My Review of Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta:
I used USAA Buying Service to locate dealers who were willing to give special consideration to Military and Retired Military families. USAA directed me to two dealerships, one of which was Hennessy. I received a very prompt email and follow-up call.


Chip Whatley quickly sent a list of cars to consider, and after I identified the one I was interested in, gave me a very good price quote. He handled everything via email and telephone so that I only had to make the 144 mile drive to Atlanta one time to get my car. I can't imagine any better, more accommodating service. (And yes, there was a much closer Lexus dealer who was rather unbending in price.)

Absolutely no pressure. Very friendly staff. They do a great job of actually getting to know you as a person rather than treating you just as a customer. The environment in the dealership is top notch. Probably the most enjoyable car buying experience in which I've ever participated.

Why would I recommend this dealership? Their employees:

Tom Campbell - I called the dealership on 12/29/11 and spoke with Tom. Once he had some basic information, he was quick to provide me a list of options via email. He met us at the dealership the next day. There as no high pressure sales and he worked with us on little details to make our experience the best. Tom stayed late to make sure our deal is secure, we then worked with ...

Peter Cassano - to finish our sales paperwork. Peter is friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. He stayed late to make sure we knew how to operate the vehicle and even moved his car outside the gate after the dealership closed to help us get set up. He showed us how to use the systems (Nav / phone, etc.) in the vehicle and even programmed in a restuarant for dinner - this was wonderful. We were very impressed.

Adrienne Briant - worked with us in the finance department and made sure all of our questions were answered and that we understood our financing. She was able to work our interest rate through Lexus Finanical to get the best rate possible. Dinner suggestion and such a sweet and professional disposition made this a financial experience we won't soon forget.

We do not trade vehicles often (8-10 yrs) and my last purchase was from Hennessy Jaguar and was treated with the same courtesy and friendliness. This made me chose another Hennessy dealership when I was ready for my next purchase.

Thanks to the Hennessy family of dealers and to Tom, Peter and Adrienne for making this experience one we won't soon forget. We will recommend Hennessy and Lexus to our friends.

I've purchased three ES350s (2 new, 1 certified pre-owned) from the dealership, and each time the experience left me thinking that I wouldn't go anywhere else for a vehicle. Steve Mittler, my salesman, has gone the extra mile to make sure that any questions I had were answered quickly and to my satisfaction. Adrienne Briant in financing extended herself to assure that the terms I received were the best available. Finally, my service advisor, Ray Pastoric, has always been courteous and knowledgable.

My Review of Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta:
This is is the third car I have bought or leased from Don Bonura at Hennessy Lexus. Don is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough without (most importantly) being overbearing or obnoxious. Unlike some sales people at other car dealership, he understands that excessive sales pressure is not likely to be either welcome or productive with most Lexus customers. Don does a nice "drive out" tutorial on the new cars and is always available for any follow up questions.

Adrienne, who handles financial and other paperwork, is efficient and quick.

We definitely plan on going back to Don when we purchase our next automibile.
