Great experience. Jake is awesome. - Mattotoole2
We went in there and were fortunate enough to have Jake Naughton help us with our vehicle. He was straight forward and genuinely wanted to help put my family in a vehicle that would be good for us. The process was smooth and he made sure that we were updated on everything at every point. Very thorough and a great guy. Eric in the finance department was awesome too. He did everything in his power to get us where are payments needed to be and actually got them lower than expected. We'll be back. Thanks!
Very satisfied - burns1969
They put me in the vehicle of my choice not one they chose for me this was a experience I wasn't used to but a very satisfying one.
Sparks Motors was the real deal for me! - E-Lady
I was nervous about getting the best deal on a used car. I went to almost all the local dealers and then I finally tried Sparks. They really do "blow you away" with a good deal, No hassles. Real honest owner there. I was treated with respect and got the car loan with a great rate that I needed. Fast and easy experience!!

Ask for Robert Lee JR. - Ljenks89
The car I got is really nice, but I really think having Robert help us find something made it such a great experience. He never made us feel rushed and was very professional and friendly! Nothing like those other dealerships...I'd go back...I can't say much more about the car I got since I've only had it two days...but really the fact that Robert was so helpful would make me come back for my next car.
Thank you for staying late to help us Robert Lee JR.!
Love The Team - ToofDoc

Great dealership to purchase a car! - Happyfamily04
We were a little hesitant looking for a car at a small dealership instead of a big brand name dealer but we are so happy we stopped by. Unlike big dealerships, you are treated with respect from beginning to end. They had newer cars with low miles and clean carfax reports! Joshua was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and took time to answer all our questions. We had a great experience buying a car from them!
Disappointed - H2 Hummer Owner
Im not here to bash/trash the place. I am just disappointed I was not disclosed of problems with my vehicle (H2 Hummer) I purchased. They were very helpful on trading in my car (in which I seriously got hosed) but I was OK with because it didn't fit my needs anymore. I was very understanding with the hours I spent waiting for my vehicle to be returned from a father in law of the owner. This was a two day process. Then waited an additional 2 1/2 hours for inspection. I tried the ac/heat...it seemed to work but it was unseasonablity warm so it was hard to determine. I was told both work and no issues with the vehicle. About 10 miles down the road I had a "service message pop up", its a used vehicle so I can understand that but was a bit disappointed I was not informed of it. The history on the message shows it has been alarming for some time, just has been reset (cleared). Then a week later, cold front moved in...I turn on the heat. I get 68 degree air blown on me and the defrost vent. No heat. I tried contacting Image Auto more than three times and sent an email. No response. I wasnt going to "complain" I just wanted customer courtesy.."Did you know about this?" Am I not doing something right to get heat? Why would you sell me something and not disclose to me. Its going to take over two weeks to repair this and approx $2000. I am pretty sure they were aware of that and why I was not disclosed to me, I now have to travel with my kids with no heat...extremely dangerous on cool mornings when windows fog up. I was a good, honest, sincere customer and feel like I was crapped on. That's why I dubbed my review disappointed because things were very good till I assumed ownership.
Great experience - nermina moalla
We are very pleased with our experience in purchasing 2015 Volkswagen Jetta. There was a minor scratch, but they took care of it and fixed it. I will definitely come back and i will certainly recommend my friends to this place.
There's no such thing as an honest car dealer! - rnh1987
I will start off by saying I am very disappointed in this business. My fiancée went into Hubler looking for a nice dependable Mustang that he could not only drive daily but also take to car shows with me and our 3 year old. He explained to the salesman that we had purchased a vehicle from another used car lot a few months prior and had been completely mislead. Though the salesman seemed sympathetic it seems we may have been deceived again. The first red flag should have been while signing the papers for his new car the mechanic came and informed him that he had to take the car to the shop and replace the brakes. At this point he had already test drove the car, the car ran fine and braked fine. He didn't think anything of them replacing the brakes. He figured he could trust them. The vehicle ran great for the first 3 days then the check engine light comes on. He took it and had the codes run. It comes back with several problems. So obviously the codes had been cleared on the vehicle so they could get someone to buy the car. So far in the 2 weeks that we've owned the vehicle we've put close to $2000 into it and will have to put even more in within the next week as he has to go get the car tuned (again). It seems someone removed the tuner from the vehicle. Shady. We will never do business with Hubler again, in fact I doubt we will ever buy from another used car lot. This has completely ruined my faith in ever finding an honest car salesman.
