Dealer Spotlight: Jeff Wyler Automotive Family

DealerRater has been a phenomenal tool for the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family in many different ways, and is an invaluable tool in our efforts to be the best dealership we can be for our valued customers. While many folks see DealerRater as just an online site where folks can leave their reviews, we see and utilize DealerRater in several different ways that benefit both us and our consumers.

Dealer Spotlight: Jeff Wyler Automotive Family

Web 2.0: Google’s Web 2.0 strategy includes sites like DealerRater as a key component in the marketplace. When our customers leave reviews on DealerRater, these sites are “spidered” by Google and attached to our Google Local Map listing. This is a tremendous benefit to us as our online shoppers can see and compare our outstanding reputation to others in our region, and make the decision to visit our dealership over others.

Word of Mouth: Our DealerRater reviews are seen as “referrals” to those who read them online, and all of us know that referrals are the best prospects to work with at the dealership. When we communicate with our prospects, whether it is on the phone, online, or at the dealership, we encourage them to visit DealerRater and see what our satisfied customers have to say about us, rather than just take our word. DealerRater verifies our credibility and outstanding reputation and gives our customers the trust and comfort they are looking for before they make their purchase decision.

Search Engine Optimization: Jeff Wyler has built their excellent reputation since 1973, and sites like DealerRater allow customers to share their thoughts with others that continue to help build that reputation. We point our customers to DealerRater with our blogs, videos, and emails to see not only us, but our competitors in our region. Why? This keeps DealerRater at the top of local search results. We want our shoppers to see us side by side with our competition, and to read for themselves how we compare. And we are confident that they will choose Jeff Wyler!

Becoming Better: The best way we can become better is to listen closely to our customers, and to learn from their input. Reviews that are less than 100% satisfaction are closely looked at so that we can improve our customer’s experience in the future. When someone buys a car from us, or has their car serviced at one of our dealerships, we encourage them to post some feedback for us to learn from.

Social Networking: The Jeff Wyler Automotive Family has embraced social networking, and has setup for our DealerRater reviews to automatically post to our Facebook fan pages for each location, as well as to our websites for each dealership. Our sales reps that are active on Facebook also use the “share” feature on DealerRater to post all positive reviews about them onto their individual Facebook pages as well. This is online “word-of-mouth” that benefits both us and our customers.

If you are committed to customer service and running your automotive dealerships with the highest levels of customer integrity, then DealerRater should be an integral part of your business operation.
