Reza provided customer service above and beyond what I could expect. He ensured I understood the repairs that was recommended providing information in detail at a level I could understand. I took note that he was diligent in the small things like confirming whether or not the repair was under warranty and patiently working with me to decide what service I could afford. Finally, he kept me informed about my repairs. He was very patient in working with me which I greatly appreciated. I walked away very pleased with the service provided by Reza.

I had the service appointment for my Lexus ES 350.
I had mistakenly taken the Appointment with Des cars nearby. Even though My appointment was with Des Cars Mr. Radfar was gracious and kind enough to take my car in for service.
Mr . C.J. Radfar was extremely helpful and polite during the process of registration for service. I found him to be well organized and efficient.
The Waiting area of your organization is very neat, and comfortable. The facilities provide are excellent specifically the Internet . Refreshment was excellent specifically fruits , and soft beverages.
Only after a short waiting, Mr Radfar informed me that the 50K service was completed. Mr. Radfar very efficiently finished the formalities and I was able to leave after taking my car.

I had an excellent experience here. When I first wrote for information on the Internet, a newer employee was not quite sure they could meet what I needed. However, Josh Watts, the Internet Sales manager immediately called for more information, found out exactly what I needed and was able to help. Extremely friendly, very flexible and detail-oriented. Josh does a great job of making sure that you get to someone who can help you quickly. I can also tell he is a very good manager and coaches his staff.
In the store, I worked with Chance Ates, who was fantastic. He is the opposite of the stereotype of sales. He is thoughtful, patient, always present and knowledgable but not at all pushy or aggressive. That is exactly why he earns your trust quickly. He has time for you and let's you take the time you need to learn the car.
I had done plenty of research, but Chance knew all kinds of little details that you don't find in the online reviews of the cars. Frankly, other sales staff at other dealerships sit in the car and don't say much. Chance knew more than I imagined about how these complex driving machines work.
I was very impressed by how well management works with the junior staff, the handoff from the Internet department to the sales team and the patient, friendly service. It's a well-oiled machine here. You will be treated well, and they will be very competitive with any other dealer in the area to earn your business.
Based on this experience, I have my Lexus dealer in the area for a long time to come!
Unethical practices - Blackandtangen
I give this place 1 star because the sales man Neville was nice. Their finance person quoted me an inflated apr with good credit and I was already approved for the 1.9 apr at a Toyota, half less apr at credit union and another Lexus dealership. I'm a woman and they proved the stereotype of car dealerships unethical practice on women true. I politelt left. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
