My parents have purchased cars from Auffenberg Chevrolet before, and when I needed a new car, we contacted Mike Bryant. My mother knew Mike from previous purchases and raved about him, so I decided to go ahead and use him as my dealer. I couldn't have made a better decision. I needed a car asap, and he told us about a car that had just come onto the lot and wasn't even listed yet, a 2011 Sonic Chevrolet. Mike helped me with everything, from finding the car for me (he did this over the phone!), to setting up my Bluetooth in the car, and even removing the university parking pass from old car. The service was excellent. However, it was AFTER the sale that this company impressed me the most. A week after I purchased the car, I had traveled out of state to my university and needed to buy a new university parking pass, but I didn't have the bill of sale to prove that I had a new/different car. This company faxed my bill of sale to the university's parking division within less than ten minutes. Often, once people have your money, then you no longer get any service. However, even after the sale, Auffenberg Chevrolet continued to assist me. I will not go anywhere else to buy a car.

Buying long distance may not be for everyone, but it sure worked for me! I flew from Florida to St Louis, MO and drove 1,050 miles back with my new Denali Ultimate having saved THOUSANDS compared to anything I could have purchased locally. From the very knowledgeable courtesy van driver (Phil) who picked me up at the airport, to my salesman (Justin) who coordinated all the details - everything went smoother than expected. Horrible Service Department!!!!!!! - williemay
Had to have body work done due to hitting a deer and the work was done great, but then the problems began when i picked it up and my steering wheel was shaking and pulling. I went back and they tried to tell me that the back left tire was locked up and that was the reason why, (they did due a test and it did show it was out of alignment) they also said two items showed up that were wrong under there diagnostic testing but they would need to have further checks on it (they wanted money). I told them that I new i was needing front brakes but my Dealer-Frank Leta Honda said i still had a little time, when i saw the back wheel not moving I called and made an appointment right away to have it looked at. So here I sit at the Honda dealer and the back wheel was not frozen as i was told, further diagnostic testing did not need to be done per the Honda Dealer due to the engine light not coming on and no other indicators on. I did had cracked bushings and they told me the alignment should have NEVER BEEN DONE with that. So my conclusion is that they were trying to sell me something i didn't need and did something that should not have been done. I tried to call and speak to the Service Manager but the male individual transfered me to Paul who is not even in the Service Department. I drive a Honda for a reason and Frank Leta is honest and doesn't try to cheat there customers, I will never recommend ANYONE to use the Service Department at Behlmann's or buy a vehicle. I actually bought a brand new truck from Marquitz and used there service Department and it was nothing like these clowns. Hopefully, they will align my Honda correctly tomorrow and I can be done. I would recommend anyone to go to Frank Leta and purchase there next vehicle.
Conceited and condescending sales manager - Disappointed
Went to dealership on 10 May fully intending to purchase a vehicle. We offered a lower amount expecting a counter offer. It wasn't the difference in price that ended the sale, it was the conceited and condescending response from the sales manager, Dan Sinclair. I don't think he even realized how he came across.

I would not recommend this dealership to my worse enemy. Bob Brockand Jr. is a complete phony and is completely out for himself. I purchased a car from this dealership and brought it back three times for the same problem and they kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with it. Finally of course the warranty ran out and now we are stuck with a car that has a front end problem that will cost us at least 1300.00 dollars to fix. They were rude to me and my husband. Bob Brockland Jr. told my husband that he was " too sensitive and needed to chill out". That he was not going to fix anything and hung up on him, mean while we are still making month payments every month. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not put yourself in the same position. We thought they were good people at first, but CLEARLY it was all show to get us to buy a car.
