The salesperson (AJ) was OUTSTANDING. He listened to wishes and responded to our requests. I felt we were placed in the appropriate auto, meeting our needs.

I bought a new Chevrolet today, and the customer service was great, the sales person AJ Castle was very nice to work with, and he answered all my questions. After looking and test driving several vehicles, I finally found the car for me. All the staff at Jeff Wyler auto dealership were so friendly. I meet with several in the Chevrolet staff there at the dealership, and they all were great. The price I paid for my new vehicle was what I wanted to spend..

I live almost an hour from the dealership, but I found the vehicle I wanted on the internet. I did my research and had a very good idea of a fair price considering the new vehicle and my trade in. I called and asked the salesman about the truck, and basically said I didn't want to come over if they weren't willing to make a deal. The salesman asked what price I was thinking, and he told me to come on over! No haggle, no hassle and I think it was a fair deal for both parties. Everyone was really nice and took good care of me. Paperwork was quick and easy, and there wasn't the high pressure for add-ons. The salesman has contacted me a couple of ways over the course of the week to check in. All in all it was an easy and generally pleasant experience, even though car shopping isn't something I like to do. I would recommend both the salesman and the dealership, and the only downside for me right now is the distance from home.
