I meant to write this review a long time ago. I had the pleasure of speaking with Keanu in Sales when I was interested in purchasing a new car while mine was being serviced, and he was fantastic! not too pushy at all but also extremely well knowledge'd and confident on all of the cars, and at the same time was very polite. This kids gonna go far in life! I don't think I've ever met a salesman so professional! He was very honest about certain cars and I liked that about him!! Great hire Klein Honda! :) His brother Elijah in the Service department was very polite as well! I always have great service with you guys but I was so impressed with these two employees I had to let you guys know. I wish him the best of luck in life! Thanks Klein Honda ! :)

I would recommend Honda of Burien to my friends. I worked with Lawrence Kelly, who was well prepared, answered all my questions and instructed me on driving my Civic. I did not see other buyers being pressured to take deals, nor was I. I was pleased with the service.
Great Experience - See Josh Smith ! - ATedesco
I just got home from picking up my new CR-V. The whole West Hills Team was great: they treated me like a valued customer - before they got my check - and were respectful of my time. I had visited West Hills a couple weeks ago and saw Josh Smith. he educated me on the CR-V and we took a test drive. When I arrived I told him that I was not buying, just doing research. He honored that, reaffirmed that he wanted my business and we said goodbye. He called me once to followup with a message again asking for my business and offering any help. I return to Josh, rather than another dealer I had seen. And, again, I told him that I was ready to buy, but would do so at Honda only with a reasonable deal and did not have time to play games. Josh was professional, honest and quick. We reached an agreement after limited back and forth. I got a call early the next morning that my car was ready. And, again, the service was respectful, attentive, and consistent. I've bought many cars from many dealerships in many states. This was the best experience I have had. And, although it's my first Honda, I expect my CR-V to match the high quality service I got from Josh and the rest of the team.
No pressure, easy going - Valerie McCain
I sent out 3 emails to the local Honda dealerships in my area requesting the best price and availability on a 2017 Honda CRV EX AWD, white with black interior. Out of the 3 - one did not respond, one did not listen correctly and was pushy, but Bobby Maynard at Sims Honda listened and responded with what I wanted to hear on the first email. Bobby continued to throughout the day to answer all my emails and questions in a timely manner. Bobby advised that the specific Honda (color, make) would not be available for approx. 2 weeks. He said to come in and test drive a Honda CRV EX they had on the lot and if I liked it we could proceed and he would put me in a loaner car until the one I purchased came in.
When my husband and I arrived to test drive the Honda CRV EX we worked with Mike O’Laughlin. Mike was very knowledgeable about the Honda CRV EX and explained all the bells and whistles (which there are many). Mike was a joy to work with.
Mark Sumner was the finance manager we worked with and he did a great job as well. Processed us through in a timely and efficient manner.
My overall experience with Sims Honda was great and I would definitely refer anyone looking to buy a Honda to them. Well worth the drive.

I bought a 2016 Honda Civic in February of 2016. The salesman was Justin, he was very helpful and informative. I was turning in a leased civic and purchasing a brand new one. I thought it would take all day but he had me in and out in about 2 hours. They completely took care of taking in my leased car and returning it. I never had to deal with the leased car again after the day I turned it over to them. My car came with a lifetime powertrain warranty and I've since had to call them a few times to ask questions making sure I'm following the maintenance guidelines. He's always been very helpful and I've never hung up with out having my answers. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family looking to purchase a car in the area.

We previously owned a Honda Accord and had visited Lynnwood Honda a couple of times for replacement parts. We were walking around the show room and had stopped near Dorela Xherri’s desk. She looked up and asked if we had any questions. The rest is history. We knew exactly what we wanted and what our budget would allow. There was no pressure at any time. Dorela took us on a test drive of a Honda Civic EX that was both positive and instructional. We were sold. Dorela very easily made our purchase experience exceptional. We went back the next day and Dorela gladly helped us with the navigation and phone.

Even tho this was second time I brought my car in for the same issue the service was wonderful. They made sure to note all my concerns for the service dept so that everything could be addressed. They also gave me a loaner car since they were sure of the time frame. They called and gave me an update when they found the problem, told me the solution, and when it would be completed. Over all it was a painless experience. In all of our dealings(including purchasing our CRV from them) we have had nothing but good experiences with this dealership.
Front Desk Guys Are Great, Garage Guys Not So Much - Lenxxxx
They say all the right things at the front desk, obviously they've received extensive training in how to manage the emotions of customers. But I took my car in for minor maintenance plus a problem with a tire pressure indicator. 'No problem,' they said, '2-3 hours tops.' They had the car all day, and when they finally gave it back to me, they'd run the diagnostic for the tire pressure indicator, knew what the problem was, but gave the car back to me without fixing it, telling me to bring the car back when the light came back on. Which it did before I even got it home. A day of my life I'll never get back for a 2-3 hour job. And they want me to go back there? 2 visits for a 2-3 hour job? Obviously, I can't believe anything they tell me anymore. A terrible experience, and I'm glad there are other Honda dealerships in the area.
Incompetent finance department - Troy
I purchased a 2017 honda pilot elite from here and what a mistake. I bought the car so I can't complain about the overpriced dealer add-ons. However, the finance department went behind my back and without my knowledge financed the vehicle through wells Fargo instead of my credit union which was agreed to. Crazy thing is that the dealer faxed a PO to my credit union. After all the shady things wells Fargo has been involved in recently I guess it's only fitting rairdon sent them business. Geez. Anyway, they refuse to accept responsibility and now I have to refinance through my credit union once I receive the paper work. So shady!!!

Build a new building and all your reviews get reset. These guys are the biggest pieces of trash. Over priced, rude and dishonest. Even the owners can't fallow through on the word. Avoid at all cost.

My engine light was on. Paid$100 for diagnosis. Told I had wiring damage due to rodents. Quoted me $1600 . My husband said no way. Took it home to my local mechanic. He had the wire fixed in half an hour and charged me $30. My car runs perfectly.

Brad Miller, owner needs to evaluate his services center, calls not returned even by Elizabeth who is a supervisor, car dropped off at 7 am , after waiting 2 weeks for a appointment (which is fine but I expect some level of service) called at 12, 1, and 3..disconnected with receptionist once with no one ever returning our call untill 4 pm ( a nice woman who works under Elizabeth and vernon)
Go to pick up at 5:30 and of all the techs had gone home to try to disuss findings
Do not use this service center, I usually give folks in these industries the benefit of the doubt, but they are either lacking in training, resources or both. Mr Miller I have purchased 3 Hondas ( 2 from you) in the last 3 years and 1 Acura, I will never set foot in your dealership again

Went here first to look at the Honda Fit. I made it clear that I did not want to play the normal sales games. They assured me that they would not, and they didn't, if you want to go by the letter of the law. There was no lying, or hard core 'keep em in the sales area at all costs' tactics. But they did play that sickening sweet "see how I'm treating you well" why laying on all the underhanded guilt tripping, team tagging and doubt casting tricks in the book. AND they would not give me the bottom line unless I 'committed' to buy my car from them nor would they break out costs for me. Lots of shucking and jiving about how the manufacturers 'just don't work that way anymore'. I HATE being treated like an idiot. HATE it! Its extremely transparent, guys. Knock it off!
......hopefully they learn to be honest and straight forward, because this experience sucked!
