They where very helpful in finding what I needed, without being pushy. Once we found what we where looking for they did all they could to work with us to make it happen. What I mean is we told them what we where looking for as far as Monthly payment, financing ect... they met this without having to get us stressed out. They where very honest about the car we purchased, it was a certified previously owned vehicle. I will stick with this dealership in the future.

Bought a 2nd hand 2014 Nissan Altima from this dealer. Our sales representative Vincent was very courteous, I was surprised with the professionalism and attentiveness that we have received even after telling him that I have a limited budget. Vincent worked with my wife and I to get the best deal. We had many concerns and questions about the buying process and he was very patient and addressed all our concerns.
The professionalism also extended to their loan department who also gave us the best options that would work well within our budget goals. I never felt pressured into doing anything or even at the slightest moment felt any condescending attitude from the staff. If budget permits I would definitely buy another car from this dealership.

I love this dealership and am SO satisfied with my purchase from here!! I was interested in a Altima a few months back and Bruce Kim reached out to me. I went in to visit him and we test drove it, informed me of the price etc. I realized it was a bit out of my budget as I was unsure of a few things in my life and he was nice about letting me know that he would always be there whenever I was ready! A few months later I REALLY needed a car. I had visited a few other dealerships but they were like hound dogs. I realized that I should just contact Bruce and we quickly set up a time to meet. I went in, filled out the paper work and within a few days I drove off with my car. I love it! Everyone is SO nice at that dealership.
Bruce doesn't pressure you, and he is a relatable person. I didn't feel like I was stuck or anything like that. He even offered to Uber me up to pick up my car!

I told him years ago I will go where he goes. I don't let just anyone work on my 2008 Rogue. I was also very pleased with the service advisor, Huyen Vuong. He was helpful and straightforward.

It has been a little over a week since I bought my new vehicle and am very satisfied with the knowledge, expertise and team work demonstrated by my salesman, Don Pargoff. Although I had been looking at vehicles for several weeks, I decided to stop at this dealership at the last minute during a weekend and easily made an appointment to test drive the 2017 Rogue. Donald Pargoff was knowledgeable, relatable and he did not talk down to me or create a high pressure situation. He was patient and extremely responsive - including answering my follow-up questions by text - which I later learned, was during his day off. In his absence, he also provided me with names for other team members that could help me as I was having trouble deciding on interior color combination/trim level.

I called them and told them I've got a price from another dealer for the Murano. They told me they could beat the price! I asked for out the door and said I want the 0% and will be tagged in MD. I got a text that confirms the price that both parties agreed to! They (Tom, new Sales guy and Eric, Sales Manager) asked that I drive down the same day. I did that and filled out everything just to sit in front of finance to be given another price! That's when it went south!
Showed finance the price that was negotiated prior to my visit on text and what did they do - they didn't want to honor it! Wasted my time to drive to their dealership and my two hours at that place just waiting around! On top of that the vehicle had 400 miles on it as a brand new vehicle! They failed to tell me that before I came in as well.
Terrible service! They had all sorts of excuses - like oh they forgot that I wanted it tagged in MD when I told them that over the phone and they asked for the zip code! And all my information on the application is for MD address. Then they said their owner said no but then why say you can do the deal if you have to clear it with your owner? Why get me down there to xxxxxxxx me? Just terrible!
Anyway - I won't be doing any business with this dealership ever!

I went to get my car inspected and it didn't pass. My boyfriend did the work. He said that they broke the hood latch and we had a hard time getting the hood opened. I went back so that they could fix it and the manager did not have the courtesy to even come out to speak to me. I was so upset. I will never get work done there or purchase a car form them again.

They didn't listen to any of my concerns. They let me drive a car that almost killed us. Then all they could say was "we didn't do anything wrong."
I have owned/leased nissan for 6 years and I have never seen such crappy service.
Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again.
