Let me start off by saying I love doing business at Rusty Wallis. Just bought my fourth car there. I was never pressured to buy. Which was a big plus. I have to thank John Hargis for everything. He`s always been honest with me and all he wanted is for me to be happy with the car. Very simple but it works for me. Even when I bought my first car from him. I bought a 2013 Honda Accord, which I love. The car sells itself but the difference is how you get treated at Rusty Wallis. I also have to thank Chris Conroy and Adam Hamghalam. They also treated me very well. Made the financial part very easy and what options would be best for me. I hope Rusty Wallis realizes what great employees he has working for him. I will definitely go back to buy my fifth car. Thanks again.

I can't speak highly enough about the staff at Rusty Wallis Honda. No high-pressure sales, no hype or hustle, just helpful professionals who are there to assist the customer. Entire staff were thoughtful and helpful. Kelli added an element of customer service that is missing from prior experiences. Her willingness to go through all the details about my new car was very thorough. Her friendly attitude and sincere desire to help was highly appreciated. I value the communication...always knew what page we were on! She made my normal intense distaste for buying a new car a great overall experience.
