My Review of Rensselaer Honda:
Second business dealing with Rensselaer Honda. Purchased a 2008 Element which I am still driving and am thoroughly pleased with- including Rensselaer's service. My wife and I recently parted ways with a 2007 Mercedes C280 4-matic which had the permanent check engine light. Fortunately we were able to unload it, but needed a replacement vehicle. We researched Subaru, Ford and Honda thoroughly, and settled on leasing the Accord EX-L. Our decision was solidified by dealing with Aaron Minnick. Upon arrival, he listened to what we were after, and presented two comparably equipped EX-L choices: one a Civic, the other the Accord. We had researched an expected lease payment term with residual value based on our credit rating. To our surprise, Aaron's initial offer (after the mandatory consultation with the Sales manager) was within just a few dollars of what we already considered a great deal. So we went home to double check our calculations and were satisfied they were dealing straight up with us.
Three days later we were ready to pick up the Accord. Arron had everything ready, and spent time with us thoroughly reviewing several of the new tech features with us- especially synching the phones to the handsfree system. He treated us great- no pressure whatsoever.
I honestly feel Rensselaer values a return customer. As long as they continue to treat us well and Honda continues to offer competitive vehicles they'll have us as repeat customers.