I don't remember the name of the salesman off the top of my head so I will use the owner's name.
Treated right - Wayner
Want to thank Doug & Ken for their time. The HHR runs great, everything works good, and getting @ 31 MPG.
Was a good experience.
Buyer beware. - Jonathan P Ruzicka
He has sold me an engine that doesn't work and would not honor it. he does not care about anybody but making a dollar is what he wants. I've talk to other customers who have read my reviews on his Facebook page and the same thing happened to them do not buy from this guy any good review is from someone he knows already. grow auto is a scam. And it's a crappy name too.
Nice experience - Nice ride
After a long search for a vehicle Auffenburg had the car I wanted at the right price. The salesman Kenny Chambers was very helpful in getting me in this car. When I start look for another purchase this will be one of the places I look.
Very pleasant car purchasing experience - Kerry
Getting direct flights to Nashville from Phoenix was very limited so I only had approximately 2 hours from arrival at airport to departure. Upon arrival at Gateway showroom about 30 minutes from Nashville Airport, I was promptly met by Bob Pierce the salesman. Knowiing my limited time, Bob quickly took me to the car and gave me a very thorough overview of the car including a ride along with him on short test ride. He assisted me in finding an inspector and shipping company. After only about one hour at dealership, I was able to consummate purchase of car and leave for the airport. Bob subsequently assisted in getting car picked up by car carrier.
Overall I was very pleased with a long distance transaction that was very professionally conducted at all levels. I would highly commend Gateway based on this experience.
Disgusting attempt to contact car salesman - disgusted
When you call to buy a car from a salesman and friend (that you have bought cars from for 30 years) and ask for him the receptionist wants to know what you want????????????? WELL LETS SEE YOU SELL CARS MAYBE ITS ANOTHER NEW CAR???? I am buying a new Nissan but probably NOT from Auffenburg!
"another great car" - mikebillchris
i have to compliment this dealership for guiding me in the right direction with the purchase of my 2006 mercedes c 280 4matic. The staff let me walk the lot and find the couple of cars that interested me. then answered my questions honestly and professional. They then walked me to their section that had many mercedes and bmw's. What a selection! The next thing you know i'm driving home in my first mercedes benz. I highly recommend anyone looking for a quality used car to give imports ltd. a chance.
Bad vehicle, hard time getting ahold of someone, couldn't fi - EKP2004
If I could give them a zero, I would. We bought a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan from them on October 1st. They were nice enough to let us give them $700 of our $2,000 the day we got it and then the other $1,300 of it 3 weeks later. However, on our way home with the new van, I realized that the van had extreme difficulties making it up hills. Then, on October 2nd (yes, the very next day) the van had problems starting. It would try to start but not start. After a few times trying, the van finally started. We called our salesmen to find out how we could get those things fixed. After almost a week of being promised a return phone call we FINALLY got through and took the van back to be looked at on October 11th. We got our van back on October 27th or 28th and when their mechanic went to start it for us and it did the exact same thing it was doing before we took it to them. They told us to go ahead and take it home and see how it acted. Well, from repeatedly having to try to start it, the battery died. My 3 boys missed trick or treating because the van wouldn't start. We attempted numerous times to call with no return calls. We then called the finance company to file a complaint since the van was still not fixed. We told them we didn't want it. It was having too many issues, they weren't being fixed, and the van was too expensive to be having all these problems. The next day they came out and replaced my battery and tried to dismiss the issues with acceleration with it being a van and the size of motor. The starting issue was still not fixed and was taking more than 5 minutes to get started. We refused to pay the remaining $1300 until the van was fixed and we had a title (after more than 45 days we still did not have a title). The last straw was when I went out to start the van, after 6 minutes of trying to start it, it started, and instantly smelled very strongly of burning wires. When we opened the hood there was smoke coming from under the hood. I was very upset about how we were being strung along and the lack of a safe, reliable vehicle so I called and yelled at a lady there. It was very immature of me and I now regret it and did write her an apology note. Since we still were not having luck with getting the van fixed we called and filed another complaint with the finance company and again told them we didn't want this vehicle, it had too many problems. Finally, on November 21st we got a call from the Blackwell office stating they were going to buy our van back. It was a huge relief that I didn't have to worry about paying for a van that was going to cost a fortune to fix. We already put some of our money into it trying to figure out what was wrong with it. We just found out today that they will not give us our $700 back because it has been longer than 45 days since we purchased the vehicle. With as many problems as we had with the vehicle and with them as far as calling back or just keeping us updated I feel this is ridiculous. I guess I should just be happy we didn't give them the other $1300. There were a few other problems that I think are pretty bad as well but this was the biggest problem we had. I will never recommend Blackwell and will readily tell them of all the problems they gave us. $700 is nothing to a dealership but is a big deal to people with 4 kids who work their butts off for what they have. Now we have to save another $700 to have our $2000 down payment for a vehicle at a different dealership.
