I had been looking for a truck for 3 weeks, everytime I called about a truck in my price range they were already sold. I saw the perfect Chevy on Northwest Hondas website and called right away. They let me know as soon as the truck had arrived at their lot and I was the first one to see it. Sam in financing was incredibly helpful and got me approved even though my credit is light. John Vlahos was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure to have the windshield replaced and had the safety systems repaired before sending me home with my beautiful used truck. He even promised me one free detail and full tank of gas! I cannot speak highly enough about the whole experience.

I recently went into Klein Honda on Weds June 7th to take a look at a Corolla i had seen on true car, among a few others i was interested in with low mileage and good safely rating. Sales associate Raj Sharma was the first one who greeted me as i entered the building, he was very friendly and knowledgeable in helping me with the exact car i was looking for. My car broke down and i literately had one day to get a new car, I was by my self & had no way of getting the new car home aside from taking the buss, I also did not have my check book with me at the time to complete the purchase, Raj Sharma went out of his way to accommodate me, driving with me to my residence and allowing me to write a check after i had left the dealership. Mica was also very helpful & professional in getting my loan approved and on the terms i wanted! The sales staff is some of the best I've seen! I will continue to let everyone i know whom is interested in purchasing a new vehicle of the excellent experience i had at Klein Honda!

My family and i came to Burien Honda just to check out the new Civic, when we arrived we where greated by Dan Frias. Very kind, listened well, and professional. Even though we told him we where not buying, he continued to give us great service and was respectful of that, which is the reason we decided to pull the trigger and buy that day. The dealership has been outstanding, specifically sales, finance and service. Entirely professional, yet makes one feel part of the family. Since May 5, 2016 we have purchased 3 Honda CRVs. Mr. Covey sold us our 2016 "mountain air" CRV EXL with all the goodies, a vehicle that lived up to all expectation. We expected to keep it for a long, long time. We had to replace our 1994 Honda Accord at 219.000 miles. It served us well and a great testament to Honda quality. I will miss driving a stick. Our '84 Accord had 325,000! On Easter Sunday of 2017 we purchased a "certified" used 2014 CRV EXL from a wonderful salesperson, Roxanne Kasperson. This lady could not have been more helpful. We looked at several CRVs and were not satisfied, but Roxanne came through with a surprise. My wife loved it immediately and it met all our requirements for a second vehicle. Rachelle Ericsson, in finance, introduced us to financing strategies I had not previously considered, being a cash only buyer. Those strategies piqued my interest to look into trading in our 2016 for the amazing 2017 CRV EXL. I loved the "mountain air" color and our 2012 CRV EXL was that beautiful "Basque red.' Sadly, it was totaled by a rear end crash. Roxanne, once again, was the best of the best in introducing and teaching the basics of all the new details the amazing 2017 CRV EXL has to offer. Never did we feel pressured to purchase as she cheerfully and expertly introduced us to the car. Once again, Rachelle made the deal work for us, including additional amenities and coverage. Lastly, I would like to address the service department. Everyone I've had contact with has been knowledgeable, courteous and professional. James and Courtney are always most helpful. Everybody has their fan favorite and Rich Roncevich is the guy. They are all great. I knew Rich from South Tacoma Honda, and am glad he has joined the West Hills team. Rich is the consummate professional. It should be noted Angela, in reception, is excellent at customer service and always made a point to check in with us while waiting. We will continue to do business at West Hills Honda and will highly recommend it to all who ask. We could not be more satisfied.

James Hoffman was the sales rep who met me at the door and demonstrated the 2018 Honda Odyssey to me, and a few days later, to my wife as well. He was unfailingly relaxed and patient -- best of all, he was extremely well-informed about the technical aspects of the brand-new model and could answer all of our questions, even after we had bought the car and left the dealer.

I bought a 2016 Honda Civic in February of 2016. The salesman was Justin, he was very helpful and informative. I was turning in a leased civic and purchasing a brand new one. I thought it would take all day but he had me in and out in about 2 hours. They completely took care of taking in my leased car and returning it. I never had to deal with the leased car again after the day I turned it over to them. My car came with a lifetime powertrain warranty and I've since had to call them a few times to ask questions making sure I'm following the maintenance guidelines. He's always been very helpful and I've never hung up with out having my answers. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family looking to purchase a car in the area.

My son bought. Car from kirkland Honda. They had said they replaced the brake pads. A month later his front brakes began to sqweek. He took it to the Service Department where Brian Slish took great car of him. Got him in a rental and replaced the brake pads again. He got him in right away. Did not give my son any grief, because we had a "as is" warranty. Everything was free of charge. I highly recommend Brian Slish in the Service Department. Top notch customer service!!

They say all the right things at the front desk, obviously they've received extensive training in how to manage the emotions of customers. But I took my car in for minor maintenance plus a problem with a tire pressure indicator. 'No problem,' they said, '2-3 hours tops.' They had the car all day, and when they finally gave it back to me, they'd run the diagnostic for the tire pressure indicator, knew what the problem was, but gave the car back to me without fixing it, telling me to bring the car back when the light came back on. Which it did before I even got it home. A day of my life I'll never get back for a 2-3 hour job. And they want me to go back there? 2 visits for a 2-3 hour job? Obviously, I can't believe anything they tell me anymore. A terrible experience, and I'm glad there are other Honda dealerships in the area.
Poor unfriendly service - SKH
I tried to get a flat tire fixed - they did not have the tire, and the service person I spoke with was less than friendly. I clearly disturbed her coffee break? It was going to take a few days for them to get the tire in (for a 2016 CRV?) and I asked for a loaner. I was advised that they do not provide loaners for cars needing parts - even if I had to leave the car while they ordered the tire. Wha wha.... This is not the first time I've called to get a Honda serviced, and received the same chilly reception. Won't call again.....

We have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership- all 3 have been a very seamless experience but the service is what really sets them apart. We had a nail in our tire on a very busy family Sunday- and while most dealerships and tire repair shops were closed, they were not only open, but cheerfully took my call and got my tire fixed in no time. I had some important errands to run so they loaded me a car during that time as well understanding that I had some urgent deadlines. Jeff Douglas was helpful, cheerful, and very willing to help. They put mats down and a seat protector as well. Very much appreciated- would definitely go back!

Went in for oil change. Bethany checked what services were needed. Turns out the oil change was free and no other maintenance needed at this time. Washed and vacuumed as well. Great service!

My car broke down while driving into Seattle. I had my car towed to HOS at 4:30 pm Friday before memorial day (so going into the holiday weekend). They promised to look at my car that evening and call me with the diagnosis. they offered me a courtesy ride to my daughters house. They did indeed call that evening. The next day they called to see if I would need a ride to come pick up my car.
I couldn't have asked for better service, I really appreciate that Jason called as he said he would.

Please note super disappointed in that they sold a car with a known $500 repair need. And they sold me a warranty that covered that need but then claimed I had a car price reduction that made the $500 out of pocket for me a non-issue.

Went here first to look at the Honda Fit. I made it clear that I did not want to play the normal sales games. They assured me that they would not, and they didn't, if you want to go by the letter of the law. There was no lying, or hard core 'keep em in the sales area at all costs' tactics. But they did play that sickening sweet "see how I'm treating you well" why laying on all the underhanded guilt tripping, team tagging and doubt casting tricks in the book. AND they would not give me the bottom line unless I 'committed' to buy my car from them nor would they break out costs for me. Lots of shucking and jiving about how the manufacturers 'just don't work that way anymore'. I HATE being treated like an idiot. HATE it! Its extremely transparent, guys. Knock it off!
......hopefully they learn to be honest and straight forward, because this experience sucked!
