My Review of Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
Scott made sure that since this was my first oil change after purchasing the van (used) that it was free. I forgot to mention when I checked in that I had a rear blinker that had burned out a few days prior, but it was fixed and free of charge as well. Al went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and happy.
Free water and cookies along with a nice waiting area are such nice touches. My kids loved sitting and putting together the puzzle that was awesome to spend 20 uninterrupted minutes with my kids, I might get my oil changed more often!!
Having the ability to just show up and get my oil changed whenever I have time is awesome, my schedule is already so overbooked as it is and trying to pin down time to get an oil change is sometimes just too much, being able to stop in on the fly and back out in a matter of minutes is simply awesome and I can't thank Courtesy enough!

I thought for sure I would be treated as a second class customer, but I was greeted as a respected customer. When I didn't understand what services were needed for my vehicle, Al Brown explained eveerything so I would understand. Rob Grabill helped with setting up and following through with the additional work that was needed. I definitely would go back.

My Review of Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
Picked up my son's Wrangler on Friday after getting a door fixed, got there right at closing time (5:30). The car wouldn't start, so Tom got Al to come out and take a look at it. They pushed the car into the garage (after hours now), put it up on the hoist and removed the starter. Starter was bad. Not only did they stay an hour late on a Friday to get us back on the road, they fixed a couple other minor things under the car that we hadn't seen before. Awesome customer service!!

Al Brwon Jr. and the other employees in the service department that I have dealt with have always been professional, friendly, and NOT pushy. They have never given me the impression of being misleading. In fact, I now bring not only my Jeep and Dodge here, but my Trans Am because THAT dealer tried convincing me I needed brakes that I did not. Al Brown and the Dodge-Jeep team, from Tim Walters (my repeat-sales salesman)to Mr. Brown have always struck me as trustworthy

So fast! Went for an oil change and general maintenance check after work. Dropped off the vehicle, went in their waiting room, played a game of solitaire in their internet cafe, ate 2 yummy cookies and a bottle of water (complimentary), sat down to watch TV and read a magazine...and it was done! I was really hoping to read the magazine!!! Ohe well, next time I will do that first.
