We stopped by one evening to test drive a car we saw online. That is where we began the process and then Martin and Justin worked with us to fully understand how we use our cars, what is important to us, and our goals and budget. They helped us understand how different vehicles may meet our needs and desires and encouraged us to test drive a few to get a real feel for each one. When we found the right one they worked with us to ensure it 'fit perfectly'. Thanks to the whole Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown team for making this a very positive experience!

I've been searching for the perfect car for my daughter for the past two months. I stopped by Mercedes-Benz Of Fredericksburg late on a Wed night, and I was fortunate to meet their Sales Consultant, Marcus Martin. I explained my buying considerations and Marcus showed me the GLA250, which I loved for it's styling, interior comfort and technology, safety features, and performance. Specifically, I loved the sporty styling, fuel economy of 35 MPG Highway, backup camera with wide angle view, navigation system and control feature, and responsiveness of the 4cyl engine. Marcus not only helped me find the perfect car, but he helped me save almost $10K by showing me an immaculate 2016 GLA250 certified pre-owned with just 4400 miles. Without this savings, it would have been more difficult to purchase a Mercedes for my daughter. I credit Marcus with finding me the right car and the right deal, with no haggling, after less than 20 minutes on the lot. When it came time to complete the paperwork and financing, Marcus and Dave Bowers (Finance Manager), were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining the process and quickly moving us to completion. There was no pressure to purchase services I didn't want, but all add-on options were carefully explained. Dave was even able to help me save some additional money by shopping for a low finance APR which was .75% below my best rate from my bank. My experience at Mercedes-Benz Of Fredericksburg was exceptional, and I owe my positive response to the great product and the outstanding service provided by my Sales Consultant, Marcus Martin. I definitely recommend you visit this dealership and ask for Marcus. He'll do his best to support your goals.

I’ve lived in 3 different states and dealing with different luxury cars and their dealerships (Lexus, BMW and Mercedes). I got my first Mercedes from EuroMotorcars Bethesda (EMB) over a decade ago and the majority of my C320 maintenance/repair is done by EMB. WHY the majority of the time? Because every time I took it to the one close to my place in NoVA, they did not fix the problem, so why bother. I only use the VA dealer for oil change. EMB has experience technicians who’ve been with the company for over 20 years. That’s impressive in itself.
As a token of my appreciation for their excellent service dept, I’ve decided to go back to EMB and buy a new Mercedes from them again. And WOW… I thought my first buying experience was a good but this one was over the top!!. I brought my better half with me and he was even more impressed by the whole deal. So, meet the person who made the difference, ERIC SCOTT. He quickly made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, informative, presented us with different options and at times he opened our eyes to other things that we hadn’t thought about. I never had any sales consultant who answered my text question on his off hours before. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a particular deal. Getting the car (which had to be built) was a smooth process. When I had to pick it up, he even made an arrangement for a tutorial session for me. Seriously, the whole car buying experience was so AMAZING--painless and stress free!! So if you want to buy a Mercedes, go to Euromotorcar Bethesda (even if you live in NoVA) and get Eric. It’s worth it to drive there and you won’t be disappointed!!

Outstanding Service at Euro Mercedes Benz! - W25rat
My husband and I visited Euro Mercedes Benz in Germantown, Maryland during the holiday season in 2016. Mr. Wali our salesman showed us a few Mercedes and one grabbed our attention. Next, he retrieved our information it was processed and within no time we left with our 2017 Mercedes. Finally, the General Manager came with warm hugs and caring kind congratulations to us making us feel like family.

“Customer service is a dying art”, not in Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner. I am grateful for such an amazing team of professionals for making it happen for me. From my initial chat on their website with Thomas, who assisted me with general questions, also confirmed someone was expecting me upon receiving my appointment request.
My initial appointment started with Hammad Hanif, sales associate in new cars department, he understood exactly what I wanted, also took his time making sure my overall process until the end was pleasant. Hammad, has a patience of a saint, answered all my questions, taught me more about the car I wanted and eventually bought. He passed on all my requests to other branches, who then were efficient to follow up and making every interaction worth it. Hats off to Kosta Sarakinis, the sales manager, he made the second half of my purchase process easy and pleasant. He was polite and easy to talk to , genuinely willing to help. Also would like to thank the finance manager Justin Hudson, he was kind, efficient, and professional. Lastly, special thanks to Haidi for putting the cherry on top of my great experience on the last day. Every stuff member was kind and ready to assist. I commend Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner on their employees.

Went in for tires and the tires came out worse then when it went it.
