I love this dealership and am SO satisfied with my purchase from here!! I was interested in a Altima a few months back and Bruce Kim reached out to me. I went in to visit him and we test drove it, informed me of the price etc. I realized it was a bit out of my budget as I was unsure of a few things in my life and he was nice about letting me know that he would always be there whenever I was ready! A few months later I REALLY needed a car. I had visited a few other dealerships but they were like hound dogs. I realized that I should just contact Bruce and we quickly set up a time to meet. I went in, filled out the paper work and within a few days I drove off with my car. I love it! Everyone is SO nice at that dealership.
Bruce doesn't pressure you, and he is a relatable person. I didn't feel like I was stuck or anything like that. He even offered to Uber me up to pick up my car!

This was the most pleasant car buying experience that I have had. From the first phone call checking to see if the car that we wanted was still in stock, Kevin provided excellent customer service and professionalism. He double check to make sure the car was still in stock and then offered to stay late so we could come up to the dealership and look at the car. When we got to the dealership we were met with a smiling face and a welcoming attitude. We test drove the car, and his knowledge of the car we were looking at as well as other Nissan models was impressive. Once we decided to purchase the car we quickly agreed on a fair price and begin the paperwork. The purchasing paperwork and financing paperwork went quickly and easily. Everyone that we interacted with at the dealership was courteous and professional. We will definitely recommend the dealership to our friends, and will be coming back to see Kevin when we need our next vehicle.

My Titan - My Titan
Im so thankful that I went to Cowles to purchase my Titan. It was the last dealership I went to, but if i ever trade or buy again it will be the first on my list. I could not have asked for a better experience. We went to numerous other dealers where all we accomplished was "dealer mind games". We did not get that from Cowles. They jumped through hoops to be able to meet me at a price I could afford. And unlike other locations, our salesman Jimmy didnt run off and leave us. Thank you Jimmy and everyone else involved in our transaction. I love My Titan!

I have been searching for a car for about five months. I am set to graduate grad school in a few months and I know with student loan repayments, etc. it will be difficult for me to shop for a car afterwards. I was very thorough with my search. After leaning towards getting a Chevy Cruze, I visited a Nissan dealership and saw the redesign of the Nissan Sentra and my focus shifted to the Sentra. After getting the run around and dishonesty of the major Nissan dealerships in the region, I finally went to DARCARS and figured I would give it one more go-around before I just gave up and held off my search. I was helped by Jason who after telling him exactly what I was looking for, found a car that matched completely--- really my dream car! . Jason didn't pressure me into buying and he answered any question I had. He listened to me and didnt do the one thing other dealtherships did in the past: get me to settle for a car I would later not be happy with. After two days to think it over, I purchased the Sentra and it was by far the best decision I made!
Jason's professionalism and knowledge left me pleasantly surprised. After a few bad experiences with DARCARS in the past, this experience along with the excellent job their collision center did on my Cruze when it was side swiped made me a fan of this company! Sales manager Juan also cared more about the impact shopping around was doing to my credit and negotiated an excellent rate with Nissan. The whole car buying experience took about two 1/2 hours and I honestly can't think of one thing that could be changed. I am relocating to Georgia in a few months but if I am in the market to upgrade my car down the road, I will first look to DARCARS.

I went to get my car inspected and it didn't pass. My boyfriend did the work. He said that they broke the hood latch and we had a hard time getting the hood opened. I went back so that they could fix it and the manager did not have the courtesy to even come out to speak to me. I was so upset. I will never get work done there or purchase a car form them again.

This location is under new management and it shows. My mother-in-law needed to replace her 2001 Alero. We visited multiple dealerships and almost settled on a used Corolla. I'm so glad we decided to see what Nissan had to offer.

Service Dept will rob you blind! - Deceptivedealership
There should be a category for zero star because this dealership is simply awful -- deceitful, crooks. They would rip you off especially if you are a woman. Every time I take my car in for routine maintenance, they tell me something major has to be done. About two months ago, it was $1800. But today was the last straw. Dennis quoted me work that costs over $5000! And also said I need brand new tires! I bought the tires from them 2.5 years ago! I told him to just do the oil change because I don't believe them. They are just trying to make money off of me to pay their salaries. I pray they don't damage my car because my car runs GREAT. I will never use this dealership again. I am going to write their corporate office to let them know how suspect and dishonest this dealership is. Shame what people will do for money -- lie, cheat and steal from honest, hardworking consumers. Shame on you Passport!! Passport Nissan, Marlow Heights doesn't deserve your business and shouldn't be in business!

Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again.

Dishonest - Thieves - g-wiz
Thieves! I bought 2, 2016 Nissan Rouges late one evening. Thought I was getting a decent deal. Gave two, $5000 deposits ($10,000). The deposits were not included on the sales form and I foolishly didn't notice. So I am paying almost $29,000 for a base model 2016 Rouge (times 2) Over $57,000 for 2 of these base model vehicles. I spoke with the sales manager a month ago on the phone, he said he'd look into it. I guess Jesse Hill got his cut of my money because he can't be found now -just like my money

Bad customer services - Hello
We had a very bad experience tonight,the sales rep I think he was the sales manager showed no interest in selling the car. He gave us a straight forward answer he literally told us we are at the wrong place, he didnt even bother to negoiate a reasonable price. In fact, he made us feel unwelcomed, this is not proffesional behavior. This is the worst experience I ever had at a dealership.The sales manager was Shane Sooner he dealt with us if the manager has this attitude no wonder why all the other staff looked grumpy and full of attitude.
