I bought a used Honda Civic here but I didn't buy the warranty. 8 days later the AC compressor broke and sent metal into the rest of the AC system. The cost for replacing the compressor, condenser, and drier was between $1200-2000 depending on OEM or aftermarket parts.
I'm a single father of 2 boys and in a tough spot because my landlord sold the condo I'd rented from him for 5 years out from under me. I've been bouncing between my dad's place and my sister's; scrambling to put money together to get a new place before my kids come back from visiting family on the east coast. I didn't have the money to pay for either option. Dave, a manager there, put in some calls for me and they agreed to fix the car for me.
It's so rare these days to find a company that stands behind their products and will go above and beyond to help someone who really needs it. Most will only do the bare minimum required by law. That is not the case here. I'm eternally grateful for Seattle Honda stepping up and taking care of me. I will not forget this and could not recommend them more highly.

I bought a 2016 Honda Civic in February of 2016. The salesman was Justin, he was very helpful and informative. I was turning in a leased civic and purchasing a brand new one. I thought it would take all day but he had me in and out in about 2 hours. They completely took care of taking in my leased car and returning it. I never had to deal with the leased car again after the day I turned it over to them. My car came with a lifetime powertrain warranty and I've since had to call them a few times to ask questions making sure I'm following the maintenance guidelines. He's always been very helpful and I've never hung up with out having my answers. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family looking to purchase a car in the area.

After divulging my dissatisfaction of another Honda dealer, I was assured it wouldn't happen here. Guess what!? It did. The same thing. Made me feel like I was not worth the effort. Why can't people actually do their job?
Honda Marysville Saves the Day! - Airbag Questor
On a two year quest to have airbags replaced via the recall, for a Honda Ekement, it took Marysville Honda to do the apparently near impossible.
Pullman Washington, Lewiston Idaho, Thousand Oaks California could not do the job.
Alas, two years later a diamond in the grass was found, Marysville Honda came to the rescue. In two days the airbags were ordered and installed. They also went beyond the call of duty and noticed a nail in a tire and repaired it. They even washed the Element. No charge.
The service department staff were friendly, professional, and prompt.

Honda of Bellevue Service Department is a disaster. Do NOT do business with them unless you like to be screwed. They will take no ownership or warranty their work. I have documentation for all of this.
I took my 2011 Crosstour for standard 110,000 timing belt maintenance (aka new timing belt), and THE NEXT DAY my steering at low speeds stopped working. They said it had nothing to do with the work they did. Really? There was no problem before I took it in viola, the next day the problem starts? They had to disassemble quite a bit to do the timing belt.
They also forgot to install a bolt back onto my engine block.
They said I had to have a new power steering system put in to fix the steering they broke, which I did and paid for. The power steering still had problems AFTER it was replaced. They took no ownership for that either.
While the power steering was replaced, they did a four wheel alignment, and five weeks later my perfectly good tires were destroyed. I had to get new tires AND a new alignment. I chose to have that done at Les Schwab.
I took one of the tires to Honda of Bellevue, and they AGAIN took no ownership and said they destroyed tires had nothing to do with their work.
They are a den of lying and deceiving snakes with zero integrity and fake customer service.
Accessorizing my 2015 Accord - Accord
Just got a newer Accord and wanted to add some factory options.
I have been to the service dept. at Fife Honda a few times in the last 3 months to get factory accessories put on my car. Every time I go to the service dept. they are very friendly and very knowledgeable.
I call to get a quote to add the accessory and they are cheaper then other Honda dealers in the area.
Definitely will keep going back, with the knowledge the techs have, the quality of work and the pricing. Fife Honda is a great choice 😊
Unprofessional service manager - Allan Pierce
Honda of Sumner have been nice and professional until I had a problem that required a service manager. She was rude unprofessional and did not have any mechanical experience. When I get my car serviced and have a problem I want to speak with someone that understands my issues not a bully that will keep telling me policy. She was wrong and took it personally. They lost my business and I've been getting my car serviced there for years.

I purchased a pre-owned car from them 2 months ago, and they STILL have NOT sent paperwork to the DMV for registration and plates. I am on my second and final temporary permit, which expires next week, so I am screwed. I've called the GM repeatedly, and he never answers nor returns phone calls. The Finance Manager will not return calls either, and has told me previously that everything was sent...which is clearly not true.
AVOID THIS PLACE.

Please note super disappointed in that they sold a car with a known $500 repair need. And they sold me a warranty that covered that need but then claimed I had a car price reduction that made the $500 out of pocket for me a non-issue.

Went here first to look at the Honda Fit. I made it clear that I did not want to play the normal sales games. They assured me that they would not, and they didn't, if you want to go by the letter of the law. There was no lying, or hard core 'keep em in the sales area at all costs' tactics. But they did play that sickening sweet "see how I'm treating you well" why laying on all the underhanded guilt tripping, team tagging and doubt casting tricks in the book. AND they would not give me the bottom line unless I 'committed' to buy my car from them nor would they break out costs for me. Lots of shucking and jiving about how the manufacturers 'just don't work that way anymore'. I HATE being treated like an idiot. HATE it! Its extremely transparent, guys. Knock it off!
......hopefully they learn to be honest and straight forward, because this experience sucked!
