I wrote a bad review on 4/2/2017 about a problem I had with a bad clutch. As you can imagine I was very disgruntled with there service after I had the clutch replaced. Upon reading my bad review Mr. Joe Clemens, the general manger of service contacted me and asked me if I could come in and talk with him about my review. After our talk he felt bad about having a disgruntled customer, we came to a resolution that was beneficial to both of us. I am happy to say I will continue doing business with Sapaugh Motors.

Had to have body work done due to hitting a deer and the work was done great, but then the problems began when i picked it up and my steering wheel was shaking and pulling. I went back and they tried to tell me that the back left tire was locked up and that was the reason why, (they did due a test and it did show it was out of alignment) they also said two items showed up that were wrong under there diagnostic testing but they would need to have further checks on it (they wanted money). I told them that I new i was needing front brakes but my Dealer-Frank Leta Honda said i still had a little time, when i saw the back wheel not moving I called and made an appointment right away to have it looked at. So here I sit at the Honda dealer and the back wheel was not frozen as i was told, further diagnostic testing did not need to be done per the Honda Dealer due to the engine light not coming on and no other indicators on. I did had cracked bushings and they told me the alignment should have NEVER BEEN DONE with that. So my conclusion is that they were trying to sell me something i didn't need and did something that should not have been done. I tried to call and speak to the Service Manager but the male individual transfered me to Paul who is not even in the Service Department. I drive a Honda for a reason and Frank Leta is honest and doesn't try to cheat there customers, I will never recommend ANYONE to use the Service Department at Behlmann's or buy a vehicle. I actually bought a brand new truck from Marquitz and used there service Department and it was nothing like these clowns. Hopefully, they will align my Honda correctly tomorrow and I can be done. I would recommend anyone to go to Frank Leta and purchase there next vehicle.
2016 Terrain - Poor Customer Service - Skilian
My husband and I went in to look into buying a 2016 Terrain that was listed for 16,974.00 for 21,000.00 miles. We had great experience in the past so this is why we were going back to Dave Sinclair. I noticed that the vehicle had damage to the passenger bumper and also along the driver side passenger doors. When telling the sales rep (first, he had no personality and gave me an attitude) he looked at me like the vehicle had no damage since it wasn't listed on the carfax. When I showed him he is like we can fix this they must of hit the garage door or something. Of course you can, but I want money off the price of the vehicle since I know that it had been damage. The sales rep would not come down in price at all and keep telling me the vehicle is already at a great price. If a company knows that the vehicle had damage to it why would they show it to a customer in the first place and also, why would they not come down in price. Its because the sales rep had no clue what the xxxx he was doing and second because they think they can get this price for damage to a vehicle. IF I WAS YOU AND YOUR LOOKING INTO BUYING THIS VEHICLE I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU NOT SINCE IT IS DAMAGE!!!!!! IT IS ONLINE FOR $16,974.00 - Its black with black interior and has 21,000 miles.... I would never recommend this company to anyone and I wish we would of purchased our last vehicle somewhere else. This company really has gone down hill with the sales reps.... If I were you Dave Sinclair I would really rethink about getting new sales reps that are not idiots.... Maybe you can sell a lot more vehicles...

I recentley bought a car here and after I purchased the car I had to replace both keys and get 4 new tires! I had to pay over 600.00 and that was before I made the first payment of the car. I also had short in my turn signal and had to pay 85.00 just for them to tell me they could not find the issue. They had my car 6 hours and all they could tell me was that all my tires were cupped and they couldn't find the short. Then had to come back the next day and it took them 2 hours to put 4 tires on! My mother has had problems with them also with her engine troubles and they couldn't find an issue with it, but the day after next that she got it back it locked up. They can never find the issue that you are talking about and just tell you to drive it back to them if it happens again. They do not call you back when you ask for them to with information, it is just a terrible business. I will never buy from Auffenberg again.

I would not recommend this dealership to my worse enemy. Bob Brockand Jr. is a complete phony and is completely out for himself. I purchased a car from this dealership and brought it back three times for the same problem and they kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with it. Finally of course the warranty ran out and now we are stuck with a car that has a front end problem that will cost us at least 1300.00 dollars to fix. They were rude to me and my husband. Bob Brockland Jr. told my husband that he was " too sensitive and needed to chill out". That he was not going to fix anything and hung up on him, mean while we are still making month payments every month. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not put yourself in the same position. We thought they were good people at first, but CLEARLY it was all show to get us to buy a car.
