It has been a little over a week since I bought my new vehicle and am very satisfied with the knowledge, expertise and team work demonstrated by my salesman, Don Pargoff. Although I had been looking at vehicles for several weeks, I decided to stop at this dealership at the last minute during a weekend and easily made an appointment to test drive the 2017 Rogue. Donald Pargoff was knowledgeable, relatable and he did not talk down to me or create a high pressure situation. He was patient and extremely responsive - including answering my follow-up questions by text - which I later learned, was during his day off. In his absence, he also provided me with names for other team members that could help me as I was having trouble deciding on interior color combination/trim level.

after going hear but yet talking to the manger first he asked me to come by because of a big sale they were having I went an thought I had purchase a 2016 Nissan frontier from them I signed the contract had a payment date an had made the down payment an put insurance on the vehicle after 3 weeks of driving the truck I got a call to come back to the dealership they told me they couldn't get it financed when I had thought it was already done after I had signed the contract weeks before an have been driving the truck everyday this was a very big disappointment to me I asked if they would refund my deposit I put on the truck an also asked would they refund the 2 months I paid for the truck insurance it took 10 days to get my deposit back I put down on the truck an they said they couldn't refund me for the insurance worst experience I have ever dealt with in buying a car they lied to me in my face an didn't even care at all this is one dealership I wouldn't recommend for anyone to go an purchase a car from my advice don't waste your time look elsewhere TDD Suffolk va
Many add ons added to the price of the car - Carshopping done!
The dealership adds on many additional prices. Locking lugnuts, nitrogen, cleaning the car up, paperwork, and will not bend on the pricing. Ot was a waste of time. Don't be sucked in by the advertised price. We had about 4000.00 of add ons so what looked like a deal was much better elsewhere. Noticed a few days later the price on the car changed but we went elsewhere and bought a car and was treated so much better and not pressured either. 299 locking lug nuts were the icing on the cake.

I took my 2014 Altima in on July 3 for a simple oil change but while I was there I did ask them to look at my transmission because I notice in the last 2 weeks that my car was starting to do some things that did not seems right to me . Well needless to say they come back to tell me that i need a transmission. So this is my concern with that, I brought the car in March of 2014 with only 24,000 and in June of 2014 I had to replace the transmission for the first time and here we are in 2017 and I now have to replace another one after less than 35,000 miles and I was told that the first transmission they put in for me was new. Thank God I had the warranty to cover this. I mean 2 transmission having to go in the same car since 2014 just don't seem right to me . There customer service there is terrible. After I was told that I needed a transmission they tell me they are going to give me a loaner car which is great ,but when you get a loaner car you are to sign off on that and told you need to bring the car back clean and full tank of gas .This car they tried to loan out to me was a Altima and it was filty dirty inside and outside . I was pissed and I went back in there and I had them come and and look at the car that they try to give me. They had a guy name Nick come out and told him to take the car and wash it and clean it up for me. Nick went to take the car to do just as he was told and he came out to tell them that there was no way they was going to put me in that car and that they needed to put me in another car and they try to do that and again Nick came to my rescue and went above and beyond and told them he was not going to let me drive off in that car as well. Nick went and got me a 2017 Rogue to drive until my transmission get fixed. I just want to say Nick went above and beyond to make me a happy customer before I left. The rest of the employee at the service desk never even try to make it right. I had already been there for over 2 1/2 when they told me it would only take about 30 mins. This is not the first time I had to deal with Nissan and how badly there customer service is. They need better training and better employee who do care about making there customers happy.

so i drive past leckner nissan just about everyday and ive been contemplating over the past few weeks to maybe just about a month if i should trade iin my car, just buy a new one and keep my current car, or just keep my car and not buy anything but the 2017 maxima just always catches my eye i really like it, so one day i decided to goto leckner and check one out, i had the pleasure to have a great salesman with a great personality and that man goes by the name of Fredy Avelar the vibe was really great long story short i bought the car and was more than satisfied with the deal thank you sooo much

