My Review Of Audi Silver Spring:

This review is a follow-up to a previous posting where I reported a bad experience. Since then, Audi Silver Spring has fixed the body problem with my car and apologized for the bad experience. Then I had an unrelated mechanical issue with the car which was fixed quickly and everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional. Thanks!

Ms. Jaffke took delivery of her Audi A4 on 2/28/12. Both she and her boyfriend thoroughly inspected the physical condition of the vehicle. They found a tiny dimple on the trunk and we gave Ms. Jaffke a due slip saying that we would take care of her dimple on the trunk. On Tuesday, March 6th Ms. Jaffke brought her car back to our dealership to have her dimple fixed on her trunk.. While at our dealership she went to her salesperson, Brian, and told him that she discovered a dent on the rear quarter panel while washing her vehicle. She also produced a check-in sheet that showed a dent on the quarter panel. When the salesperson talked to our Used Car Manager Mike Mizak about the situation in the his office, Mr. Mazak got agitated with Brian the salesperson for allowing the customer to leave with the check-in sheet when she took delivery. Ms. Jaffke heard the encounter between Mike and Brian and interpreted that Mike was questioning her honesty. Mike has since called Ms. Jaffke and apologized for his outburst with Brian and for her thinking that it was directed towards her. Because of the misunderstanding Mike has told Ms. Jaffke that even though we are sure that the dent was not there at delivery we are going to take care of it under good will. Ms. Jaffke seemed to be very happy with the outcome.

Let me preface with an apology for my redundancy with the accolades to follow, but I was just that blown away. Thanks to every employee of Silver Spring Audi Service Department for the wonderful treatment I received after my recent repairs to my Audi Q7. I have never had such fine service from an an Audi Service Department. THe other one I dealt with prior to yours was Audi of Rockville. Their staff were rude, incompetent, and not helpful at all. Thank you for doing superior work on my "tank". You are THE BEST! The entire process from beginning to end, was handled in the most professional and courteous manner that I have ever experienced. My car was more beautiful when you finished it than when I originally bought it!

This is a letter of appreciation in regards to the way my Audi Q7 was taken care of. The customer service shown to me by you and your staff is remarkable. I truly believe that it is a statement of character of yourself and every person who works at your place of business. In fact it is a style of business that should be adopted by everyone I will continue to recommend my family, friends, and clients to use your business.

I have one word that best describes your company and all of your employees, IMPRESSIVE!! You provide excellent customer service. Also, all of your office workers were so kind and helpful. My Review Of Audi Silver Spring:

Having had a great experience buying my A5 convertible this summer (they went WAY out of their way to get an "ungetable" car that no other DC area dealer would help me with--and gave me an amazing price), my 5,000 mile service was due. I live and work and Virginia, so Silver Spring is not exactly "on the way," but one afternoon last week I found myself scheduled to visit a convalescent client at 2:00 p.m. in her home in Silver Spring. At 12:45, I walk into the dealer (unannounced--didn't call ahead) and ask, "I know this is an unfair question and the answer's probably 'no,' but is there any way I can leave my Audi here for its 5K mile service, borrow one of your cars for the afternoon, come back at 4:00 and pick it up?" The guy behind the desk--Aaron--just smiles and says "no problem." Ten minutes later he's got all the paperwork ready, I sign my name four times, and I hand over the keys. "They're bringing out a Q5 for you; it will be a couple minutes because they wanted to fill it up for you first." I get nervous because I assume "a couple minutes" is going to be half-an-hour. Meanwhile I see my car going into the service bay. But a minute-thirty later, a spotless Q5 pulls up. I take the loaner to lunch, see my client and come back at 4:00. As I get out of the loaner car, they're opening the door for me with "Welcome back Mr. Collins, how was your appointment?" Within five minutes I've been briefed on the service, I'm back in my own car, ready to fight traffic.
In a world where "customer service" has become a string of 800 numbers and "cant get there from here" excuses, I was blown away. I was amazed by the buying experience here, but the service has me babbling in euphoria. And as I tried to express my heartfelt thanks and amazement to them, they just casually said "that's what we're here for" like it was just business as usual. These guys are amazing. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My Review Of Audi Silver Spring:

I came to this dealership initially to have a diagnosis of an used Audi A8L that I had purchased at a CarMax. Aaron Klimchuk was the service representative who handled that transaction promptly and professionally. During the diagnostic test, I was shown two CPO Audi A8L's and test drove one that I eventually purchased (I returned the CarMax vehicle to them).

This dealership was very fair with regards to my trade-in dollar amount, explained the advantages of trading it in versus selling it privately, and even beat the pre-approved loan rate I had previously secured through my own bank. The end result was a cumulative, non-intrusive and smooth transition from my vehicle to a CPO vehicle from Audi Silver Spring.

I would recommend this dealership to family, friends and co-workers and look forward to a solid relationship with my car (which I happen to LOVE!) Give them a try - you will not be disappointed!

My Review Of Audi Silver Spring:

I recently moved here from NJ and was looking for an honest, reliable Audi dealership for my Audi needs. Audi Silver Spring is the closest to my home so I decided to give them a try. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Aaron was my service advisor and was extremely courteous and great to work with. He kept me informed during the entire service process and made the experience a very positive one. This service department is top notch and is made up of a great team of individuals. It's obvious that customer satisfaction is important to them, so I will be happy to return here for all of my Audi needs.

My Review Of Audi Silver Spring:

Working with Aaron Klimchuk during my service experience was a pleasure. Previously, I had worked with the Audi dealership in Arlington VA and experienced terrible service, this was definitely not the case with Audi of Silver Springs. Further I had a problem with the starting of my car which I had mentioned to my service advisor in Arlington VA and it was not taken care of, this time around I explained the problem to Aaron and he fixed it to my satisfaction. I would defintely recommend Aaron Klimchuk and Audi of Silver Springs to anybody who is in need of service on their Audi.

My Review Of Audi Silver Spring:

This was the best service experience I have ever had. My car was with the dealership for three weeks with a major problem. The service dept. let me use a loaner vehicle for the entire time and even delivered my vehicle to me when work was complete. I am very please with the way they treat their customers. I would recommend Audi Silver Spring to everyone.

My Review Of Audi Silver Spring:

We purchased our Audi from this dealership. My first experience with service here serveral months ago was not a good one. The service took a lot longer than expected, and there was no dealer-initiated contact concerning the reasons for the delay. When the car was finally returned four days later, it had not been cleaned.

In contrast, this was our second experience, and it was hard to believe it was the same dealership. The service technician we dealt with this time addressed all of our issues, and was as responsive and courteous as I could have ever imagined. The 5,000 mile service was done in about 1.5 hours (faster than I expected) and my waiting in the service area was pleasant. Based upon this experience, I will continue to use this dealership for our ongoing service needs.

One thing to keep in mind: this dealership does not offer all services on Saturdays. For example, bodywork including minor touchups, cannot be done on Saturdays. But this is a minor point.
