Class Act!! - 85FXST
Yesterday I headed up to St. Louis from Columbia to take a look at a used Grand Cherokee. I called on my way to make sure the vehicle was still in stock and Steve Zitko quickly assured me it was, and let me know that he'd have it up on the front row upon my arrival. Sure enough, as I pulled in there was the Jeep right up front and easy to spot. Steve quickly introduced himself, got me the keys and a license plate and suggested I take it for a drive while they looked over my trade in. When I arrived back at the dealership Steve asked how it went, and if I was interested in making a deal. After talking it over a little we quickly came to a fair deal without all of the back and forth and long waiting for a response to my offer. This seriously was the EASIEST negotiation on a car that I have ever had, and being a car guy I've bought and purchased easily 20 cars. Once we came to terms the completion of the deal hardly took any time at all. I drove out of the place with a huge smile feeling relaxed and excited about my purchase. Steve was particularly engaging, listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and is a truly genuine individual. Additionally, the other staff I encountered while perusing the dealership were all friendly and accommodating as well. Again, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had and there is no doubt that when it comes time to purchase again it's Mungenast that I will be visiting.
Routine service - MRX350
Brought our 2015 RX 350 in for routine maintenance, Joe Edwards, service rep, met me in the waiting area with all paperwork ready to go. Told me a time of 1 to 1-1/2 ours. About 1/2 hour later returned with news of a problem found. He fully explained the problem, told what it would take to fix it and how long it would take. He then arranged for a loaner and was on my way.
Joe was professional but also very personable. When work took longer than expected he called to let me know.

When I picked I returned my car Fred greeted me. He got me settled and offered to get me coffee or something else to drink. What a nice gesture. Super customer service.
