Metro Honda of Union County is located in Indian Trail, NC. In 2008, Metro Honda exceeded the Honda sales objective by over 140%, becoming the fastest growing Honda dealer in North Carolina. As a 2008 American Honda Presidential Award winner, our large increase in dealership sales has never compromised the high level of customer service we provide. Our Service Department has complimented the growth in sales by increasing 160% in 2008, and continues to exceed those levels 2009.
Dealer Spotlight: Metro Honda
“Our dealership location is set in the farm lands and countryside of Union County. We immediately understood that we would not survive relying on drive up traffic. We knew we would have to find ways to market within a limited budget, convert marketing to leads, and then convert leads to sales…we have this process dialed in,” states Greg Nalewaja, Metro Honda General Manager.
Metro Honda was recognized by Union County Chamber of Commerce for outstanding business and community involvement in 2008. Metro Honda’s community involvement ranged from Earth Day projects, Hometown Hero, parade participation, UC school and youth league support. The Metro Honda of Union County name plate has become a symbol of community support within the area.
We are continually seeking out ways to get our name into the community, and image ourselves as the community’s dealership of choice. This is a way of life for us, not just a token attempt. We have found during these times, consumers are making their decision on far more than just price.
Metro Honda of Union County and DealerRater.com
What your customers say about you and how you market your reputation is a major piece in the success of a dealership. Today, consumers first choose the make, and then seek out inventory and price at dealerships. Those are simple variables. Their final decision is to choose a dealer. It will come down to “what will my experience be like?”, “will the dealer stand behind me?”, “what are people saying about this dealer?” It is about product, price, and dealership reputation.
DealerRater.com is the only tool in the game to use. You can manage yourself defensively, and offensively promote yourself over your competition, while increasing your SEO.
