I came to Lexus of Seattle for the quality of their cars and their legendary service. I was not disappointed! I love my 2017 RX350 Sport, but I also love the service I received at Lexus of Seattle.
My salesperson, Roger, was knowledgable, personable, patient and knows great customer service.
He listened to all the features I was looking for in a new car and what I was disappointed with in my current car. He offered suggestions, had me drive different models, listened some more and then helped hone my requests by steering me towards the perfect car. Buying a car is an overwhelming process. Roger made me feel like I had been educated on the car and it’s options. I left Lexus of Seattle thinking that I had bought the best car for me, and not that I had been wooed by all the bright & shiny without analyzing what was really important to me.
I also had very positive experiences with the rest of the staff that I encountered.
Lexus of Seattle has far exceeded my expectations!
Top Level Customer Service and Personal Integrity - NG
I recently purchased a new vehicle from Lexus of Tacoma. Bob King was my sales professional. I've honestly never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a car! From the beginning of my search- which I spread out over a few months and took my time- Bob was patient, very knowledgeable, and never ever pushy or rushed. He introduced me to other members of the team at the dealership; each person had a similar manner about them, professional and respectful. I considered many other cars (large SUV) including Mercedes, BMW, Porche, LandRover/RangeRover, Audi, Toyota and every American rig out there. Ultimately, my research and experience led me to make my purchase a Lexus from Bob at Lexus of Tacoma. I'll return there when I'm ready for my next vehicle, I'm sure of it.

Do not give Lexus of Bellevue any commission.
Last Sunday, I went with my relatives to the Lexus of Bellevue to trade-in a car for a newer Lexus. It went well enough, with us negotiating trade-in value of the car. They offered us 23k for our trade-in, but when we asked for a little more because Magic Toyata in Lynwood offered us more when we went to that location a previous day, that was went things went sour. The salesman sent for the manager and when the salesman got the manager up to speed, the manager proceeded to throw the trade-in papers on the table with a, "No dea!"
Are you kidding me?
Instead of politely declining, saying that the current price was the best they could offer, he literally threw the papers at us. The manger is Vietnamese like us, and proceeded to say to us in Vietnamese that the price was already high enough already. He threw a dirty look at us as an extra, "xxxx you." I did not flee Vietnam for this xxxxxxxx.
Are you xxxxxxx kidding me?
We immediately went to Lexus of Seattle and not only got a better price, but the salesmanager treated us with much more respect and can be assured to have my, and my family's, continued business.
Do not go here. I repeat, do NOT GO HERE. You can get better deals elsewhere in an establishment that doesn't treat you like xxxx. Go to Lexus of Seattle. Ask for Alex Lake.
