“We are proud of all of our award recipients and excited to be able to recognize them for their outstanding performance,” stated Chip Grueter, president of DealerRater. “Our overall winner, World Toyota is a first-time recipient this year. We offer them our congratulations and look forward to their continued success!”
Each of this year’s award winners has demonstrated consistently high PowerScoreTM ratings for customer satisfaction, placing them in the top of their class.
Each dealership’s PowerScoreTM is determined using a Bayesian algorithm that factors in the dealership’s average DealerRater.com user rating over each of the year’s twelve months and the total number of reviews written about the dealership during the calendar year. The dealership must also have at least twenty five (25) new reviews written on DealerRater and an average rating greater than 4.0, with 5.0 as the highest possible score. The dealership that’s awarded the DealerRater overall Dealer of the Year award is recognized for having a PowerScoreTM that outranks other brand-specific Dealer of the Year winners.
