Due to the extreme heat, we requested to review Hiley\'s inventory on-line when we entered the dealership.  Seth provided us with a cool beverage while we reviewed the cars on-line, then drove the cars that we selected under a covered area for us to view.  This truly made an impact on us as we were able to avoid the sweltering heat.  None of the other dealerships across the street provided such services.  We were not pressured in any way to select a vehicle.  We were provided all of the information regarding the car and given a fair price.  We expected this process to be lenghty but to our surprise it wasn\'t.  I am very pleased with the customer service that we received and will highly recommend this dealership and salesperson to my friends.  I am also pleased with the services provided by the Service Dept. The sales manager honored our agreed price and I signed all of the paperwork without any hassle.  There was a mix up on the wheels but the general manager handled it and everything was taken care of.