not very satisfied - Caitlyn1234
We bought a vehicle from them not even a year ago and have had so many problems with the vehicle. It's very sad we paid so much for this vehicle to just put more money into it. Also paid a lot of money for the warrenty and we pretty much wasted our money due to the warrenty not covering what it said they would cover! Very disappointed with this dealership
St. Peter's Auto Group O'fallon Mo - ScubaSteve123
Overall good experience. I Had a few issues on a trade-in but the general manager Matt was really helpful and correcting all these issues. Just waiting on a check from the dealer Matt said would be brought to me tomorrow. They corrected and helped with everything said they were going to. Matt had one of the team bring me my title so I could get the vehicle registered and all is good!
Excellent Group of Guys - DevSmith86
These guys are great at what they do. My credit situation isn't the best and they still got me in a car that I wanted with low miles and low payment. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!
PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!!! - b1824
BUYER BEWARE!!!! This dealership sold me a vehicle with 29, 200 miles that failed after less than two weeks of operation. The sales person (Christy) was great, however, my experience with her employer was less than desirable. I am fresh out of a bankruptcy and could not afford the cost of an extended warranty and felt the car would be reliable for a reasonable amount of time prior to needing any moderate to major repair. The car was a 2006 Mustang GT that had aftermarket performance parts installed. One of these components was the throttle body (brand new) and unbeknownst to me, it needed to be professionally "tuned" in order to function correctly. After a bout a week or longer I did some city/stop and go driving and the car died on me several times almost getting me hit at a red light. I had a diagnostic performed and was told there was an issue with the throttle body assembly. I immediately submitted this information to the dealer and they informed me that the car had been sitting a while and the throttle body just probably needed to be cleaned and serviced and that my in house warranty only covers "internally lubricated parts." After several minutes of back and forth, the sales manager Joe agreed to have the throttle body cleaned and told me he felt this would resolve my issue. I dropped my car off as planned and upon checking on the status, I was then told by the office manager that nothing was wrong with the throttle body and that since it was a performance part it will need to be tuned to operate correctly with the vehicle. Several calls later, I found out this was in fact the issue and that professional tuning can run $110-150 dollars an hour and can take up to 4 hours. The manager didn't even have enough decency to come out and speak to me when I picked up my car, as he sent one of the porters out with my keys. None of the performance modifications were made by myself and existed on the vehicle prior to me purchasing. I feel as if the dealer should stand behind their cars and any "tuning" that needed to be done as a result of their advertised "extras" should have been done prior to selling the vehicle. In addition, the staff ,aside from my sales person, was very nonchalant, unfriendly and lackadaisical to say the least. I can admit that I did decline their extended warranty however; I highly doubt it would have covered aftermarket parts placed on the car by the previous owner. At any rate, they basically turned their back on me and told me it was my problem. I am a well informed consumer and fully understand the ramifications of not getting additional coverage's however; I do not feel its reasonable for a vehicle to fail or need several hundred dollars worth of professional work done less than two weeks after buying the vehicle. I have purchased over 16 cars in my life time, and I have never had to make any repairs on any car purchased after less than two weeks of use. I had hoped their reputation, rapports, and relationships meant more to them, but at this point I have no choice but to share my experience. The car looks great, head turning show room floor muscle car...that can only be ran on the highway after two weeks of use. If you visit the BBB's website, you will also see other reviews similar to mine regarding this dealership. I have also searched other websites and found reviews eerily similar to my own story. People purchase a car, then shortly after they have issues and the dealership refuses to stand behind their product/vehicle. To add insult to injury, they keep reiterating that I declined an extended warranty; however they never address the fact that an extended warranty probably doesn't cover AFTERMARKET AND PERFORMANCE PARTS INSTALLED BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER. In all fairness, they sold me a very nice car and I will not claim that it is a lemon, however; they did sell me a car that proved not to be reliable only after less than two weeks of use. Buying from this dealership will be a crap shoot in my opinion. They have really nice cars, but do not expect them to stand behind them. As a last ditch effort, they also keep reminding me that I put close to 900 miles on the car which has absolutely nothing to do with the matter. It is a car, I have a life, yes its been driven...all xxxxx to avoid accountability in my opinion. I will dedicate a portion of my life to sharing my experience I had with this company. Thank you for reading my review!
