Grow Automotive was white glove from start to finish. I'm from out of state and contacted Jack to discuss the vehicle by email and phone. Jack and Chris were responsive to my questions and gave me all the assurances I needed to buy the vehicle sight unseen. Flying into St. Louis, Jack picked me up and drove me the dealership. My car was waiting, detailed, gassed up and ready to go. After a quick test drive I hit the road. 850 miles later I arrived home with zero issues. There is no doubt in my mind that Grow Automotive is a step above the rest of the car dealership pack. They are a professional company who obviously take a lot of pride in what they do.

I will start off by saying I am very disappointed in this business. My fiancée went into Hubler looking for a nice dependable Mustang that he could not only drive daily but also take to car shows with me and our 3 year old. He explained to the salesman that we had purchased a vehicle from another used car lot a few months prior and had been completely mislead. Though the salesman seemed sympathetic it seems we may have been deceived again. The first red flag should have been while signing the papers for his new car the mechanic came and informed him that he had to take the car to the shop and replace the brakes. At this point he had already test drove the car, the car ran fine and braked fine. He didn't think anything of them replacing the brakes. He figured he could trust them. The vehicle ran great for the first 3 days then the check engine light comes on. He took it and had the codes run. It comes back with several problems. So obviously the codes had been cleared on the vehicle so they could get someone to buy the car. So far in the 2 weeks that we've owned the vehicle we've put close to $2000 into it and will have to put even more in within the next week as he has to go get the car tuned (again). It seems someone removed the tuner from the vehicle. Shady. We will never do business with Hubler again, in fact I doubt we will ever buy from another used car lot. This has completely ruined my faith in ever finding an honest car salesman.

The email I sent to Mazda about Auffenberg
I wanted to convey my very negative experience with purchasing and returning a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Mazda CX-5 at Auffenberg in O'Fallon, Il. My wife and I purchased the vehicle yesterday, and we loved the vehicle. However, we got in it last night and, it didn't start. We figured it out that one of the key fobs was bad. Then, this morning I started the vehicle and the heat didn't work at all during the 45 minute drive. During this same time, the check engine light came on and the tpms light came on. I took the vehicle back to the dealer after work, and they showed the paperwork detailing inspection. I will say they did offer to fix everything. However, I don't have the time to keep dealing with it. Furthermore, and I told them when I took the vehicle back that I question the competency of their service department. In a 152 point inspection, these failures should have been caught and addressed. They charged me $447 to take the vehicle back, which I thought was ridiculous considering it was defective and not properly inspected. I spoke to the GM and he told me to pick something else or pay it and leave. I am a prison guard. So, it's not exactly easy for me to find time to car shop. I did extensive research to find this CX-5, and I am not about to pick something on a whim from a lot that is already suspect. However, I paid it because the main reason I bought the vehicle was the Mazda verified inspection, which to me seems like was shoddy at best, and i dont trust anything on their lot at this point. I write all of this to say, I love mazdas. My first two cars were mazdas, and I always had confidence in the Mazda name until today. I hope Mazda understands what their name brand means to some of us loyal to the brand, and how wreckless these dealers are putting Mazda's name on the inspection.

I have no axe to grin. These are the facts. I have been to this lot exactly twice a year and a half apart. First time the sales person was rude to myself and my father. Second time I reluctantly went back because of a Craigslist ad for a car on their lot. The car was totally misrepresented. Total waste of time. Avoid these guys like a plauge. I have owned many cars over the past 30 years. This is the single worst car lot I have ever visited. They are rude and they out right lie and misrepresent their vehicles to get you to the lot. Avoid.
2013 Lexus - cpiman
I recently bought a 2013 Lexus IS 250C as a surprise for my wife's birthday and in addition to getting a fair price, the salesman Sean Martin went out and bought a large bow to put on the roof. The car was missing one of the key fobs and they bought a new one and then arranged to have it programmed at my Lexus dealer as part of the deal. The people at GMT lived up to all of their commitments.
I took the car to a local Lexus dealer day after I bought it and they thoroughly inspected it and did the necessary maintenance to get it completely current, which was a minimal cost. I was told the car is in perfect shape and I am confident that we will enjoy this vehicle for years to come. Thanks GMT.

I want to give Quinton a great recommendation. When I considered buying a vehicle he was there, even when I wanted to bring my husband and some other important people. He always had a great additude which a sales rep should have. I would highly recommend him to anyone! The only reason why I rated a 4/5 stars is because I was open with my situation why I needed a car and it took at least half an hour before I could even test drive a vehicle. I know it wasn't entirely his fault that's why I would still recommend him!
