Dealer Service dept experience (07/22/17) - SUVTerrain
As I am driving in, the person did not introduce himself, nor give his name during the checkout. His maintenance recommendations puzzled me. - Air Fuel & Intake valve cleaning = $164.95. My SUV mileage is 22605 as of this time. This should have been done before it reached the 20,000 mileage. My veh had a scheduled maintenance before it reaches 20,000 mileage, why was this not flashed on the maintenance reminder list. Is the GMC maintenance website not effective, when there is a maintenance/status reminder? I signed up for this website, why was this missed nor not recommended by the dealer service dept? I would like the dealer supervisor service dept call me and explained why this was not recommended earlier.

This was the first new vehicle I have purchased in almost 20 years. I found the truck on Laura Buick GMC's website, and called in to set up a test drive. I was referred to Jon Werner. Jon treated me with courtesy at every step of the process of reviewing the truck's features, a test drive, informal tutorials on how to use the trucks many functions, and then through the entire process of coming to terms. Jon then followed up with my concern on whether the truck would fit into the garage at my office by having a dealership courier bring the truck to my office garage (it fit!), and with setting up a date to come in to sign the paperwork and "pick up the pick up!" Everyone at your dealership involved in my purchase was courteous and professional. Thanks for making the process of buying this new truck so easy.

Had to have body work done due to hitting a deer and the work was done great, but then the problems began when i picked it up and my steering wheel was shaking and pulling. I went back and they tried to tell me that the back left tire was locked up and that was the reason why, (they did due a test and it did show it was out of alignment) they also said two items showed up that were wrong under there diagnostic testing but they would need to have further checks on it (they wanted money). I told them that I new i was needing front brakes but my Dealer-Frank Leta Honda said i still had a little time, when i saw the back wheel not moving I called and made an appointment right away to have it looked at. So here I sit at the Honda dealer and the back wheel was not frozen as i was told, further diagnostic testing did not need to be done per the Honda Dealer due to the engine light not coming on and no other indicators on. I did had cracked bushings and they told me the alignment should have NEVER BEEN DONE with that. So my conclusion is that they were trying to sell me something i didn't need and did something that should not have been done. I tried to call and speak to the Service Manager but the male individual transfered me to Paul who is not even in the Service Department. I drive a Honda for a reason and Frank Leta is honest and doesn't try to cheat there customers, I will never recommend ANYONE to use the Service Department at Behlmann's or buy a vehicle. I actually bought a brand new truck from Marquitz and used there service Department and it was nothing like these clowns. Hopefully, they will align my Honda correctly tomorrow and I can be done. I would recommend anyone to go to Frank Leta and purchase there next vehicle.
Got a Lemon - Lore Robart
I bought a brand new vehicle from here and it has been in the service department three times. I don't want the car but they won't make it right. I am not asking for my money back, just want what I paid for. I have called several times to speak with a general manager but all you get is voicemail and they won't call back. To me, the car is piece of crap. I paid over $35,000 for the car and it should be in mint condition. I have told everyone I know about what happened with my car and they said they won't ever by from here after my experience. Is a phone call too much to ask for? They should make this right. I am hardworking person who doesn't have millions like Bommarito does. It isn't fair to have to pay for a product that is worthless!
Conceited and condescending sales manager - Disappointed
Went to dealership on 10 May fully intending to purchase a vehicle. We offered a lower amount expecting a counter offer. It wasn't the difference in price that ended the sale, it was the conceited and condescending response from the sales manager, Dan Sinclair. I don't think he even realized how he came across.

This has to be the worst Dealer in the state . Trying to get anything done from a key or key fob to service of your vehicle is a long drawn out process . Full of lies and excuses .. I purchased a used vehicle was unsafe to drive . The tire pressure was so low the vehicle drifted all over the road . The wipers chattered across the windshield... so many mistakes on my paper work .,They want me to have all my service work done there . So frustrated that I am afraid to take my vehicle to them .

I would not recommend this dealership to my worse enemy. Bob Brockand Jr. is a complete phony and is completely out for himself. I purchased a car from this dealership and brought it back three times for the same problem and they kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with it. Finally of course the warranty ran out and now we are stuck with a car that has a front end problem that will cost us at least 1300.00 dollars to fix. They were rude to me and my husband. Bob Brockland Jr. told my husband that he was " too sensitive and needed to chill out". That he was not going to fix anything and hung up on him, mean while we are still making month payments every month. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not put yourself in the same position. We thought they were good people at first, but CLEARLY it was all show to get us to buy a car.

Wonderful experience. Came in thinking we could only afford a used vehicle, but Eric got us into a brand new car by helping us maximize rebates. He and Mr. Reuter were warm, friendly, and professional. Loved the touch at the end where they took our picture with our new car.
