On the Sales Floor and at the Service Drive, Irwin’s has also been able to use DealerRater as a closing tool by simply either showing the customer positive reviews of the store or inviting them to take a look at the Web site before making a decision as to who they will do business with. Ultimately word of mouth and the positive press DealerRater can create can be the best and most cost effective form of advertising. Pleased customers will ultimately refer their family and friends, increasing a dealerships’ repeat and referral business. Additionally, the positive reviews can help Search Engine Optimization (SEO), an added bonus.
