He's exceptionally kind, polite, well mannered and someone you could see yourself being friends with. It has never felt like I'm being sold to, but more like he's guiding me patiently through the process and is an advocate helping to get me a fair trade in value and a great price on the car I'm hoping to take home. If he's sold me three cars, he's obviously doing something better than others that keeps me coming back.
