Amazing experience even with a few glitches - peaches
I bought a new 2017 Nissan Sentra at Younger Nissan this past weekend and had a really nice experience. First, no one felt "pushy" but were very helpful and friendly. I ended up spending the entire day there because there were a few things to iron out (i.e. the "glitches). My sales person, Teddy, hung out with me all day so that I wouldn't have to wait around alone and everyone was very friendly and chatty, which made the time go by faster. They bent over backwards to make me happy, to put me in the car I wanted, and get the price I wanted. I really appreciated that and definitely look forward to my ongoing relationship with them.

I have been a customer with this Sheehy Nissan for 3 years. I worked with AJ on my first car purchased in 2014. It was an easy and go setup and he took great care of me made sure everything was in my budget and very easy to talk to. I never felt pressure to buy anything i didn't want. I was able to take my dream car home with me! Thank you AJ. This time around i decided to trade my car and i had Mati help me out. He was so great and very welcoming. I love this dealership and am SO satisfied with my purchase from here!! I was interested in a Altima a few months back and Bruce Kim reached out to me. I went in to visit him and we test drove it, informed me of the price etc. I realized it was a bit out of my budget as I was unsure of a few things in my life and he was nice about letting me know that he would always be there whenever I was ready! A few months later I REALLY needed a car. I had visited a few other dealerships but they were like hound dogs. I realized that I should just contact Bruce and we quickly set up a time to meet. I went in, filled out the paper work and within a few days I drove off with my car. I love it! Everyone is SO nice at that dealership.
Bruce doesn't pressure you, and he is a relatable person. I didn't feel like I was stuck or anything like that. He even offered to Uber me up to pick up my car!
Would definitely recommend!

This was the most pleasant car buying experience that I have had. From the first phone call checking to see if the car that we wanted was still in stock, Kevin provided excellent customer service and professionalism. He double check to make sure the car was still in stock and then offered to stay late so we could come up to the dealership and look at the car. When we got to the dealership we were met with a smiling face and a welcoming attitude. We test drove the car, and his knowledge of the car we were looking at as well as other Nissan models was impressive. Once we decided to purchase the car we quickly agreed on a fair price and begin the paperwork. The purchasing paperwork and financing paperwork went quickly and easily. Everyone that we interacted with at the dealership was courteous and professional. We will definitely recommend the dealership to our friends, and will be coming back to see Kevin when we need our next vehicle.

My wife had her heart set on a Nissan Rogue and everyone was very polite & professional. David Son, the GM, was very hospitable and engaging. Roland was very accommodating and professional. I have been searching for a car for about five months. I am set to graduate grad school in a few months and I know with student loan repayments, etc. it will be difficult for me to shop for a car afterwards. I was very thorough with my search. After leaning towards getting a Chevy Cruze, I visited a Nissan dealership and saw the redesign of the Nissan Sentra and my focus shifted to the Sentra. After getting the run around and dishonesty of the major Nissan dealerships in the region, I finally went to DARCARS and figured I would give it one more go-around before I just gave up and held off my search. I was helped by Jason who after telling him exactly what I was looking for, found a car that matched completely--- really my dream car! . Jason didn't pressure me into buying and he answered any question I had. He listened to me and didnt do the one thing other dealtherships did in the past: get me to settle for a car I would later not be happy with. After two days to think it over, I purchased the Sentra and it was by far the best decision I made!
Jason's professionalism and knowledge left me pleasantly surprised. After a few bad experiences with DARCARS in the past, this experience along with the excellent job their collision center did on my Cruze when it was side swiped made me a fan of this company! Sales manager Juan also cared more about the impact shopping around was doing to my credit and negotiated an excellent rate with Nissan. The whole car buying experience took about two 1/2 hours and I honestly can't think of one thing that could be changed. I am relocating to Georgia in a few months but if I am in the market to upgrade my car down the road, I will first look to DARCARS.

I called them and told them I've got a price from another dealer for the Murano. They told me they could beat the price! I asked for out the door and said I want the 0% and will be tagged in MD. I got a text that confirms the price that both parties agreed to! They (Tom, new Sales guy and Eric, Sales Manager) asked that I drive down the same day. I did that and filled out everything just to sit in front of finance to be given another price! That's when it went south!
Showed finance the price that was negotiated prior to my visit on text and what did they do - they didn't want to honor it! Wasted my time to drive to their dealership and my two hours at that place just waiting around! On top of that the vehicle had 400 miles on it as a brand new vehicle! They failed to tell me that before I came in as well.
Terrible service! They had all sorts of excuses - like oh they forgot that I wanted it tagged in MD when I told them that over the phone and they asked for the zip code! And all my information on the application is for MD address. Then they said their owner said no but then why say you can do the deal if you have to clear it with your owner? Why get me down there to xxxxxxxx me? Just terrible!
Anyway - I won't be doing any business with this dealership ever!

I went to get my car inspected and it didn't pass. My boyfriend did the work. He said that they broke the hood latch and we had a hard time getting the hood opened. I went back so that they could fix it and the manager did not have the courtesy to even come out to speak to me. I was so upset. I will never get work done there or purchase a car form them again.

I am in love with this dealership. So much, in fact, that even after I relocated to Florida I still fly up every three years to lease my vehicle. I tried to do business in Florida but was uneasy. At Brown's I feel comfortable. There is a level of trust here that is unmatched. Brown's is worth the flight.

They didn't listen to any of my concerns. They let me drive a car that almost killed us. Then all they could say was "we didn't do anything wrong."
I have owned/leased nissan for 6 years and I have never seen such crappy service.
Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again.
