I was not happy with my visit. i still think they have a lot of work to do before they will become a 5 star dealership but it seems to me they are at least working toward that goal.
Service (lack of ) - Dissatisfied UW customer
systemic issues, poor traing and lack of customer service, While honda is a great car
this service center should be avoided at all cost. Went in on Saturday July 18th
Brad Miller, owner needs to evaluate his services center, calls not returned even by Elizabeth who is a supervisor, car dropped off at 7 am , after waiting 2 weeks for a appointment (which is fine but I expect some level of service) called at 12, 1, and 3..disconnected with receptionist once with no one ever returning our call untill 4 pm ( a nice woman who works under Elizabeth and vernon)
Go to pick up at 5:30 and of all the techs had gone home to try to disuss findings
Do not use this service center, I usually give folks in these industries the benefit of the doubt, but they are either lacking in training, resources or both. Mr Miller I have purchased 3 Hondas ( 2 from you) in the last 3 years and 1 Acura, I will never set foot in your dealership again
Do your homework and look for a Honda dealership that treats you like they want your business over and over again
Went here first to look at the Honda Fit. I made it... - rbjalt
Went here first to look at the Honda Fit. I made it clear that I did not want to play the normal sales games. They assured me that they would not, and they didn't, if you want to go by the letter of the law. There was no lying, or hard core 'keep em in the sales area at all costs' tactics. But they did play that sickening sweet "see how I'm treating you well" why laying on all the underhanded guilt tripping, team tagging and doubt casting tricks in the book. AND they would not give me the bottom line unless I 'committed' to buy my car from them nor would they break out costs for me. Lots of shucking and jiving about how the manufacturers 'just don't work that way anymore'. I HATE being treated like an idiot. HATE it! Its extremely transparent, guys. Knock it off!
......hopefully they learn to be honest and straight forward, because this experience sucked!
