Very helpful in finding the car that suited our needs. When it came time to talk money Jack was very straight forward and transparent about cost and all associated fees. Wasn't pushy on rushing us or all the add ons (read: rip-offs) that most dealers try to sell.

Loren did an great job working with my girlfriend for her first used car purchase. He was very upfront with the details of the vehicle we were looking at and went out of his way to get each little detail that we asked for. He listened to what her needs / wants were and offered alternative options. When we said she wasn't really looking for anything else, he wasn't pushy or rude, just explained his reasoning at left it at that. We also worked with Tom from Finance and he was awesome as well. When some of the paperwork got complicated and he saw my girlfriend get a little excited, he thought carefully about the way to properly word the conversation to ease her fears. So well handled.
Such an all around great experience and we left thoroughly satisfied and comfortable with her purchase. Thanks to all the staff who were in the background who made this happen and a great all around experience.

This was my first experience with this dealership and I have found my lifelong Ford dealer & service team! I took my Ford Explorer in to be serviced and everyone here from sales, parts & service were outstanding! I didn't see one person in the store, customer or staff, that wasn't happy and kind. Nate from the service team checked me in, offered me a shuttle ride to work, told me about the service being performed as well as the time line for getting my vehicle back and sent me on my way. Upon getting my vehicle back I was given a top to bottom explanation of my vehicles health and once again how the "surgery" on my car went. They washed my Explorer, treated it well and treated me even better. Unlike most dealerships who love you when they're ringing your wallet dry, these guys treated me like a VIP and all my work was under warranty! I would absolutely recommend Skagit Ford for all things Ford!

We purchased a 2017 Escape Titantum with all the bells and whistles. We purchased from Korum Ford because of Tom Horne our sales cunsultant. His knowledge and professionalism were the best we had encountered in the south sound. All went well until the next day after we had bought the vehicle. From there it went from bad to worse. I do commend Tom Horne for trying to fix things and Dave for his attempts to provide customer service but every time a issue was fixed it opened a worse problem.
These problems started the day after we bought the SUV. We called In and no even recognized us as customers and calls were not returned. About three days later I call in to see about when the clear bra could be installed and was told about 2 wks but could not get a loaner car for 3 wks and was also told that loaner cars were for service was 2 to3 wks out. When I said how long if I didn't need a loaner they said tomorrow - Tom and Dave got me a loaner the next day - it was a Hertz rental so I needed to pay a deposit go through insurance speal then they put me in bottom model that even power windows were the top option - the car I sold was far nicer. The clear bra was installed with perfection with the exception of the rear bumper sill. When I asked about it I was told I didn't pay for it which I did because we are golfers and it is very important to us. Rachel said she would get back to me which she didn't. Frank the finance person did not get our automatic withdrawal set up for our payments and would not return our calls, we made two special trips to the dealership and finally on the second trip we talked to him and his excuse was that he was busy. (Of course we were not important we had already bought the car) we spent over an hour getting the problem fixed by our self. The service dept was not much better. When the clear bra was installed I asked if I could get the drivers side grab bar tightened and was questioned on why and who said it needed to be done, when I got it back the handle had grease hand prints on it - the car had less than 500 miles on it. We have spent many hours with SiriusXM and Ford trying to get the nav traffic working because no one could give us the same answer. We even got service # and gave it to the service department manager and he tossed it on a stack of paper and we were told they had been waiting 4 months for repair info. There are more issues I have with Korum Ford. Even though Tom Horne has bent over backwards and has followed up with us I am pushing the envelope giving the dealership a 2.

-Service Department is five stars, Josh (Service Manager) and Kyle H., are awesome to work with. I have a 2000 Ford F350 7.3L and Kyle is the ONLY mechanic I will let work on my truck.
-Sales: I would rate as four stars. Yiwen "George" Li was a wonderful salesman, he and David made the transaction as smooth as a sales experience could go. The General Manager was professional and stepped in to help complete the transaction on a Certified Pre-Owned F150.
-Finance: The rating scale does not go low enough to rate Jim in finance. A zero would be providing a complete disservice to the number zero. First he was the most pushy person I have ever met. He does not understand when a customer says, "no thank you", that it should be his cue to MOVE ON. He was rude, condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional. After telling him no thank you and no several times when he was offering the extended maintenance plan, I was forced to walk out of his office and get the GM. We have secured 1.9% financing vice the 3.9% that he offered as his "best deal". If you are purchasing a vehicle from Bellevue AutoNation, you are highly encouraged to find your own financing. Do not fall prey to his attempted strong arm tactics!!!!!!

