This was the most pleasant car buying experience that I have had. From the first phone call checking to see if the car that we wanted was still in stock, Kevin provided excellent customer service and professionalism. He double check to make sure the car was still in stock and then offered to stay late so we could come up to the dealership and look at the car. When we got to the dealership we were met with a smiling face and a welcoming attitude. We test drove the car, and his knowledge of the car we were looking at as well as other Nissan models was impressive. Once we decided to purchase the car we quickly agreed on a fair price and begin the paperwork. The purchasing paperwork and financing paperwork went quickly and easily. Everyone that we interacted with at the dealership was courteous and professional. Good buying experience, no pressure from sales person Jannie Lloyd, felt like i got a good deal on my trade-in...Jannie was patient, knew her business, and was honest. One thing that did bother me was how dirty the Tundra was when i went for a test drive, thought the Truck should have been cleaned a little better. Noticed that with a lot of the vehicles on the lot..but it also shows in the building they are in, not very clean and run down. Douglaz from financing was great no pressure. Did feel like they wanted to down play a problem with the steering in the truck i was looking at... supposedly a alignment was done but it still drifted to the right.. I bought it anyway..come to find out it was not only the alignment but also the tires and it needed new front struts. Why wasn't that seen when they did the inspection on it?? Makes me think the mechanic was hiding something, cuz he sure wanted to just blame it on low tire pressure...hmmmm... Can I get a call from management about this? I only have had the Toyota Tundra Truck for 4 days.

Service Dept will rob you blind! - Deceptivedealership
There should be a category for zero star because this dealership is simply awful -- deceitful, crooks. They would rip you off especially if you are a woman. Every time I take my car in for routine maintenance, they tell me something major has to be done. About two months ago, it was $1800. But today was the last straw. Dennis quoted me work that costs over $5000! And also said I need brand new tires! I bought the tires from them 2.5 years ago! I told him to just do the oil change because I don't believe them. They are just trying to make money off of me to pay their salaries. I pray they don't damage my car because my car runs GREAT. I will never use this dealership again. I am going to write their corporate office to let them know how suspect and dishonest this dealership is. Shame what people will do for money -- lie, cheat and steal from honest, hardworking consumers. Shame on you Passport!! Passport Nissan, Marlow Heights doesn't deserve your business and shouldn't be in business!

Contacted the dealership by phone and was assigned a salesman. Had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Salesman was not knowledgeable about product and did not offer any option to get the run flats I wanted. Upon arrival at the dealership, salesman was not available and was passed to someone else. Test drove with this equally uninformed salesperson who also said run flats were not available for the vehicle I wanted. He proposed a price in writing (to justify why I would not be entitled to the advertised price) that was inflated by more than $5,000 and did not even offer me the cash back and incentives prominently displayed on the Nissan website. The TrueCar price offered on the vehicle by this dealership was NEVER provided to me despite the fact it was $5,000 below what the salesman proposed. Was contacted later by the "internet manager" and then the "manager." Obviously there is no management here. Would not return to this dealership if it was the last one on the planet, for any reason. Bought the vehicle elsewhere from a knowledgeable salesman for a reasonable price.

I have owned/leased nissan for 6 years and I have never seen such crappy service.
Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again.
