Happy & Satisfied - Cadillac satisfaction
I have been looking for a car for quite some time and was ready to settle for less, but BJ's intuition was right-on, in tune with my needs as a professional, and now I'm driving a Cadillac!!!!!!!!
Top Reviewed Specialists At This Dealership
Re: Excellent customer service - DrLisa
From the beginning of the deal to the end, my experience was a good one. After spending too much time with shady GMC dealerships, I stumbled upon this one and met Brittany. She was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and made the sale process a breeze. This dealership only fell short with regard to financing after the purchase of my vehicle and weeks later, although I am not at fault. I highly recommend this dealership and using Brittany as your Saleswoman.

Fast and easy - PreownedTruck
After finding a vehicle I wanted on their web page I went down to Auffenburg Chevrolet in Farmington. Mike greeted us in the parking lot and provided us with friendly enthusiastic service. They were willing to deal when we made an offer, and the experience was very satisfactory. We were in our preowned truck and out the door in no time.
Dealer Service dept experience (07/22/17) - SUVTerrain
As I am driving in, the person did not introduce himself, nor give his name during the checkout. His maintenance recommendations puzzled me. - Air Fuel & Intake valve cleaning = $164.95. My SUV mileage is 22605 as of this time. This should have been done before it reached the 20,000 mileage. My veh had a scheduled maintenance before it reaches 20,000 mileage, why was this not flashed on the maintenance reminder list. Is the GMC maintenance website not effective, when there is a maintenance/status reminder? I signed up for this website, why was this missed nor not recommended by the dealer service dept? I would like the dealer supervisor service dept call me and explained why this was not recommended earlier.

Purchasing of my first car! - Paulamae85
I highly recommend Hosick motors if you're going to buy a new or used car. My experience was excellent! I bought my first car there last November and I am still highly satisfied! Bryan went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with my first car that day! I'm forever grateful!!
Bought a new Sierra and met an incredible salesman - Patrick Chassaing
This was the first new vehicle I have purchased in almost 20 years. I found the truck on Laura Buick GMC's website, and called in to set up a test drive. I was referred to Jon Werner. Jon treated me with courtesy at every step of the process of reviewing the truck's features, a test drive, informal tutorials on how to use the trucks many functions, and then through the entire process of coming to terms. Jon then followed up with my concern on whether the truck would fit into the garage at my office by having a dealership courier bring the truck to my office garage (it fit!), and with setting up a date to come in to sign the paperwork and "pick up the pick up!" Everyone at your dealership involved in my purchase was courteous and professional. Thanks for making the process of buying this new truck so easy.
WILL NEVER BUY FROM BOMMARITO AGAIN! - kerrybrown
I’ve bought over 30 cars in the last 15 years and this was by far the WORST experience ever. The entire experience was ruined by the conduct of the finance manager, Greg Beye. He was rude, dishonest and condescending from the beginning. I’ve never been so disrespected by anyone, let alone a business we are spending thousands of dollars with. Greg told us the best rate he could get was 4.04% (72 mo). I have excellent credit so that seemed high. I asked him to check First Community as they had a lower rate. He called back and said that wasn't an option because First Community's rate capped out at a certain dollar amount so in order to get that rate we needed to put $6,000 down. We told him to just keep it as it was since First Community wouldn't do a loan for the amount we were financing. A few days later, I was talking with First Community about us not getting a loan through them. They ran an application and said I would have been approved at 2.5% (66 mo) or 3.24% (78 mo) and there may have been a small amount to put down but it would be very minimal (under $1,000). I had them check to see if Greg had even ran my credit and they said yes. I told them what Greg told me about not getting a loan for over $45,000 and they said they have no idea why he would tell me that because based on the vehicle I was buying that is not true. GREG BEYE TOLD ME THAT SO HE COULD HOLD 1.5 POINTS ON ME! HE LIED TO ME AND SCAMMED ME. A few days later, my wife went to the dealership to drop off the title for one of our trades. We had traded in 2 vehicles on 1 new vehicle. One of the trades was in my company’s name and the other was in my name. The license office told us that the company vehicle should be listed on a separate bill of sale rather than included in the paperwork with our personal vehicle that was traded in. This was discussed with the salesperson and Greg multiple times. I was told the paperwork would be correct. When arriving at Bommarito, my wife told Greg she had the title for the trade in. She had our daughter (age 5) with her. My wife told Greg a bill of sale for the company vehicle was not in our paperwork. It was supposed to list my company as the seller and list the dollar amount that Bommarito purchased the vehicle for. This was only needed for my company's records...to show we sold the vehicle to Bommarito as the state instructed