I went to get my car inspected and it didn't pass. My boyfriend did the work. He said that they broke the hood latch and we had a hard time getting the hood opened. I went back so that they could fix it and the manager did not have the courtesy to even come out to speak to me. I was so upset. I will never get work done there or purchase a car form them again.
Dishonest and incompetent - walker
I had multiple problems with this dealership. I had called beforehand to inquire about the car I was purchasing and a price was agreed upon. When I got to the dealership, they kept trying to increase the price and get me to buy additional extras. They stalled, making me sit there for almost 4 hours while trying to convince me to pay more.
I was lied to about several features. I specifically asked about navigation updates and was told there was no cost and it would be done automatically. After I got home and looked through the owner's manual, I found that was a lie. I was told I would have Sirius XM Radio and NissanConnect for 12 months. They both expired a few months later. I left the dealership with under a half tank of gas after being told they would fill the tank before I took possession of the car. While all of these issues may seem rather small, ultimately they totaled well over $1000 in additional expenses when combined.
They were supposed to have had the state safety check done to cover the next 12 months. It expired a few months after I purchased the car. They charged me for two years of licensing and I was later told by DMV that Sheehy had given me expired plates. I had to pay a second time to get new license plates. I was lucky I didn't get pulled over during that time or I would have had to pay a fine for expired plates on top of everything else.
A few months after my purchase, Sheehy sent a check for a little over $8 with no explanation. They sent it to the wrong address so I didn't get it until months later, after it could no longer be cashed. The check amounted to a SMALL fraction of what I was owed.
For weeks after I purchased the car, I kept getting phone calls saying they needed me to send pictures of the mileage on the odometer because they hadn't recorded it and they needed other information on the car. I was out of state at the time so could not respond to their repeated requests for information to cover their incompetence. The messages they left were always vague and non-specific. When I finally did speak with a representative, I was 2000 miles away from the car and unable to provide the documentation they neglected to record.
I absolutely would not go back to this dealership, if they were the last one on earth. I doubt i'll be buying another Nissan.

I was skeptical about coming to another Brown's store only because of the last experience I had at the sister store in Dulles (don't ever go out there by the way). I was in a pickle where I had two cars and both were not doing well at all. One actually had the exhaust pipe fall out me as soon as I got to work. The other would intermittently cut out on me randomly because the head gasket was blown and it needed a new block basically. I called ahead and spoke to Ayham Bekbashi. I gave him a brief synopsis of what was going on and what my financial situation was. I was going in here with an open mind because my credit isn't all that great, I had a very low down payment of $500 and I had just started a new job. Now normally when you're buying a car at a dealership it usually takes all day. I was there for 3 hours, which probably sounds long however compare that to average amount of time at a dealership that's pretty darn good. Ayham was fantastic at everything. We talked about the car, we talked about our lives a little bit and I have to say that he's the best salesperson I've ever dealt with at any dealer. He's genuine, he cares about the customer and makes them feel welcomed. The finance manager that wrapped up the deal was brilliant as well. Everything was just smooth sailing and now I'm rolling in a 2017 Nissan Sentra. Definitely recommend this dealership, but also go see Ayham if you are gonna go. He's not your typical salesperson.

I had a great experience with Passport Nissan. I called them up on Memorial Day looking for a great deal on a new Murano. I had seen a competitive Internet Price they posted, but I live in New York and needed a great offer to make the trip down there worth my time.
I called them up and told them my situation. They didn't play games. Right away, Brandon and team took me seriously and worked with me on price. Since it was a big holiday, they were motivated to make deals happen. And that's exactly what they did. They quoted me a fantastic price, sent it to me in writing, and I was on my way down from NYC to sign and drive.
When I got there, it was getting late in the evening. But they treated me like it was first thing in the morning. The car was immaculate and ready to roll. They didn't waffle on their offer or try and hard sell me on a lot of other extras and add-ons. I was clear about what I wanted, and they delivered.
Brandon was awesome and extremely helpful. He took his time and gave me a full tour of the car and demo of all the electronics. He wanted to make sure my drive back to New York that night was a fun and comfortable one. My four-hour drive back home was awesome because I felt like I already knew my car.
By the time I was leaving the dealership, it was 9:30pm. Brandon was getting in his own car to head home as well. But instead of darting out, he waited for me to settle in to my new car, just to make sure I was good to go. Then, right before I left, he jumped out of his car and ran over for one more tip. He reached in my window and flipped on the fog lights. "The car looks even cooler if you put your fog lights on," he said.
That's a guy putting a little extra effort into his job right there. You can just tell he cares and wants to make sure people are truly happy. He made things happen that day, along with the whole team. And even though I traveled from 4 states away to get this deal, it was seamless and totally worth it. A great experience here!

They didn't listen to any of my concerns. They let me drive a car that almost killed us. Then all they could say was "we didn't do anything wrong."
I have owned/leased nissan for 6 years and I have never seen such crappy service.
Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again.
STAY AWAY. TRUST ME.
