This was the most pleasant car buying experience that I have had. From the first phone call checking to see if the car that we wanted was still in stock, Kevin provided excellent customer service and professionalism. He double check to make sure the car was still in stock and then offered to stay late so we could come up to the dealership and look at the car. When we got to the dealership we were met with a smiling face and a welcoming attitude. We test drove the car, and his knowledge of the car we were looking at as well as other Nissan models was impressive. Once we decided to purchase the car we quickly agreed on a fair price and begin the paperwork. The purchasing paperwork and financing paperwork went quickly and easily. Everyone that we interacted with at the dealership was courteous and professional. We will definitely recommend the dealership to our friends, and will be coming back to see Kevin when we need our next vehicle.

My Spouse and I came and purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima from Rolland Yanez on Friday. He was very professional, honest, and upfront about everything. He made us feel very comfortable, and made the transaction a breeze. Randy was also very kind and personable!! He was not intimidating or pushy, and that is what really sold us. Kristy in Finance was Awesome to work with. She made the "seal of the deal" very easy, and she made us smile and laugh all while doing it. This was my first service experience at Antwerpen Nissan. I have been to Antwerpen Toyota Service few times. I found them to be courteous and the service was performed very quickly. I will request them to put a reminder of next service due date like all other dealership, it will help customer remembering when to bring the vehicle back for next service.

Good buying experience, no pressure from sales person Jannie Lloyd, felt like i got a good deal on my trade-in...Jannie was patient, knew her business, and was honest. One thing that did bother me was how dirty the Tundra was when i went for a test drive, thought the Truck should have been cleaned a little better. Noticed that with a lot of the vehicles on the lot..but it also shows in the building they are in, not very clean and run down. Douglaz from financing was great no pressure. Did feel like they wanted to down play a problem with the steering in the truck i was looking at... supposedly a alignment was done but it still drifted to the right.. I bought it anyway..come to find out it was not only the alignment but also the tires and it needed new front struts. Why wasn't that seen when they did the inspection on it?? Makes me think the mechanic was hiding something, cuz he sure wanted to just blame it on low tire pressure...hmmmm... Can I get a call from management about this? I only have had the Toyota Tundra Truck for 4 days.

I went to Nissan of Bowie just to see what was available in an Altima. The salesman, Tom Cusack, was very knowledgeable and professional as he listened to what I wanted and then showed me a few choices. I found the exact car that I wanted and Tom worked with me to get the financing done. He helped me in every step of the process and I am now happily driving my new red 2016 Nissan Altima. Thanks Tom.

There should be a category for zero star because this dealership is simply awful -- deceitful, crooks. They would rip you off especially if you are a woman. Every time I take my car in for routine maintenance, they tell me something major has to be done. About two months ago, it was $1800. But today was the last straw. Dennis quoted me work that costs over $5000! And also said I need brand new tires! I bought the tires from them 2.5 years ago! I told him to just do the oil change because I don't believe them. They are just trying to make money off of me to pay their salaries. I pray they don't damage my car because my car runs GREAT. I will never use this dealership again. I am going to write their corporate office to let them know how suspect and dishonest this dealership is. Shame what people will do for money -- lie, cheat and steal from honest, hardworking consumers. Shame on you Passport!! Passport Nissan, Marlow Heights doesn't deserve your business and shouldn't be in business!

They didn't listen to any of my concerns. They let me drive a car that almost killed us. Then all they could say was "we didn't do anything wrong."
I have owned/leased nissan for 6 years and I have never seen such crappy service.
Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again.

Don't go there!!! Dishonest pricing and a bunch of excuses why their website doesn't match up to their actual prices. Sales manager can't even answer his phone and it's clear they try and avoid phone calls. Overall just unprofessional people.
