I am someone who prefers to do my own vehicle maintenance but Krista called me with an awesome oil change deal I could not refuse. John was a nice guy but I don't think I'll be back at Andrew Toyota ever again. When I take my car to any shop I expect a loaner vehicle. Luxury car dealers do it so does that mean I should go buy a Cadi Andrew Toyota ever again. When I take my car to any shop I expect a loaner vehicle. Luxury car dealers do it so does that mean I should go buy a Cadillac or Mercedes? I shouldn't have to get picked up by Enterprise car rental when the parking lot has hundreds of cars for sale. I think it's terrible to be forced to pay $200+ for a rental and then come back and pay for the service I received. More

They were honest in what my car needed and didn't try to talk me into getting a service that I really didn't need. Honesty is a very important reason that I have continued to have my car serviced there for many years. I really like the video that is taken while my car is being serviced . In that way all is very transparent. So when I need something serviced in the future, I know it is the truth. This adds to the honesty that keeps my coming back. Went in for an oil change and noted a squeaking sound and requested the brakes be checked. The tech suggested it was a problem with the sway bar, quoting a $900 repair. I declined to do it and priced out oth requested the brakes be checked. The tech suggested it was a problem with the sway bar, quoting a $900 repair. I declined to do it and priced out other quotes, which were a maximum of $300. Much more concerning is that it does not appear the brakes were checked at all. When I later replaced them 90 days later, the driver's side brake pads were worn well beyond what one would expect in that period, causing the metal-on-metal noise which I originally reported. Had the service technician performed a brake check as requested, this would have been plainly apparent. I do not believe this occurred, and I was assured at the time of service the vehicle was safe to drive. Had I known the degree of wear and tear on the brakes, I would have made different decisions about driving the vehicle and would have asked Andrew Toyota to service the brakes. It appears that the diagnostic fee I paid was not performed at all, and the brakes were never checked. I will not be servicing my vehicle there again. An easily identifiable problem was not assessed or addressed. More
