My sales lady Hollie was fantastic, and I love her. She explained everything to me and made sure that I understood about the leasing program. She was very kind to my son and me, and she went over all the features that were in my SUV as well. If I need anything she was nothing, but a call away. I honestly have been referring people to come to my lady Hollie if they are an interest of getting a new vehicle. I, thank GOD for letting me meet such a beautiful person.
My finance lady Stacey was just fantastic, and she took the time to see what is the best deal for me. She was so sweet and kind to my son and me just as my sales lady Hollie. She worked her magic and gave me a good deal. I honestly had the best experience with these women.

Wonderful dealing with Gary Heim. Very knowledgable and takes time to explain all features upon arrival and helpful in setting up all choices in menus. I have dealt with Gary in purchasing my last four vehichles. If you have questions he takes time to answer them and follows up later to see if you have additional questions. Great dealing with Gary at Steve Schmitt. I have always been treated fairly in a very professional manner.

I had a good experience however, it took 3 hours just for me to get an oil change which I thought was ridiculous. I was told they were behind for some such reason. Other than my very long wait, I was satisfied that the cost for my oil change was included in my warranty.

I found a new Ford Escape online listed by Holzhauer well below the market rate in my home state. I contacted Derek Eversgerd and he confirmed the price is real (+small doc fee). He wrote up a PO and emailed it to me. I placed a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle and pricing and flew up the next day to complete the purchase. As promised, the price we had agreed upon was honored and the deal was completed in under an hour. I was very hesitant about doing the deal online but Derek and Holzhauer honored their price and it was a smooth process. I would buy from them again.

I recently purchased a 2014 Buick Lacrosse from Dave Sinclair GMC. My sales person Nikki Horr was nice. I was recommended by a friend. When I first came in I made know what I was looking for. They didn’t have the vehicle I wanted so they were going to have it transported from another Dave Sinclair dealership. I was told to come back at 3pm. The vehicle didn’t arrive until 7pm. When I did get there I told Nikki I wanted my car paid off. I owed $1855. Then I spoke with another manager Mead Hanna. He wasn’t a help at all. I informed him what I owed. They stated they gave me $2000 for my car. Yet in the end I had to go and payoff the remaining balance. They didn’t come through. The finance manager Mike Welch made false statements. I asked for an extended warranty up to a 100K miles they didn't come through. My warranty ends at 75K. I told them my budget, they didn't come through. My wife was attempting to get a hold of me. The sales rep Nikki Horr knew this and didn't bother to tell me she called until after the sale was done. As she walked me out she tells me that my wife called. I informed Nikki Horr that my wife had come up, she looked shocked. I had to pay an additional $65.17 to pay off my car. I made all my request know and they didn't come through, I was upset. I was also told by the finance manager that since my wife and I both purchased vehicles from (2) Dave Sinclair locations there was a discount, which was a lie. After speaking with Daniel Jr. at the GMC store he informed me that they gave me $1800 for my payoff. I was told I got the best deal for the vehicle I purchased. Daniel Sinclair he continued to tell me that I got a great deal. So to make things right, because Dave Sinclair motto is “if it’s not right, we’ll make it right for free”. Well Daniel Sinclair told me that he would give me (2) complimentary oil changes and $100 for the miscommunication that was told, which was a lie. I went up to the dealership to get my paperwork and I was told that I was only getting $100. My wife purchased a vehicle from Dave Sinclair Ford and got an AMAZING DEAL!!!!!! Everything she asked for they met!!!! Finance manager Mike was GREAT!!!!! Jon Werner the sale rep was GREAT!!!!!!! My wife got her car paid off in full. Needless to say the men and women at the Dave Sinclair Ford know how to take care of a customer. In conclusion the communication plus false statements that Daniel Sinclair and his staff makes has left a very terrible experience for me. My recommendation to anyone who does decide to purchase a vehicle from Dave Sinclair GMC. Take your own financing or go to another Dave Sinclair dealership have that vehicle transported.

He went out of his way to accommodate my self and my family with his honesty, professionalism, and concern for our wishes to find what we were looking for. The O. C. Joseph dealer ship found great financing for us and did all the paperwork. Over all our experience was top notch. We could not have asked for anything more. I recentley bought a car here and after I purchased the car I had to replace both keys and get 4 new tires! I had to pay over 600.00 and that was before I made the first payment of the car. I also had short in my turn signal and had to pay 85.00 just for them to tell me they could not find the issue. They had my car 6 hours and all they could tell me was that all my tires were cupped and they couldn't find the short. Then had to come back the next day and it took them 2 hours to put 4 tires on! My mother has had problems with them also with her engine troubles and they couldn't find an issue with it, but the day after next that she got it back it locked up. They can never find the issue that you are talking about and just tell you to drive it back to them if it happens again. They do not call you back when you ask for them to with information, it is just a terrible business. I will never buy from Auffenberg again.

I would not recommend this dealership to my worse enemy. Bob Brockand Jr. is a complete phony and is completely out for himself. I purchased a car from this dealership and brought it back three times for the same problem and they kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with it. Finally of course the warranty ran out and now we are stuck with a car that has a front end problem that will cost us at least 1300.00 dollars to fix. They were rude to me and my husband. Bob Brockland Jr. told my husband that he was " too sensitive and needed to chill out". That he was not going to fix anything and hung up on him, mean while we are still making month payments every month. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not put yourself in the same position. We thought they were good people at first, but CLEARLY it was all show to get us to buy a car.