Courteous Professional Service - Farmguy

Don't go here for anything!!! - Volkswagen
Run as fast as you can in another direction! The owner Dan is shady and a liar. I bought a vehicle on October 5th and before giving him any money he wrote up a contract which we both signed listing what needed to be fixed first (check engine light, seats, top etc.) I stated I really wasn't sure about purchasing the vehicle because I wanted a black one he said he would paint it for $500. Dan kept telling me the car was already fixed on most of the issues throughout the next few weeks and kept playing games not giving me the car. He had me with tons of gas driving to his shop saying that he's going to give me the car then suddenly it wasn't there or a secretary took the keys or he was going to drop it off to me yet I had no answer. I finally spoke with one of his mechanics at his shop and he told me the vehicle had never been worked on and have been sitting there the entire time and Dan actually dropped off the keys when he told me the secretary had took them. After I found out he had been lying to me and it was already almost November I contacted my lawyer to create a new contact with one final attempt before taking him to court. He agreed to the terms of the new contract which was mostly just reinstating everything on the previous contract as well as new terms where he must communicate and be truthful and I must know where the car is and when it is being worked on and it must be done by a specific date. Of course it's later in November Dan brings me the car and work is still not completed. On top of that an additional piece of the car has been broken off and he pretended he didn't know what happened. I ended up with proof from Bommarito that he had broke the part off himself and requested for a quote over a week before he ever brought it to me. While waiting to take him to court I have had to pay hundreds of dollars out-of-pocket just to make the vehicle drivable. I am not the only person that he has done this to their tons of reviews about this place all over the Internet with similar experiences. Please do your research before getting near this place, just don't do it. The guy tries to lie has a way out of everything if you have already purchased a vehicle from here or have to deal with him for any reason make sure to record all conversations.
scam artist - JKey2015
1.0 star rating
I wish I could give these scammers zero stars. Do your research from buying this company. My boyfriend went to buy a car today in hopes of trading in the car he bought from Lane 1 2 years ago and found out that the car was worth nothing because it had structural damage and this was NEVER disclosed to us when we bought the car. Always ask for a car fax and never buy from this company full of scam artists! I just read other reviews and this has happened to more than just us. It's how they do business. These guys are not to be trusted.
Dissatisfied and Disappointed - toni
I would not recommend this dealership. The saleman are very nice and go above and beyond to sell you their cars. I havent had my vehicle six months and already had to replace a battery, a set of front struts, front ball joints and no telling what will be next. They do not stand by the quality of their vehicles. They gave me a lemon.
Crooks - Maroboy93
Kevin is a car salesman at Zarvos Motors, He is very friendly until he put you in a car to get you off the lot, then he turns into a whole different person, who does shady paperwork with the first financial federal credit union, don't ever buy a car from here, they sale cars that wont pass inspection, only safety but no emissions, they put slick 50 in a car they sold me that would not hold oil, it ran hot because it had no antifreeze they lied like they flushed that and didn't, and also was misfiring, with bad catalytic converters and 02 sensors, it barely made it back to the car lot and they told me I'm stuck with the car, never signed a title and I never gave him the down payment, don't go to Zarvos Motors or they affiliates, image auto sales, complete crooks, stay clear of these people.
