10 months in the making, but 2 years in the demanding, we have finally launched the newest version of DealerRater.com! After taking in a lot of feedback from both reviewers and dealers, we were able to come up with some great new features which will allow you to find the info you want, faster!

I believe if you are honest about everything you will have good honest customers. In the same breath if you are shady it will show and i would never want to deal with a shady salesman or the company he works for. The manage of the company can make or break the deal with his attitude as well and althoug he may not have started it what ever happens good or bad should be a rellection of the manager. That's why he gets the bonuses and why he does the hiring and firing of a sales person.
