I had a very positive experience purchasing my prius from heritage toyota. a big reason was my salesperson, Adam Miller. Adam greeted me and my son with a warm genuine smile. he listened to what i wanted. my first trip to the dealership i just wanted to sit in a couple different prius' and test drive them. later in the week i went for a second test drive...i wanted to be sure i found the car for me. a week later i walked into the dealership and told adam i have selected my car. adam was patient and he never pressured me. purchasing a car should be positive, fun and exciting experience. i got that feeling from hertiage and working with adam...i got to find the car for me in my way at my speed. i would recommend. above all i LOVE my new car. it is so me! Thanks adam!

My Review of Heritage Toyota Scion:
So today I finally did it. I got the vehicle of my dreams. After researching online I found a nice used Rav4. After a couple email exchanges I headed into the dealership to find it extremely busy. I was introduced to Adam. Seemed very friendly from the start. I told Adam about the Rav4 I had seen online. He knew right away which one I was talking about. He went and pulled it around and we then went on a lengthy test drive. Not being sure if it was the right choice for me. He let me test drive a new Rav4. Upon returning I wanted Adam to show all my options. Buy new, lease new or buy the used. After showing me my options he stepped back to let me decide what was right for me. No pressure. After I finally made my decision. I choose not to trade my current car and had the issue of how am I going to drive two cars home. Adam was wonderful and offered to drive my old car back to my house and had one of his family members follow us there. Above and beyond. Thank you Adam. Thumbs up.

ADAM MILLER WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. WE WERENT ABLE TO START WHEN PROMISED TO TO COMPLICATIONS WITH ANOTHER SALE HE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF...BUT... HE TENDED TO ME AND MADE SURE HE KEPT ME IN THE LOOP AND THAT I HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. I EXPLAINED TO HIM MY WANTS, NEEDS, AND INTENTIONS AHEAD OF TIME AND HE LISTENED! HE MADE THE TRANSACTION VERY EASY AND WE ALL GOT WHAT WE WANTED IN THE END. PRICE WAS GIVEN A 4 BECAUSE TO THE ZERO PERCENT INTEREST OFFER I TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE PRICE OF THE CAR WAS HIGHER THAN OTHER SIMILAR ONES I SEARCHED ONLINE. STILL VERY HAPPY WITH MY DECISION AND I LOOK FORWARD TO DEALING WITH ADAM AND THE CREW IN THE FUTURE!

My Review of Heritage Toyota Scion:
Adam was informative, helpful at every turn, and made the job of purchasing a new Prius a most enjoyable and at times humorous event! His knowledge of the car was total, and even helped me with the phone system, the most complete I've ever seen by the way, entering all my cell phone contacts into it.

During initial contacts with Adam, whilst I didn't need any help in auto selection, he managed to let me know that it was a most sound choice, and that the vehicle would entirely meet my expectations.

All round, I would have no hesitation in recommending Heritage Toyota Scion in general, and Adam Miller in particular for a perfect combination of professionalism and good humor in the selling of automobiles.
