My request for info was quickly answered by Lacey in their Internet Sales Dept.  Her and her manager, Mike couldn\'t have been more helpful and answered all of my questions concerning price, financing, delivery and equipment on the Jeep we were interested in.  After putting a deposit on the Jeep roughly 2 weeks after our first contact we were turned over to Phil in Sales.  We set up a Saturday appointment and drove the 5 hours from our home in New Hartford, NY to Woburn, MA on a Friday night.  We had dinner at a resturant reccomended by Lacey & Phil and stayed where Phil suggested.  Both were winners.  Saturday we finally got to meet everyone and closed the deal on our dream Jeep.  There did end up being a glitch in our promised delivery.  We later found out Lawless was very shorthanded that week due to vacations and some illness that was unexpected.  This was later addressed by the director of sales to our satisfaction.  We are very satisfied at this point with our new Jeep.  We (my wife and I) have never been treated so well at a car dealer.  From the first phone contacts to final delivery everyone was professional, yet friendly and got along with us as if we had known them for years. Phil Ossino was friendly and helpful in navigating our complicated schedules for meetings and pick-up!  The only negative part of the experience was that the service department forgot to install the cross rails for the roof rack. They then stated that I would have to wait an additional hour for the rails to be installed. I was aggravated with this because it was their mistake and were not willing to go out of their way to fix it in a timely manner. Phil made every effort to install the cross rails himself. When he did convince a mechanic to come help him, the mechanic was giving him a hard time and mocking him for not being able to install the rails himself. Once we returned inside, we found that the finance manager had placed the financial paperwork on Phil\'s desk and expected him to go through and explain it all to me while I signed everything. In my opinion, Phil is a salesperson, not a mechanic or a financial manager, and should not have been put in that position.
