We live 1and a half hours away and dealt with him on the phone first and then at the dealership. No hassles and very helpful and patient. Thank you Adam. I chose this dealership first of all because they had the vehicle I wanted,second the sales people seemed very qualified and wanted to help me and to please me without being pushy .They were very nice and easy to talk too.I felt that I could ask questions of them and they would answer me honestly.They made the process of spending a lot of money a little easier!!!!!

My Review of Paramount Hyundai:
We had a very good experience purchasing my wife's Hyundai from Paramount in Hickory. We especially enjoyed a short visit with Chris Pridgen. Andy and Adam were especially helpful to us. I feel that Andy and Adam went "above the call" to help us make the decision to purchase from Paramount in Hickory. Another Hyundai dealer offered us the same proposal that Paramount offered.

I will recommend this dealership and I will recommend Andy and Adam.

My Review of Paramount Hyundai:
When we went in to Paramount, we had rented a Hyundai Elantra while on vacation and liked it very much. We were planning to trade and/or lease within the month and had intended to look again at the Honda, but felt that the Hyundai would likely be our first choice.

Adam met us and brought a beautiful Elantra out. He also showed us the Sonata. We had lots of questions and Adam answered all of them. We was EXTREMELY patient with us and gave us prices with and without trade-in on a 2012 as well as to lease. The outcome of our visit was that we leased a Sonata directly from the showroom floor. The color and options were exactly what we'd wanted and the price was well within what we'd hoped it would be.

What we particularly liked about Adam was his patience, knowledge of the product, and non-pressure way of working with us. He definitely has the type personality that is a winner for automobile sales work!

An added note I would like to mention too, was that the young black man with whom we dealt for the signing of all the papers was very knowledgeable and pleasant as well. (I do not remember his name but think his first name began with a "D."

We look forward to dealing with Paramount and to driving our new Hyundai!

My Review of Paramount Hyundai:
Everyone at Paramount was very friendly and nice. The salesperson that helped us at no point in time tried to push something we didn't want. We let him know what we were looking for and he focused on that (which was something other dealers failed to do). Even though it took a couple of months after our first internet contact until we finally got a chance to visit Paramount, they were patient and only contacted us at agreed upon times.

Paramount also has a wide selection, which made it much easier and gave us several options. We had a chance to see lots of options without the need to go from one place to another. The prices were very good when compared to other places.

My Review of Paramount Hyundai:
Well at my age there are a number of things you dread in life and you try to avoid them. Near the top of that list is shopping for a new vehicle. In recent years I learned that reviewing choices on the web followed by visiting the dealerships either after hours or on Sundays allows some relief. I didnt plan to give the SantaFe much consideration, didnt make the after hour visit and had pretty much selected a different model and mfgr, stopping by Hyundai just to clear those uneasy thoughts you have about all the choices. Adam was courteous, showed me what he had that might serve my needs and didnt try to sell me something I didnt want. He made me feel comfortable and raised enough interest that I revisited the web and decided to make a second visit actually selecting a different model than I had initially tested. The purchase process was easy and I hope to enjoy the vehicle and any future visits.

I just had to take a minute to express my heartfelt appreciation for everything you’ve done to make our experience of purchasing a new 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited from your dealership a true delight!! From the initial internet inquiry down to the delivery of our new car – you exemplified the kind of sales professional consumers hope for when they begin to consider the purchase a new vehicle. My wife & I appreciated the way you gave us several different choices; new & pre-owned. The ONE thing you were willing to do for us was to quote us a PRICE!! This was something that I was unable to get any dealership to do for us.
This was important to us, because the dealerships which did contact us – including where we originally purchased our trade-in, 2008 Hyundai Sonata Limited, were located approximately 1-2 hours away from us. I’ve come to realize my TIME is precious and once spent can’t be redeemed, so we were looking to engage the dealership(s) that not only said they believed it – but displayed it!! Paramount Hyundai certainly did!! We also appreciated the manner in which Lindsay & Tammie stayed in touch with us to make sure we were receiving the information needed to make a well-informed purchase.
The icing of the cake though was yesterday. Your preparation & attention to detail, your patient manner in dealing with my questions, your knowledge of the vehicle and the manner in which you made me feel about the overall experience. I also appreciated the involvement of your Sales Manager – Chris Pridgen. His willingness to help make the deal come together spoke volumes of the spirit of teamwork displayed at Paramount. As you can imagine – I’ve experienced my share of “back & forth” in the negotiation process – often feeling intimated & worn down by it all. NOT SO YESTERDAY!! When it appeared we might be at an impasse, you didn’t allow everything to “drag on” – you immediately got Chris involved and within a few minutes everything was worked out!!
All I can say is that in the future – regardless of the kind of car we’re looking for – YOU CAN COUNT ON US TURNING TO YOU and the TEAM at PARAMOUNT for our 1st CHOICE!! May God continue to bless all you do to honor Him by helping people with the purchase of a automobile.

I found the car I wanted to purchase at a lower price over the internet at your dealership. I made a phone call and was immediately connected with Adam Whitener. First impressions of Adam over the phone were good, I didn't feel like I was pressured in any way. He was very helpful and provided the guidance I needed since this was my first new car purchase. Upon meeting Adam at the dealership he devoted all his time to my needs, and even skipped a few phone calls so that our time was not interrupted. Adam took the time to make sure I fully understood how the process of buying a new car was going to go, and assured me that I could call him at any time with further questions. Overall it was a smooth process, and I would certainly see myself coming back to this dealership in the future. Thanks again!
