I was very reluctant to actually make a purchase on my first trip out (my previous vehicle was totaled out in a wreck), and was just looking around to see what the selection would be at the time.  Bill Cleavor was very helpful to me in helping me decide; and, even though I know his job is to sell, he did gain my trust and we were able to deal on a pre-owned MDX on the lot.  This also saved me many hours of time in search of a replacement vehicle.  He convinced me to make a purchase that would hold its value. He was also most accommodating to all my requests.  I also wish to comment on the service personnel--they are all very pleasant and most interested in pleasing the customer and in my book, have been successful at doing so.  Whenever I am ready to replace my currect vehicle I would most definitely call Bill Cleavor for his assistance.