us to do. Greg said he couldn’t help her and she’d have to get that from the used car manager. Rather than my pregnant wife and daughter running around to another building to find the used car manager, she asked Greg if he could call the used car manager to see if he can get it for us. Greg shook his head and laughed at her. He made a phone call and then hung up and said they would not be giving us a bill of sale because the vehicle is listed on the buyer's order. My wife explained that the buyers order doesn't list my company as seller and it doesn't list the amount it was purchased for. Greg was not hearing it and quickly grew angry, raising his voice and arguing with her. Then he snapped "IT IS ON THE FRICKIN’ BUYER'S ORDER!" My wife was shocked at how hostile he suddenly became and was especially upset that he was speaking so inappropriately in front of our daughter. She told him she didn't like him speaking that way in front of our daughter and (still raising his voice) his response was "WHAT? LIKE SHE'S NEVER HEARD THAT WORD BEFORE?!" My wife said no, we don't speak like that in front of our kids. He then said "LET ME SEE THIS TITLE YOU SAY YOU HAVE." At this point my wife was in tears and felt very uncomfortable. She took out the title and tossed it onto Greg's desk. He said "OH, WE ARE THROWING THINGS NOW ARE WE?" He wrote down the dollar amount they gave us for the company vehicle we traded in on the buyers order and threw it at my wife. My wife asked to speak with the GM, but he wasn’t there and hasn’t returned my calls. Greg’s behavior was completely unacceptable. I also feel scammed over the interest rate and that has broken my trust with Bommarito. I’ll NEVER buy from Bommarito again.
SERVICE WORK WAS PERFORMED WITH UTMOST COURTESY - ELMER LAMBERT
MR HORELL WAS EXTREMELY KIND AND HELPFUL WHEN CONTACTED ABOUT MY VEHICHLE AS HE UPDATED MY GPS SYSTEM. HE ALSO SEARCHED FOR INFORMATION THAT WAS NEEDEDD
Horrible Service Department!!!!!!! - williemay
Had to have body work done due to hitting a deer and the work was done great, but then the problems began when i picked it up and my steering wheel was shaking and pulling. I went back and they tried to tell me that the back left tire was locked up and that was the reason why, (they did due a test and it did show it was out of alignment) they also said two items showed up that were wrong under there diagnostic testing but they would need to have further checks on it (they wanted money). I told them that I new i was needing front brakes but my Dealer-Frank Leta Honda said i still had a little time, when i saw the back wheel not moving I called and made an appointment right away to have it looked at. So here I sit at the Honda dealer and the back wheel was not frozen as i was told, further diagnostic testing did not need to be done per the Honda Dealer due to the engine light not coming on and no other indicators on. I did had cracked bushings and they told me the alignment should have NEVER BEEN DONE with that. So my conclusion is that they were trying to sell me something i didn't need and did something that should not have been done. I tried to call and speak to the Service Manager but the male individual transfered me to Paul who is not even in the Service Department. I drive a Honda for a reason and Frank Leta is honest and doesn't try to cheat there customers, I will never recommend ANYONE to use the Service Department at Behlmann's or buy a vehicle. I actually bought a brand new truck from Marquitz and used there service Department and it was nothing like these clowns. Hopefully, they will align my Honda correctly tomorrow and I can be done. I would recommend anyone to go to Frank Leta and purchase there next vehicle.
Conceited and condescending sales manager - Disappointed
Went to dealership on 10 May fully intending to purchase a vehicle. We offered a lower amount expecting a counter offer. It wasn't the difference in price that ended the sale, it was the conceited and condescending response from the sales manager, Dan Sinclair. I don't think he even realized how he came across.
Frustration - 1555dana
This has to be the worst Dealer in the state . Trying to get anything done from a key or key fob to service of your vehicle is a long drawn out process . Full of lies and excuses .. I purchased a used vehicle was unsafe to drive . The tire pressure was so low the vehicle drifted all over the road . The wipers chattered across the windshield... so many mistakes on my paper work .,They want me to have all my service work done there . So frustrated that I am afraid to take my vehicle to them .
I would not recommend this dealership to my worse enemy. ... - parris314
I would not recommend this dealership to my worse enemy. Bob Brockand Jr. is a complete phony and is completely out for himself. I purchased a car from this dealership and brought it back three times for the same problem and they kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with it. Finally of course the warranty ran out and now we are stuck with a car that has a front end problem that will cost us at least 1300.00 dollars to fix. They were rude to me and my husband. Bob Brockland Jr. told my husband that he was " too sensitive and needed to chill out". That he was not going to fix anything and hung up on him, mean while we are still making month payments every month. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not put yourself in the same position. We thought they were good people at first, but CLEARLY it was all show to get us to buy a car.
