Very disappointed - bought a truck and they were to do a full service. Headlights (high beams) were not working and was told since within the scope of the 100k mileage, that they would complete this requir full service. Headlights (high beams) were not working and was told since within the scope of the 100k mileage, that they would complete this required service, but the DID NOT. Needed to take back and use MY warranty for repairs that should have been done before selling vehicle. When asked to take back and given a time, when I did, they said I would either need to wait (for over a half day) or come back as they scheduled someone else in my time slot also. Second key never received after 4 requests. Tayler Simmons who sold truck was fired right after purchase and Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM will not own up to mistakes he made but now at my cost. Will never ever recommend this dealership to anyone. A HUGE mistake thinking this was a reputable company. More

The group there was very helpful, but would have been nice to know about the problems with the vehicle before I drove over 300 miles to pick it up.
