DealerRater.com, the nation’s premier car dealer review Web site, announced today that Matt Lamoureux, vice president of business development, will speak at the 6th Annual Digital Dealer Conference. Mr. Lamoureux will present to auto dealers, internet managers and sales personnel on the topic of How to Build, Manage, and Leverage a Positive Online Reputation.

“Savvy consumers have changed the way they select a dealership by sharing information online. To survive in this economic climate, dealers must transform their practices and embrace new reputation management tools to gain an edge over their competition and win every sales opportunity,” stated Matt Lamoureux. “The information that I will share in my presentation will provide practical, no cost tips dealers can apply to immediately increase their dealership’s market share by managing their online reputation.”
Workshop attendees will learn how to build a positive online reputation, how to leverage that position to increase revenue, and gain competitive advantage in the dealer’s market. Participants will hear best practices for responding publicly to both positive and negative reviews written about their dealership and discover proven techniques for using consumer reviews to their advantage.
Mr. Lamoureux’s workshop presentation is scheduled for Monday, April 20, 2009 from 3:00 pm to 4:15 pm at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas.
About Matt Lamoureux
Matt Lamoureux started his career in the automotive industry as a Sales Consultant for Bernardi Toyota (Massachusetts). From this position he learned the foundation of the dealership business, and he later applied these skills at Acton Toyota (Massachusetts) as the Director of Internet Business Development and as the Director of Marketing & E-Commerce. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with President’s List recognition from Bentley College in Massachusetts. Mr. Lamoureux is a Massachusetts native and currently resides in the Greater Boston area with his family.
