My fiance and I would like to thank you all for the excellent experience at your dealership. We had been searching for a truck all day and almost gave up, but when Al Grandell walked out and talked to us about our new (to us) Dodge Ram, we were instantly enthusiastic about buying again. He was very personable and easy to deal with, as well as very willing to please. Our target price compared to the truck we were wanting to get was not an easy task, but thanks to Al it was met. We will both be recommending everyone we know looking for used and new vehicles to Carmen. Thank you all and special thanks to Al.

Al Grandell could not have been more friendly. From the moment I stepped on the lot I never felt pressured to look at or buy anything. I simply explained my situation and where I needed to be and Al gave me a straight forward answer that made car buying a pleasure. He simply said, " Lets step up to the plate and swing the bat and see what happens." Well, what happened was he was able to put me right where I needed to be in a matter of minutes. There was no hassle, no haggle, just straight to the point business that I really appreciated. The way I was treated at Carman has certainly made a customer out of me today and for any vehicle purchase in the future.....

The reason for my overall great rating was that Al Grandell and his associates were very knowladgable and very friendly. it was my first time buying a new car and the negotiating and overall process was outstanding. I Choose the rating i did because Al was an excellent dealer who kept me in mind when a car that would interest me came in. Gave me an excellent price and treated us with care. This was my first car and i couldn't have asked for a better dealer than Al.

My salesman Al Grandel is amazing!he made my new vehicle purchase a dream and I LOVE!! my Wrangler. He anticipated all mu needs - and there was no pressure - he took care of everything fro me. I recommend AL to everyone i meet - and am always giving new people rides in my Jeep to see how wonderful it is.I never knew buying a car could be such a pleasure rather than a pain. Bob in service is so fast,efficient,caring and nice that you have to pinch yourself to make sure you are not dreaming( even though you are actually in a dealership!)

Extremely smooth transaction, made the buying experience actually fun and painless. I had heard of this dealership through a friend and took his advice. They had an excellent selection of trucks and cars in stock, colors, options, and prices. Within minutes I picked one to buy.
