8/3/2010 My experience with Glick and it\'s people is no less than fabulous. From the moment we let them know what I was looking for they swept in and made sure they understood every detail right down to the importance of color and having heated seats!
Dick and Dick were great in making sure what I wanted was accessible and delivered as promised. Jan went above and beyond to make certain the car was perfect and ready to go when I was ready to drive away. He also made certain that I understood the features of the car and showed me some interesting and cool stuff also. He even helped me hook up my Bluetooth to my phone before I drove off happily!
As finance people go... I couldn\'t have asked for a more pleasant and informative experience. Dave walked me through all the options, what they included and didn\'t include, the costs and the effect adding those things would have on my bottom line and payment. He worked hard to get me the best rate possible and shared with me the information returned from the sources he leveraged to find me the best possible rate. In the past I\'ve always felt slighted and left in the dark by finance people at car dealerships, Dave is no where NEAR that experience. He, like everyone else, was fabulous to work with.
It is easy to see why people keep returning to Glick. Their service, attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that their customer is getting EXACTLY what they really want before they leave the lot is just ahead of the rest. Of all the dealerships I visited during this car buying adventure (this number would exceed 12 dealerships this time, incidentally), Glick and their people buried the competition in service, price and delivery.

7/6/2010 My experience with this dealer was great. I walked through the door to just get some figures for a new car and ended up finding a plan that would work for my budget. Being a full time commuter student, I needed something reliable, good on gas, and with a low payment. I went around to seveal dealers and none were offering what Glick Nissan was. Later on, I came back to sign the deal. I leased a new Sentra 2.0 S which is a step up from the base model. It has everything I want in a car, plus things I never would have thought of to ask for. The most noteable thing for me was the space in the front and back of the car. Tall people will not have a problem fitting in it. Radio and a/c work great! It also has a very smooth ride. The sales rep that I talked to was also extremely helpful, honest, and personable. He had years of experience and knew exactly what he was talking about. No smoke and mirrors. I am absolutely going to do business with them again.

2/28/2010 Our experience at Glick Nissan was great, the salesman Fernando Kato was outstanding from start to finish, he found us the vehicle color and options we were looking for. We used USAA to find the best price and there was no hidden cost or fees. We contacted a few other dealers to see if this price was the lowest and they all said that they could not even come close to the price. This is the second vehicle we have purchased and both times the experience has been nothing but terrific due to their family like approach. We would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, because of their friendly and professional staff. The only thing we wish was that they were closer to us to be able to have our service completed by them.

2/23/2010 I drove onto the Glick lot one Saturday afternoon, and Chris Savasta just happened to be outside. I started talking with him without a clear idea of what car I wanted. I asked him some questions about different models, and he was refreshingly honest. He has a very friendly, low-key approach that kept me on the lot. If he had been at all abrasive, I would have driven off, because I wasn\'t necessarily going to buy a car that day. I did see one that fit the bill and bought it. It had only been on the lot for a couple of days, so the title transfer took about 10 days. When I picked the car up, Chris surprised me by telling me that he had convinced his manager to have a remote starter put in the car at no cost as a reward for my patience. Do you think I might go see Chris the next time I buy a car?

2/20/2010 Glick Nissan is well organized, though smaller than some other dealerships. Perhaps this is why they can give good personal service. My buying experience was very positive, I felt that I and my wife were treated most courteously and helpfullly. I went into the dealership seeking to make a decisioin on one of two very different models of Nissan vehicles.
