Great experience - Happy customer
From start to finish I was treated fairly and honestly. Zero pressure from my salesman Dalton or Dave my finance manager. Price was more than fair and the car was exactly as described. I would recommend this dealership, and especially Dalton to anyone.
Best Service Ever - Woodrow
I made an appointment with Dawn Swanson to bring my Mercedes Sprinter 2500 in for a driveability issue. When I arrived ( which was late, because my Verizon GPS had taken me approx. 13 minutes in the wrong direction ), I was written up and my Van was taken in immediately. The technician verified my issue, replaced the part needed and then test drove my vehicle to confirm the repair. Never in my life have I been treated with such respect and consideration as I was treated by Dawn, Jorge, Alvaro and Tyler. I feel that Mercedes Corporation should ask EuroMotorcars Sprinter in Rockville, MD to train the other Mercedes Service Centers on how to operate a Service and Parts Department. I purposely drove several hours out of my way to come to Euromotorcars Sprinter Service Center because they were reccommended very highly by another customer of theirs. This is the 4th Mercedes Sprinter that I've owned. I now will drive further from where I live to PURCHACE my next Sprinter and I will only bring my Sprinter to Euromotorcars of Rockville, MD to have serviced. I had only purchaced my Sprinter from anther Dealership because it was hours closer to my home.

I can't say enough about Ashlee as my sales contact. She was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative xxxxx. Just great, accomodating service. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Ashlee went above and beyond with explaining the technicalities of my car. Her service was AMAZING! Looking forward to coming back and seeing her in the future!!

The dealership is in the perfect spot for many residents in the northern Montgomery county or southern Frederick areas. The area is not so busy and easily accessible from I270. Their sales people are nice and attentive to my needs especially Willys, the sales person I dealt with. He is very helpful. Only reason I did not give a 5-star is due to the limited choices on the model I was looking for.

Worst Treatment to Potential Customers Ever - Eddiemx
This month I was in the market for buying a new car and was evaluating all options out there. I am not a car expert but I knew I was interested in upgrading to a luxury car. Among other options I wanted to visit Mercedes-Benz to have a look at what they had to offer; big mistake.
I picked Mercedes-Benz Chantilly because it was closer to where I live; again, big mistake. The treatment I received was really disappointing to the point where I felt discriminated.
I was there to learn more about the available models and be able to test drive one of my interest, however the sales representative did not put any effort on showing any car, nor explaining their features.
The sales representative first reaction was: "Welcome, before I show you around let us see if you're eligible to acquire or lease any of these cars. By the way, how old are you, you look too young". "I could show you the cars and take you around but why would I excite you beforehand, I prefer to be straight because it's my job, I have had to break hearts sometimes so let's see if you're eligible first."
As you can tell from this phrase she immediately suggested I couldn't afford to buy or lease any of the cars in the showroom which first is not true, and second that is not how you treat a potential customer.
It's really disappointing to be mistreated in a branch from a renown brand. I was at BMW the weekend before and had a great experience, I though Mercedes would treat me the same way, clearly they did not.
I emailed the branch manager because I considered very important for me to alert him about the poor customer service the show room has for him, as leader, to take action. It's been two weeks and I haven't received any answer, thus I think it's my responsibility to alert potential customers out there that they could be potentially discriminated in the same way either by age or race when visiting that branch given nobody at that branch was able to apologize for the uncomfortable situation they made me face. I don't want others to feel the way they made me feel.
