My Review of The Autobarn Subaru of Countryside:
Well, my experience at The Autobarn Subaru in Countryside was exactly as advertised.
I browsed DealerRater before I started shopping for a new Subaru Forester, and hands
down, they rated out the best, and I can see why. Everyone I had contact with was
extremely knowledgeable, forthright, relaxed, informative and friendly. I did not feel
pressured in the least, and ultimately that fact coupled with a very affordable
price made my sale. I was apprehensive going into this most recent car buying venture, since General Motors ceased making Saturn. I had nothing but Saturn experience for the last fifteen years, and the dealerships I dealt with through
the years went far and beyond to satisfy me. I feared that I would not be able
to duplicate that relationship. Today I can say that I am very comfortable with
my sales experience at the Autobarn and hope that they can follow through with service. Thank you Melissa, Adam and Brian for making me a happy first time
Subaru owner!

My Review of The Autobarn Subaru of Countryside:
A really great experience. My wife and I are really happy with our car, but also really appreciative of the service we have received.

Autobarn had to install an accessory for us, so we had to take our new car back for 24 hours. In the meantime, they gave us a loaner. When I went to return the loaner and pick up our car, I left the base of my daughter's car seat in the loaner. After speaking with my wife, they offered to drive the base all the way out to where we live (25 minutes or so) to save us a trip! Talk about going the extra mile! I cannot wait to recommned Autobarn to my family and friends.

My Review of The Autobarn Subaru of Countryside:
Overall great experience purchasing a new Outback. The Autobarn listed new car prices on their website, and the prices were below invoice! They did not negotiate the price any lower, but they were reasonable with the offer for my trade in.

The salesman Adam was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made this purchase easier than any other new or used car purchase that I have made. I walked out of the Subaru dealer in Orland Park Illinois the night before.

The finance manager was very pushy with warranties and service plans. His attitude became very negative when we declined the warranties. He also overcharged us by $800.00 that we caught later. The excuse was a "glitch" in the system. They were very quick to resolve the overcharge problem.

I would definitely recommend the Autobarn, and I will buy my next Subaru from them!

My Review of The Autobarn Subaru of Countryside:
Based in part on reviews on this site and because Autobarn Subaru had the largest selection in stock of Subaru Forester models we were interested in to choose from, we drove several hours to visit Autobarn Subaru. By the end of the day, we purchased an '010 Forester (our 3rd Subaru vehicle) and extended warranty at a very reasonable price compared to other dealers we researched.

The sales experience was pleasant and easy with no pressure to buy. Adam Szymanowski was friendly and knowledgeable of each car and model we looked at. As another reviewer mentioned, we felt we were buying a car from a friend. There were no financial surprises when closing the deal. We were given a fair price for our trade in as well.

Though Autobarn Subaru is some distance from us and there are other Subaru dealers closer, we will definitely visit them again when shopping for another Subaru.

Our experience at Autobarn Subaru was very pleasant. Adam was a great salesperson and went out of his way to make sure our buying experience was positive. He also had a great sense of humor and we felt like we were buying a car from a friend. We will always recommend the Autobarn Subaru to our family and friends.