Overall, the process was straight forward and we left with a vehicle without significant remorse which is unusual after buying a car. The only time we really felt pressure was when signing the papers and all the extras you can buy with warranties and things. Otherwise, relatively painless.
We were slightly mislead however with the idea that there was still a month or 1000 miles left on the limited warranty on the preowned car that we purchased. In reality, the warranty had expired on 12/3 and we bought the car on 12/23. This will cost us around $250 dollars to get the car inspected before we will be able to qualify for an extended warranty package.

Run!! We were sold a used truck and the check engine light came on within 24hr of purchase plus truck didn't want to start. The dealership was informed right away and referred us to their lot Lincoln Mazda whom they are owned by. We were informed there is a bad EGR VALVE, EGR COOLER., and CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR... ( remember this was discovered within 24hrs of purchase) and they REFUSED TO REPAIR THE ISSUES!!!! We were told by our mechanic the check engine codes had to have been cleared... Not only did the dealership NOT stand by their vehicle BUT TREATED US LIKE CRAP ON TOP OF IT! Now if that wasn't enough they lied several times about the diagnosis and when we took it to our mechanic they found a FOURTH issue, a bad fuel injector! Now in less than 3 weeks we have spent over $3000 in repairs.. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! Do your research and it wont take long to find others with very very similar experiences as mine! They have 0 regard for their customers!

At first it seems like a professional sales enviroment but after the experience of buying a lincoln mkz it was the worst sales experience I've ever encountered. I'll probably never buy a ford or Lincoln again and will make sure to deter others from buying one unless they can rectify the situation. You feel pressured to buy and to the point that it seems you're being manipulated to buy. I asked multiple times if they had any used Lincoln mkz from 2013 on and the sales rep told me no, only to find out they had two hidden in the lot after the purchase. I was told it had heated steering wheel as well. I felt excited at the time and they used that to their advantage to pressure me to buy. They even made it sound like i was getting a good deal, only to find out i could've gotten a used car or even new one for a lot less. I have considered legal action buy in the end may just return the car and take the credit hit for a few years than give money to a greedy dealership. I liked where Lincoln and ford is going but the sales experience as me looking else where to buy. Never buy here, look at other dealerships and you'll pay a whole lot less.

My wife and I purchased our first car during a "Huge weekend sale event". The car we wanted to look at was listed for $3000.00 dollars more than what they where selling it for on a regular day. We found this out when we got home and the car sticker listed it at $13999.99 we found it on the lot for $16999.99 and purchased it for $13850.00. So overall we saved $150.00 on a huge weekend sale event. It is sad to see that dealers have to mark up a car in order to maximize its potential sale. In any situation I would chalk this up at a lost because in reality it was our fault for not researching a thourough as we needed too, but our salesman told us he was going to help us out because he wished someone did the same when he was a young married man. No honor, No humility, No morality! The next day we tried to return and George played the "I dont know" game when asked about the mark up in price. Keep in mind this is the guy who boasted being 20 yrs in the business with the company. For as many fingers I have on both hands I could trade for a reason or excuse on why we were not able to return the car. I will never shop with this dealership and always recommend to people not too. If it werent for the "2 yr" free oil service I got (one of the incentives for not being happy with the purchase) I would never step foot again. By the way the Extended Service Warranty that cost a couple grand is full of holes that are not explained so BE SURE TO READ THE FINE PRINT!!!!!!! If they dont HAVE to tell then they wont. Thats poor customer service if you ask me!

They were willing to work with me and be patient.They listened to my needs and laid out all my options for me. Patrick was more like a close friend vice a salesman. I will without a doubt return here to buy my next car.
